El Colón no era agradable. La funcionaria era grosera y odiosa. El hombre del personal era servicial. La comida era normal, el baño demasiado pequeño no hay instalaciones para discapacitados y no lo recomendaría a nadie,! ¡Y desde luego no es dog friendly pero están felices de tomar tu dinero! 😕

The Roman Bath Pub is a great city centre pub that always a joy to drop into. This is a really interesting looking pub,interior is superb,an island style serving bar,great decor and furnishings,tv's to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options,the most distinctive feature of the pub is the great artwork around the walls depicting scenes of Roman life alluding to the Roman museum in the basement ,it's a proper chill out pub. We were here on a Monday evening,pub was busy,we ordered John Smiths Brewery bitter ,served in pristine condition,we just kicked back and took in the great pub we were in. I enjoy a good bitter,a much underrated beer style but when served iced gold as in this pub it's a totally refreshing brew. We both really enjoyed our visit here ,only stayed for one each before we moved on. The Roman Bath Pub is easy to locate on St Sampsons Square. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,open from 11am. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

No sé qué le pasó a este pub, pero ha bajado colina... esperó 15 minutos para que lo atendieran. Nadie parecía preocupado. Una pareja salió, se hartó de esperar, el personal del bar del otro lado, ni siquiera ocupado, ¡era como un infierno, un olor muy fuerte a hierba! La casera juraba como un truhán... bebió una copa y se fue de un lugar horrible.

I never leave reviews but this was worth it. The food was perfect, arrived on time, piping hot and fresh. Really delicious. The first time I’ve had take out food and not felt like I shouldn’t have bothered after 😂 it was perfect - thank you!

Excellent service and great chips. A veggie pie option would have been the icing on the cake....

No importa lo que tratamos de pedir, hubo media hora de espera cuando se tiene en cuenta que estoy hablando de un sándwich tostado, lo siento señor, media hora de espera, un tazón de sopa, media hora de espera. Pensé que debían estar riéndose, no lo estaban, así que simplemente recogimos un sándwich que no es lo que realmente queríamos y tuvimos que hacer. Le dará una falta en el futuro, así no es como tratar a los clientes.

Went as a family this week. They only had 3 staff on, and when we asked why they responded with the management just didn’t organise the rota. Waited 20 minutes in a queue which was fine as the young girl was doing her best. She was very polite and apologised several times about the wait. We ordered food. Was told it would be half an hour. Between our order being taken and it coming out they served 3 other tables with food. All panini and chips. In total 12 meals.. and it took them over an hour to get to ours. The food was nothing exciting. The coleslaw tasted several days old. And the bacon buttie, well see the picture below. Our dog didn’t even want the bacon it was so burnt. The staff has no motivation or care about the place, which isn’t really their fault, there is no one there to manage them. A real let down attached to a parks centre. Will be taking a picnic next time!

La joven con el pelo oscuro me sirvió, ella era cálida y acogedora, explicó que los hornos se habían roto arreglándose al día siguiente, todavía tenía una gran elección de cosas dulces. Tengo un delicioso brownie de selva negra, tan suave, espeso y delicioso, no mucho cerezo, realmente rico. También la tarta de chocolate súper suave, capa gruesa de chocolate, galletas manchadas y mi tarta de queso de galleta favorita es perfecta, muy recomendable. Había sido un día ajetreado, con hornos que no funcionaban uno pensaría que estarían estresados. Sé que lo haría, pero eran animados, felices, agradables y parlanchines. Solo un ambiente tan agradable y un equipo amable, enorme gracias a la joven que ordenó mi orden de pastel, mis hijas y amiga estaba zumbando 😀

Went for lunch. Two people. Waited to be served 20 minutes before they took order. Then they wrote order on a napkin. Only three tables busy inside and two outside. Came back to us saying there were too many people and they would cancel the order -gobsmacked. Never heard that. Especially in a cost of living crisis. Unbelievable

Visited whilst my bike was in the local cycle shop and WOW Talk about a warm welcome by Debbie and Tracy - They were superb and their banter and spirit infectious. Many Many Thanks and next time I visit the local bike shop I will be sure to head in

Llamamos aquí hace 4 meses y no fue una gran experiencia del personal sin vida a comida de aspecto terrible. Llamado ayer para encontrar el personal sonriendo la comida genial y los estándares a un nuevo nivel. Lo que hayas hecho, mantén el buen trabajo.

A fairly decent size. Good choice of clothing and m&s food stalls. Easy for returns. Haven't tried the cafe yet, but will one day.

We tried this fish restaurant instead of our usual one at Rawmarsh. I wish we hadn’t bothered. The service was ok but you only get small portions and god only knows what was going on with the mushy peas. The place was also full of screaming kids for a party with a big blue thing.

Fui allí con mi familia y pedimos una buena cantidad de comida y pensamos que va a tomar mucho tiempo, pero nos dieron comida tan rápido y la comida era tan fresca y también el servicio al cliente era tan bueno. Todo era tan agradable y la presentación de la comida era tan bueno, incluso no había ningún problema de aparcamiento. Que en el almuerzo me alegra el día.

Popped into this branch before Treason at Sheffield Lyceum. Was very busy on first attempt, so came back. 3 staff on duty, too busy talking amongst themselves to get our order correct. There was no offer of a plate for a cold sandwich & then our Americanos were "forgotten". Watched a member of staff clean the rim of a mug with a napkin that had not been cleaned properly by the dishwasher instead of returning it to the dishwasher. When our coffee was finally done, it came with no milk, which I then had to ask for. There were also uncleaned tables & plates left by the public where coffee was collected presumably because staff had not cleaned tables quickly enough. Whoever manages this branch seriously need to look at customer service because it was non-existent. Dare I say they need to implement the kind of training that other coffee shops have?
