for this order everything was great, but I ordered previously and then cancelled they took the payment and didnt give a refund so people be aware that you dont always get your money back

Kebab should have come with chips (according to the menu). Ordered an extra portion for the wife. Only one portion turned up. Tiny box of wet chips. Not the best. Kebab and the chicken was good as ever

Chicken tasted burnt and was like rock

Had a mixed kebab with salad & chilli and mint sauce for lunch. I can without doubt say that this kebab was THE worst kebab I've ever had! The donner meat was literally 5mm thick, see photo, instead of the usual tasty slivers. The chicken was dry and lacked moisture, the salad was pathetic, hardly any in sight. The sauces were sparce, and the nan bread barely warm. This was a telephone order, which wasn't ready when collected, and the kebab was slung together by a young man, that obviously hadn't a clue as to what he was doing..... Would never order a kebab from this place again.

The guy knocked on the door and said that he had been driving up and down the road for 30 mins because he couldn’t find the house. Consequently the food was cold so we warmed it in the air fryer. We have used Hennies many times before without a problem.

food is good who ever made this chicken and rice box really needs to learn to lay off the spices I carnt feel my face apart from that was nice.

chicken was very good nice and crunchy plus there was more chips than I expected overall it's was a great meal good value for money 👍

Chicken salad looked like a 3 year old had put it together and someone must have eaten half the chicken there was about 3-4 small pieces in it absolute shambles

The food was freezing, the cheesy chips I ordered were meant to be a large it was more like a small portion and the chicken was cold and over cooked.

Although delivered early with he restaurant being less than 5 mins away the food was cold. For a first ever order this was a huge disappointment. Cold naan, cold chicken and cold donner meat. Chips were hot at least but overall experience was very poor. Competition like Pizza Place in Fartown is far superior.

Ordered from here whilst passing got a 8 piece bucket with fries to share had to wait 20 mins for the chicken on opening the box everything was swimming in grease the chicken had no taste had no flavour at all and the chips were chunky oven chips don't waste your money it was one of the worst takeaway meals I've ever had .

100% would not order again, chicken wrap was felt like been in fridge haven’t even touched it🤢 then got some chicken wings had one bite nearly throw up, chips were nasty & got a free chunk of chicken as it was late - dry as a bone. I thought I ordered from the other Hennie pennies so I’m fuming 😂🙃

10 pcs of chicken nuggets 4 quid. In Tescos u get 20pcs for 87p.

Attitude of staff person answering phone Very bad!!! Not use to complaining but was trying to explain that I order often and recommend to friends and family….but attitude to problems is the main thing and was unacceptable…..Will Not order again!!!

Food took 2 hours to arrive and I live 5 mins away in Mirfield. Very dissappointed. Especially to say it’s only fried chicken which shouldn’t take long to make.

Chicken wasnt as good as ive had before, ordered large chips and got less than half a box that was luke warm.

Chicken wings weren’t fresh. Most tasted stale. Cheesy chips were adequate. Have had much better quality food from here in the past. Very disappointed with tonight’s dinner.

Not happy got the order wrong I asked for salad with my fillet burger and just got lettuce and so my daughter burger too, and I asked for coleslaw and got mayo 🙄 had to put some cucumber on and red onions myself!!

Although the food was delivered 30 mins early I have to say the quality of the food was poor. The chicken was dry, the bread was stale and chips were poor at best. This was my first order from Hennie Pennies after a number of recommendations, unfortunately it will be my last. Very disappointed.

Chicken very dry, chicken wings didn’t seem cooked enough and barely any skin on them. Also just thrown into the box so all stuck together

Usually flawless experience with Hennie Penny’s, but the chicken wrap today tasted a bit off. Rest of the order including cheesy chips, pieces of chicken and kebab were good as usual however.

Cannot fault it. Very, very tasty and large portions. However, the dip tubs e.g. sweet chilly get smaller by the week???
