Great atmosphere, amazing cocktails and the best service!

They probably make the best Old Fashioned in Leamington. It is not cheap but if you want cheap go to 'spoons. You get what you pay for, so if you want a great atmosphere, a healthy mix of age groups, live music and quality drinks then this is a good bet.

Come here if you like getting robbed

Good Music, didn't have food Tbh, couldn't read the menu as the bar area and lighting rather smooth - drink prices on par with other pubs ie, overpriced

Amazing atmosphere and the drinks are always great. Best mojito in town! Love when there's live music during the weekend. Service is always at top and the guys manage to be kind in every kind of situation, even when is super busy! Super recommended!

First time here, great friendly staff, having a laugh with myself regarding the Latin language, !!!! Very enjoyable place to drink.

This place used to be great, but ever since Alex Fleet left it has gone down hill, thanks to the manager who took over. He's some little guy who should have taken time to get to know the regulars. Instead, he has rubbed a few people up the wrong way, resulting in some negative feedback around town. He is confrontational and apparently struts around annoying women. If he gets in your way, just push him aside since it's doubtful the door staff will intervene. Having a band at the front of house on a busy Saturday night instead of the usual back room was a bad move as they just get in the way of customers, who can barely hear themselves talk. Most people just want to relax and chill on a weekend, but this just restricts that as you get a bunch of people pushing and knocking against you. Apparently, some staff aren't too happy with the manager either.

We went in for drinks and sat in the restaurant area where a bottomless brunch was being hosted. It was amazing fun so will definitely go to the next one!

I love this place! We travel to Leamington Spa a few times a year to visit our son and this has got to be one of my favourite bars. The staff are friendly, the decor is warm and inviting. Loads of tables and seating options; dining tables, larger group tables, high bar or comfy armchairs and a coffee table. Whatever type of experience you're looking for, I think this place does it well. Plenty of selection at the bar. Prices are reflective of a good bar. Maybe next time, we'll look to try the food menu.

We were looking forward to an early dinner, No 75 did not let us down! Sam, our Server was most welcoming and helpful, she was both professional and chatty. While the restaurant was quiet, she spent the right amount of time with us and was full of information. We will be back! Thank you.

Great Bar, Live Music, Friendly Staff.

Great vibe, Apparently my wife and I are now old (no one told us) But we were made feel really welcome here by both staff and the security. We were meeting up with friends and ended up taking over the dance floor. Great choice of music during the week. We made this our home pub whilst staying over Christmas. Drinks were priced inline with everywhere else. Love how genuinely happy all the staff seemed to be. We would definitely recommend

Fabulous food at the House, there is no doubt about it. The service was also very impressive as was the choice of drinks, went there as a guest of s recruitment company for s set Xmas menu and all of us were delighted. I will be back that’s for sure and thanks to the great team for making the night so special

Went to a bottomless brunch here and it was excellent. Good portion sizes of nice quality food. The server was attentive and friendly. Lovely decor but toilets are down some stairs - there are diasbled-access toilets but this did not have a working lock.

Lovely restaurant, in a great location

We visited The House for a Sunday roast on 8th October and it didn’t disappoint! The food tasted and looked amazing (and was a really good portion) and the service was next level. The manager served us who was lovely and very attentive. I had a pornstar martini which was one of the best I’ve had in Leamington. The place is also very nice - it has a good/warm atmosphere with dim lights (cosy) and really nice but comfortable decor. Would definitely recommend!

If you want to go somewhere for average cocktails this if they place. Service was very attentive, possibly driven by the fact nobody was there. As empty as the Alaskan wilderness. It was all a bit….meh….fine. Overpriced for what it is

Excellent service for our large family with two kids. Food was fantastic, one of the best in Leamington. Enjoyed the fish and chips, satay, and tofu meal. Came on Thursday and they had a promotion ongoing too. Thanks to the team!

For any doggie families I totally recommend House Leamington, they totally spolied our dog at Sunday lunch today, a bowl of water/ treats followed by a bowl of chicken and beef. The staff made such a fuss of her it was so lovely. We'll definitely be back! We were sat out of the way so didn't disturb the rest of the diners ...oh and Sunday Roast was amazing- best we've had in a long time...fab place 😋

Dropped in for quick lunch while on a coach trip to Leamington spa. Great food, good prices and staff very friendly.

Popped in for a drink before heading off for lunch, lady that served us was lovely, however the young girl behind the service bar began to tell the staff about a guy in the pub the night before, her language was awful, F##k this, F##k that, with a voice that carried. Not acceptable ! Also, staff eating their lunch on the bar area was also not ideal !

Just stood at your bar for 15 minutes being ignored - probably won’t do it again. I’m now at Bar and Block just down the road where they are equally busy but the difference is they said as soon as I arrived ‘sorry sir I will be with you in a minute’

Regularly visit House and have an amazing time every time - brilliant regular live music and seriously good cocktails! Drinks are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and it’s all premium alcohol! Excellent offers throughout the week and always a good vibe. The security staff are great too; they make everyone feel welcome and safe which makes a huge difference to a night out. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for a couple of leisurely drinks in what turned out to be a very comfortable and friendly establishment. My friend and I were made to feel especially welcome by Jaeger, the adorable resident dachshund. 🐕🥰

Terrible customer service. I booked the bottomless brunch for myself and my two sisters, to celebrate an engagement. Unfortunately one of my sisters tested positive for Covid the day before. I contacted via email and phone (3-4 times and left a voicemail message) the day before to see if we could rearrange the booking. I didn’t hear back from anyone for 3 days, by which time it was obviously too late to find someone else to attend in my sister’s place. House have refused to rearrange my booking and have kept my deposit. I understand having to pay deposits in the case of cancellation, however if someone had actually responded to me, I would have known whether I needed to bring someone instead and wouldn’t have lost my deposit. Really poor communication.

Go for a drink yesterday my partner and a friend, paid £9.00 for a small glass ice mojito and extremely sweet, small Piña Colada but the incentive to write it's was the toilets uncleaned and not paper toilet at all in the ladys .

My favourite bar in Leamington!

I held a birthday party at House recently and it was absolutely brilliant! So many people commented on how lovely the venue was (I'd booked the loft garden) and Kirsty was absolutely phenomenal at planning it all with me and taking so much stress out of it! On the night itself everyone was so helpful as well, facilitating any requests I had. The food was amazing, nearly all the guests commented on how delicious it was and the cocktails were obviously great too - I'd absolutely host another party at House in future.

Great party disappointed no hand pull bitters but other than that the staff were brilliant.

We turned up late evening due to travel and despite the kitchen closing they rustled up delicious chicken burgers. We sat sipping cocktails and playing our game in a relaxed but atmospheric bar. Great decor. Great place

We received a friendly welcome and we're shown to our seats. We were served our drinks and made our choices from the menu. We chose chilli prawns,halloumi and red peppers and nachos to share. Although the quality of food was excellent we had to ask for knives and forks and plates,also our jalapeños were missing !!

Just popped in for a last drink on way home. Very impressed by the service and how we were made to feel so welcome, especially at the moment when you are expected to book everywhere. Beatrice was especially helpful and the service was excellent. Will definitely be returning for a meal next time.
