Afternoon tea for 18, very friendly service, tasty food beautifully presented. Would recommend for breakfast lunch or tea, it's a regular treat for all the family.

We were super thrilled with the professionalism, service, warmth and efficiency of staff throughout our experience of hiring the Loft space for a private party last night. From our initial enquiries, House have been attentive, accommodating, efficient and friendly. The service has been excellent with everything from communications to personalising the experience to accommodating our requests and welcoming all the guests on the night. Management and Bar Staff have been professional, enthusiastic, personable and attentive. We are really happy with the whole experience, thankyou so much.

Unfortunately our experience today was not great as our table happened to be quite wobbly and when another customer with a buggy passed by, our water bottle spilled over one of us. We did not make a fuss, just asked for another bottle but were refused and were told briskly that “it was our fault”. The way we were treated left us all with a bitter taste in our mouth.

I was early for an appointment so decided to get some breakfast and a coffee. I liked the look from the outside and the items on the chalk board. Service was fast and friendly. Seemed to be quite a lot of customers but no real waiting or queuing. Parking outside although you may have to go over the lights for more spaces if required. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely place for tea/coffee and something sweet! The cakes/pastries/snacks they have are always delicious. Staff are lovely, fast service and a nice atmosphere inside.

Four of us went here on Saturday for the 2 hour bottomless brunch. Food was good , lots of choices of beverages and Joe kept them coming. Very friendly service and a very good time was had. Lovely atmosphere, absolutely faultless . Would recommend

Stumbled across this place by chance - never been to the area before, but were just strolling and looking for some lunch. Nothing more encouraging than seeing tables full on a Monday lunchtime - we knew it had to be good! Got a table in the sun and ordered drinks, and a Panini to share (by this point, we'd seen other tables' food and realised the portion sizes were big enough to share). We had the Tricolore and it was to die for - so light and yet full of flavour. They went the extra mile and split the food for us, delivered on separate plates (told them we were sharing) - normally if we share, we have to break it apart ourselves and make a mess! Would highly recommend.

Not happy with the server (blonde girl) She was very flippant chucking things down on the tray. Coffee machine broken so told me an americano is the same as a flat white.....hmmmm ok so I ordered a flat white... how can the make that without a machine I wondered.... was brought a all I can say was a cup of milky water with froth on top ! After being in catering all my life. I was astonished how this can happen.... you don't blag/lie to get a sale !! Shame on her.

Me and my sister in law Angela were out for cheeky meal on the parade last week, however she fell quite ill after eating the Korean crunchy chicken strip burger, so a lovely staff member got her some water, another lady was lovely about the situation and was being quite helpful and compassionate to big Angela. All in all my battered cod and chips were amazing, hats off to the chef. Well worth £9. 5 stars 🌟😊.

0 stars for customer service 0 stars for drink I ordered a pina colada....was literally just pineapple juice. I asked the cashier if I could change it as I did not like plain pinapple and could not taste anything else. Apparently I should of tasted the coconut as the smoothies are all pre made powder. Do not order smoothies, disgusting and not natural, lord knows what they're made of. 0 for customer service as most buisnesses even small independent ones would do an exchange as good will, plus it probably only cost them 10p to purchase.

Very poor. I went for a coffee. My table was cluttered with uncollected crockery and a member of staff who was clearing tables missed mine and went onto spend several minutes chitchatting with customers while tables went uncleared. Twice staff tried to serve me with my coffee and I said I wished the table to be cleared of previous customers' dirty cups, etc before they put my coffee down. A nice member of staff called Kinga brought my coffee and eventually cleared my table before she could put the coffee on my table . If the person who was supposed to be clearing and cleaning the tables was in fact the Manager he set a very poor example to staff by spending 10 minutes gossiping with people when there were jobs to be done. I spent several years working in the hospitality trade and would have expected MY boss to have given me a good talking to if I'd behaved like that.
