14 of us went for Bottomless Brunch on a Friday night - the drinks were great, supplied regularly 🍹and staff super friendly! Food was lovely, especially the pizzas 🍕

I cannot fault the service, I have frequented here many times over the years and have always classed it as a treat when working in leamington. My previous visit was disappointing so I thought that today I’d give it a second chance as I’d always had excellent food in the past. However today I was further more disappointed by my baguette which was sparsely filled and my slice of bread pudding lacked fruit and pretty much unsweetened. It is unfortunate that now I feel the produce is over priced and underwhelming and regret that I shall now avoid this place rather than look forward to visiting. 🙁

We stopped at the pump rooms for a drink and a cake with friends. We visited the pump room museum and looked at the art work displayed there too. We saw where the Spa waters were tapped but they were not operational.

The staff here are especially great. Always chatting to customers, actively engaging to make people's visits more memorable. Always a pleasure.

Been here quite a few times now! Always a pleasure. warm welcome when you come in. The ambience of the cafe just takes you away. Plenty on the menu to get your taste buds going. Full English is top quality and cooked how you want it. Good choice of cakes. See you again

Typical Costa, good coffee but the clue is in the name!

Not happy with the server (blonde girl) She was very flippant chucking things down on the tray. Coffee machine broken so told me an americano is the same as a flat white.....hmmmm ok so I ordered a flat white... how can the make that without a machine I wondered.... was brought a all I can say was a cup of milky water with froth on top ! After being in catering all my life. I was astonished how this can happen.... you don't blag/lie to get a sale !! Shame on her.

Nice Pub in the downtown with cheap beer.

The Royal Pug is a super accommodating and friendly atmosphere to be in! The assistant manager Charlie and her team were incredibly helpful and nice. We spent two days in the privately hired, upstairs function and nothing was too much for them! Amazing team and amazing venue!

0 stars for customer service 0 stars for drink I ordered a pina colada....was literally just pineapple juice. I asked the cashier if I could change it as I did not like plain pinapple and could not taste anything else. Apparently I should of tasted the coconut as the smoothies are all pre made powder. Do not order smoothies, disgusting and not natural, lord knows what they're made of. 0 for customer service as most buisnesses even small independent ones would do an exchange as good will, plus it probably only cost them 10p to purchase.

Very poor. I went for a coffee. My table was cluttered with uncollected crockery and a member of staff who was clearing tables missed mine and went onto spend several minutes chitchatting with customers while tables went uncleared. Twice staff tried to serve me with my coffee and I said I wished the table to be cleared of previous customers' dirty cups, etc before they put my coffee down. A nice member of staff called Kinga brought my coffee and eventually cleared my table before she could put the coffee on my table . If the person who was supposed to be clearing and cleaning the tables was in fact the Manager he set a very poor example to staff by spending 10 minutes gossiping with people when there were jobs to be done. I spent several years working in the hospitality trade and would have expected MY boss to have given me a good talking to if I'd behaved like that.
