Friendly staff, clean shop and good coffee with a range of selection of food and cakes. They do have vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options.

Some staff members really friendly and remember regulars but the place is really annoying because the wifi is terrible. I would go to costa all the time to study if the wifi was better. The music is really annoying as well, would be much better if it was some soft background jazz or something. Also why are iced drinks served in plastic when you are sitting in?

Was ignored for 10mins at 950am... Staff not prepared or willing to help frowned faces and bad attitudes. Will never visit this costs again.. No spoons or sugar 🤔 St james Costa is the best service and best staff. Avoid this one if you can

My teens have just come back from your Broomhill branch after being refused the products they ordered because the till point didn’t register their payment. They were able to provide evidence via their mobile phone bank app that the transaction had been taken, however they were still turned away and the products disposed of. They said that they were spoken to rudely and felt like because they are young and mixed race that they felt they were spoken down to and the staff seemed like they weren’t trusted. This is unacceptable end to a trip.

My twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Costa Coffee as we were wandering around this part of town and what a great find. I am a big fan of Costa Coffee, this outlet is cool,a modern cafe, light and airy interior, typical Costa Coffee decor and furnishings, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this Costa Coffee, its a really good Costa Coffee to chill out in. We were here on a Tuesday afternoon, we ordered a flat white coffee each, these were served steaming hot, we just kicked back, chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular Costa Coffee. Love the coffee in Costa Coffee, consistent in all their outlets and their flat white coffee is a particular favourite of mine. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here, only stayed for a short while and for a first time visit to this particular Costa Coffee we were totally impressed. This Costa Coffee is easy to locate Crookes Road. Opening hours are ; Monday to Friday ,6 30am till 7pm. Saturday, 7am till 7pm. Sunday, 8am till 6pm. A great Costa Coffee outlet, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Popped into this branch before Treason at Sheffield Lyceum. Was very busy on first attempt, so came back. 3 staff on duty, too busy talking amongst themselves to get our order correct. There was no offer of a plate for a cold sandwich & then our Americanos were "forgotten". Watched a member of staff clean the rim of a mug with a napkin that had not been cleaned properly by the dishwasher instead of returning it to the dishwasher. When our coffee was finally done, it came with no milk, which I then had to ask for. There were also uncleaned tables & plates left by the public where coffee was collected presumably because staff had not cleaned tables quickly enough. Whoever manages this branch seriously need to look at customer service because it was non-existent. Dare I say they need to implement the kind of training that other coffee shops have?

This is a great cafe! Varied menu catering for all, freshly prepared food, decent sized portions and good prices. Well organised system for ordering and food came very quickly.

The pub itself is what you want from a traditional establishment. The atmosphere is good. Been visiting here for many years, both for food and drinks. Visited tonight for drinks with family, and it was quite visible how many customers had just drinks? For years we visited to both eat and drink, but now just for drinks? The food over the past couple of years has been awful, from burnt pizza to dry burgers etc. I was shocked but not surprised how few people were eating? It’s not a cheap establishment and has steadily declined over the past couple of years? It’s such a shame as the pub is great and the staff are lovely.

This place has turned into an absolute joke. The queue times are ridiculous and half the time there is only 2 people on, one taking orders and one making the drinks. Now they have changed their opening times and if you are seeing a movie after 7.30 you can't get a coffee now. We used to persevere because we like the coffee however the final nail in the coffin was the price increase! £7 for a venti cold brew! £7! however if you drive to meadowhall just around the corner you can have the same drink for £5.75! It's an absolute rip off! We will no longer be going!
