We celebrated our friends 30th with a bottomless brunch here and it was one of the best ones we’ve ever done! Our waiter Jackie was so attentive she made sure our drinks were always topped up and she went above and beyond for us, took great pics of us and was just an absolute gem! The pancakes were absolutely amazing too!

Great food, my partner especially loved the 'basic babe pancrepe'🥰. Our server sheila was a star🤩!! She was so kind and really took care of us, an asset to Hart and Co❤️. Will be back very soon!!

Lovely venue, food and drinks but the absolute star of the day was Arisha! She was so attentive, made sure we were always fully stocked with cocktails during our bottomless brunch and also just became one of the gals joining in with the fun and our chats. Will definitely return!

We came for the bottomless and Louise was so attentive! Always kept our drinks topped up and we got to request songs. They opened an hour early to accommodate our booking and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Will deffo be back! It's a shame that the music wasn't that loud but I understand with neighbours it's hard to deal with that! Still had fun nonetheless!

Booked in last min for bottomless brunch and was the best time. The service was great and the food and drinks were so good.

Beautiful venue with a great array of food and cocktails for the bottomless brunch but we were massively disappointed that 2-3 drinks in, they very obviously watered down the drinks. I didn't say anything at first but I was a group of 6 girls and another made the same observation and then we all noticed every drink afterwards tasted of no alcohol. We wasn't loud or annoying so the only thing I can put this down to is cost savings… The food was delicious but if I'm honest, the portions were far to big, most of us left half of our meals. I'd much rather if they're trying to save money then reduce the food portions and not the alcohol as the food sadly ends up wasted in the bin! I would go back but not for a bottomless brunch.

We visited Hart last Sunday and it was not the vibe we were expecting at all. At a rough headcount there were around 15 children in various groups in the restaurant. Running around and climbing on the instagrammable props. It felt like a wacky warehouse. A few were in the famous Hart bath as if it were indeed bath time! They were also running in and of the only single cubicle toilet available - switching the disco light on and off. It was no surprise to me when I used the toilet that this has therefore broken. It spoilt the experience and felt very different to how this place is marketed on social media. Luckily we were just a couple out for food but if I was with girlfriends wanting a boozy brunch we would have 100% gone somewhere else. Food was ok and it was a bit weird to still be serving the Christmas menu on the 19th Jan. I was expecting something very very different but would be willing to try again at another time.

Visited on January 25th for my girlfriends 22nd birthday with her friends, everything was brilliant. From the first hello to the last goodbye, gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! Phoebe looked after us and was a fantastic host, very chatty and smiley. Thank you Phoebe All food was amazing and enjoyed by all!

The worst experience, originally tried sitting a table of 11 on an 8 seater table. The place felt dirty and grubby! Service was terrible, felt like we were constantly being shouted at by Phoebe and to the point we were scared to ask for anything. Food wasn’t anything special, cocktails disgusting and completely undrinkable 🤢 then tried to charge us full when we paid a £60 deposit! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Went with a group of friends on Saturday for bottomless brunch, and we had the honour of being served by mama Hart. Fantastic service, lovely atmosphere, and never an empty glass. Thank you for a fabulous time, we loved it! 💗💗💗

3 of us went for the bottomless brunch on a Friday night. The decor is very cool and great for photos, and the service was good - staff were polite and attentive. However we had a number of problems with the vegan options, we chose hart & co due to there being an extensive vegan menu online - but when we arrived there was no printed vegan menu, and when we tried to order any of the vegan options, each time the staff came back after several minutes and said they didn’t have what we’d asked for… this happened FIVE times!! No vegan waffles, so ordered pancakes, no chocolate sauce, so we ordered caramel, no caramel sauce, so we ordered plain, then they came back and said no pancakes … so we ordered vegan nuggets… then came back and said no nuggets!! We finally settled on cauliflower wings with chips, arrived with sweet potato chips so had to be sent back! At the end they gave us £7 off the bill - she also said we got ‘extra drinks’ … but it was bottomless anyway. The other food was fine, burger was good and non-vegan waffles were okay. We ordered the OG chips and they came out wrong, but they fixed for us, they were just ok too. Prosecco was free flowing and glasses were always topped up - cocktails weren’t very nice, watery and poorly made, warm at times and not well presented. The music was quiet and even though we gave requests on the request slip - they weren’t played. There were only about 3 other tables in there, so it wasn’t a great atmosphere - expected more of a party vibe. By 10:30pm most sections were closed and being mopped, with a strong smelling bleach - while we were still eating. All in all, probably fun if you want to get hammered and take cool photos, if you want decent food and drinks - go elsewhere!

We genuinely had one of if not the BEST bottomless brunch here at Hart & Co - Erin looked after us all night, she was so kind, nothing was too much and we had such a good time. Thank you Erin & Hart & Co - see you soon! x

Dear Hart & Co, thank you for providing the best mental health service in town for women, as well as the best birthday venue, celebration venue or gossip venue. Bottomless brunch was a completely new concept to me until I came here with a friend, and you basically have 90 minutes to eat your food, drink as much as you can and set the world to rights all within a beautiful setting. What is not to like?

Lovely bottomless brunch yesterday

I came to Hart + co for my 24th birthday on Monday 8 July. I had the bottomless brunch with with my bestie. We were served by the lovely Louise hart . Cocktails were flowing, food was so so lovely as well. They kindly said I could have non stop Taylor Swift on the stereo as well which was super kind!🙈 as I’m a huge super fan! Will 100% be returning & reccomed hart + co to everyone I know! To everyone who’s has a ‘bad’ Experience at hart + co, I think you’re the problem honey 💅, not the restaurant xoxo (just saying)

Always have such a great time, female focused family run venue with an amazing atmosphere. They support local independent businesses and run great evenings every so often. We love the Sip and Paint by Muse and Mimosas

It is such a shame that an experience was ruined. I brought my husband for a surprise date for bottomless brunch, his first. To arrive and be seated for all the below to happen and not be spoken to, 15 minutes exactly: - the table beside us ordered food and received - a table of ladies arrived, received prosecco, ordered cocktails, got cocktails -another table of ladies arrived, ordered drinks At which point not even an apology, my husband got up for her attention where she said she had to drop glasses off but then went back to the second group of ladies straight away. We walked out at this point. Really wish it was a different experience but I felt upset to be ignored that long. It was obvious the server was giving good service to others but not to us. I'd even understand if the place was busy but there were only 4 tables that I could see. Again upset we were treated this way, with my surprise date ruined and now have to go find another place for lunch.

The bottomless brunch has taken a massive hit from what it used to be. Smaller portions and the legendary cheesy chatup cheese burger was terrible. The cocktails weren’t too bad but the Prosecco was quite acidic. Shame!

We recently visited Hart & Co for the second time based on how amazing our first visit was, but this time we booked in a Cocktail Masterclass, and it was brilliant! It was an early Saturday evening so still very busy from the afternoon bottomless brunches, but it was handled amazingly, and we had the bestest time. Warren was leading the masterclass and he was fabulous. Hart & Co is just such a wonderful place and also such great customer service when booking tables!

We Booked a Bottomless brunch. The Drinks were far too sweet, literally like liquid jam so much so neither of us could drink anymore. The food was so so. We Left sober and bloated from sugar. Discussed with waitress who agreed the drinks were sweet.

My friend and I made a booking at HART & CO to have a good catch up over mocktails and food. The venue is super “Instagrammable” with photo opportunities, the food is great and filling and all the drinks are uniquely presented. We were served by Mama Hart who looked after us very well. A great hidden restaurant tucked away in Leamington Spa that needs to be more well known. The ultimate girly hangout spot.

First time visit with girlfriends and wasn't disappointed . Attentive staff from the get go. I was a little concerned that our whole party would have to have the same round of cocktails but this wasn't a problem as we made our way through the list . I opted for an odd combo of burger with biscoff which was certainly different .Sides are extra. As a group of 8 we were seated at a large table. Think something was amiss with the design here as the bench seating and table was sooo high. Quirky decor with a freestanding bath and heart shaped bed make for great photo opportunities

Reserve in advance. Otherwise, you are more likely to get only outside drink tables.

Is this the best value for money bottomless brunch out there?! You bet it is! Visited on a Sunday so it wasn’t super busy but this meant we had no trouble getting our drinks orders in. You’re always double parked with prosecco, beer or a cider, and then they keep the cocktails on coming! We were served by their new French waiter (sorry I forgot his name) who was super attentive. We had mac and cheese and fries on the side which was more than enough to soak up the booze. Honestly absolutely loved this place, I do a lot of bottomless brunches and this is up there with the best. Keep on doing what you’re doing!

A group of us (3 adults) came on a Saturday in April. Two of us had previously been and loved it, I left a very positive review last year but sadly it wasn’t the same this time. We arrived and were shown to our table, the Prosecco glasses were filthy so we asked for those to be changed, the waitress apologised for this and changed them quickly. There is a good choice of food (please note allergies/swaps are not catered for) and we all enjoyed our meal, I think having to pay extra for a small amount of fries to go with a burger seems a bit steep when paying £37 for a bottomless brunch, normally you get fries with burgers! Our main issue with the brunch was the cocktails either had no alcohol in or a very small amount! We tasted most on the menu and they just tasted like juice! You do get top ups of either Prosecco, beer and cider as well as cocktails. The odd thing was when I came last time the cocktails were lovely and you could definitely taste alcohol but I’m pretty sure these were fruit juice- maybe a very small amount of alcohol is used to save costs? Our waitress was absolutely wonderful, so attentive and polite. She came back to our table often and made sure we were all ok for drinks. At the end we were wondering how old she was as my friend said she looked very young, she told us she is 14!! We were absolutely shocked that a 14 year old had been pouring our Prosecco and serving us alcohol. I don’t see how this is legal even if it is a family business??!! The place itself is beautiful and the perfect setting for a Hen do, celebration etc I support small businesses and I hope this family/staff can make some positive changes and give customers value for money and quality cocktails but after yesterday I certainly wouldn’t pay £37 to come again. Went for a hen do. Was 15mins late being seated. Fine, it happens. Waited ages for our drinks then waited ages for our food order to be taken. It was said a few times upon booking one person was gluten intolerant but on the day they had nothing gluten free available. We were just about to order a second drink and they told us we had to leave as another party was coming. At no point upon booking were we told what time we had to leave. We asked for the bill and waited a while then a member of staff came over and told us again they needed the table. We said we were waiting for the bill and one member of staff angrily said we hadn't asked for it. Overall the place looks nice and the food was ok but the service left a lot to be desired and made us feel very unwelcome As I can't reply to your reply. We were actually early not late but that seems to be the response you have to any bad feedback and it looks like I'm not alone in the feedback I gave

Visited Hart + Co as part of my birthday treat and was really really very impressed! Decor for 1 is amazing (& even better in person), you can’t, NOT take photos, it's impossible not to!! The food & drinks, you can tell so much effort & thought has been put into - even the cake ontop of the birthday cake shot was incredible & wrapped in icing or something and sugar on the glass. The food tastes even better than it looks. Vibe was lovely & buzzing as they had a speed dating event on, yet we had a lovely quieter area to ourselves which was very nice. The only slight disappointment was that the kitchen was closed which we didn’t know it would be before turning up, however this did not affect our evening as the snack menu was gorgeous, particularly the warm churros we were served! You get plenty of sauce. We will be looking forward to coming back to fully experience the pancakes etc. on the morning glory menu. Cocktails were around £9- just under £10 if I'm remembering correctly. & Quirky shots were £3-4. The prices were good. I came here back in 2020 when it was more of a small quirky cafe & it's really lovely to see how it's grown and how PINK it's gotten! It reminds me of one of those amazing London restaurants/bars. Louise was super attentive & friendly and drinks were made rapidly fast! Everything was great basically. Really impressed by Hart + CO! Thank you, will be visiting again xx

Loved this place. Me and my friend visited last week and had amazing service and food. I’m disappointed to see so many bad reviews of the place given the rules are made VERY CLEAR from booking to even arriving. Staff tell you at the table as well as having it in writing on the menus and I’m all for the zero tolerance policy. Such a lovely family business and was not disappointed!! Only one staff member working the floor and she was brilliant serving all tables, making drinks serving food and taking song requests! You can tell this family put a lot of effort into their business. I would love to work in a place like this! 100% recommend!

I’d suggest checking your CCTV again with the actual correct table.

Visited Hart&Co on Friday and overall had a lovely time with my lovely friends! The venue has a great vibe that instantly puts a smile on your face, with lots of photo opportunities and great-looking dishes. We thought the menu had a fabulous selection and loved that they gave you a bottle of bubbles on the table so you never go thirsty! Unfortunately they missed the mark on a few things which left us feeling a little underwhelmed as a group. We arrived at the agreed time of our booking (5pm) and were seated but left without menus -a fine mistake to make! However, once menus arrived 15mins later, we were informed that we had to leave the table for another booking at 6:45pm. This left us confused as to why half an hour of our 2hr slot had already been taken from us but determined to not let it lower the mood, we moved on! Which was proved a little difficult when reminded twice again by other staff that the table was needed for 6:45pm. This made us feel slightly unwanted. My friends all seemed to enjoy their meals, they looked great! The drink service was a bit slower than other bottomless brunches we’ve done and it was tricky to grab staff attention, we found it easier to go up to the bar for rounds. We loved how the toilet was decorated and the quirky details inside but wished there was more than one! I felt the staff were maybe overwhelmed with the busy atmosphere and struggled to maintain a higher standard of customer service and hygiene as I could see a fork and napkin on the floor for the whole time we were there. Overall I came away glad that we’d tried the place out but not eager to return. I was also happy to leave without giving feedback because I also agree with the sentiment “be kind” however after my friend gained a very unfair and hostile response from the business under their review, I felt that maybe they did need more feedback. Reading through some of the google reviews with less than 5stars it is apparent that this business struggles to listen customers. Being a small, independent, family run business does not mean customers can’t be honest about their experience. Value for money is so important nowadays and people will want to know where they can go to make the most with what they have…and £37 for the experience we received is, in my opinion, too much money. Reviews also help when making decisions, I can imagine some people rely on reading the reviews before leaving the house as it can massively impact their day, and so here are some considerations that people might find useful: -If you have sensory processing issues or hearing loss, you may struggle with the constant pink light, multiple reflective surfaces and background music. -If you’re a wheelchair user, you’ll struggle to access some of the ‘Instagram opportunity spaces’ as most of them require stepping upon or over things. There is also a step to get into the venue and you might be asking everyone to “pull in their chairs” as the floor space is limited due to tables. -If you have dietary requirements this place might not be for you…the kitchen is unable to “add, remove or change dishes in any way shape or form” as stated on their menu. They also do not cater to any allergies or intolerances. -If it’s important for you to have access to a toilet when leaving the house, this place might be a no! With only one toilet, there is a constant queue. The business has stated themselves that the economical climate makes it hard for them to navigate negative feedback online, where I completely agree that a positive digital presence is more important to small businesses, I disagree that it is the customers responsibility to create that by only sharing what went well. This has been pushed by the businesses use of “queens support queens” to shame customers for giving honest feedback. And in response I’d like to remind Hart&Co that your relationship with a customer is professional and if positive feedback is desired then positive experiences need to be made and this is not done by defending poor customer service. #queenssupportgoodcustomerservice

I really wanted to love this place, but myself and my friends were unfortunately left feeling like we weren’t really wanted there and rushed to leave. We booked a bottomless brunch, which took like 15 mins from our starting time before we were even seated or handed menus or asked for a drinks order. To then be told we must be gone by 6:45 (15mins before our original booked 2 hour slot was over) because there was a “private party” booking and they needed our table. We had 2 staff members keep reminding us of this, making us feel like we weren’t that welcome and it all felt rushed. Unfortunately we were really underwhelmed with the bottomless brunch, the food was very nice, however for the 1hr 30mins drinking time that you get, we got 4 drinks each in a group of 4. For £37 (which is more on the expensive side for a bottomless, in our experience) we didn’t feel it was great value for money. The service was very slow for our drinks and it proved very difficult to get staffs attention at times to order. Our server ( I think her name was Julie) was very nice. But overall, we were very underwhelmed with our visit which was a shame, slow service and 4 drinks in 1hr 30mins just didn’t feel like we were even doing a bottomless to be honest. The fact we kept being reminded about the private party made us feel really uncomfortable, if you have a booking like this I suggest giving yourself more that 15 mins after the last booking leaves to sort the venue out- as technically we should’ve been there from 5:15-7:15 due to not being seated and given menus for over 15 mins, but instead had to be gone for 6:45? Unfortunately I don’t think we will be back. *just wanted to reply in response to your reply as it won’t let me respond directly. I think you have us confused with the table that arrived late sat next to us, we were a table of 4 not a table of 6, and we did arrive on time and we’re waiting to be seated for a while and received a menu at 5:15. I completely understand that you are a small business and appreciate your point on how feedback can impact, however we wanted to share our experience so hopefully it could be reflected on my yourselves.

Great place for bottomless brunch. Excellent selection of food and you get bottomless prosecco, as well as any cocktail. Well worth the money! It's VERY pink and fluffy but the atmosphere is great. Will defo be back.

Have visited numerous times and have never been any less than delighted with the attentive and considerate service, the relaxed, buoyant atmosphere and most of all the exemplary quality of food on offer. If you leave here hungry it's your own fault.

We had the bottomless brunch at Harte and it was the best bottomless brunch I’ve ever had! Cocktails were gorgeous. Food was 10/10 so tasty. The decor of Harte is beautiful. Service was fantastic. Deffo will be back!!

Me and my family first started going to Hart + Co in January 2019 just after the birth of my daughter. We have been in love ever since. From the sharing roast dinners (we miss them Mummy Hart), our daughter baptism party, to brunch, then hen parties, back again for Christmas Brunch, slow fashion events and most recently pancake day. The decor is amazing, and we (all the family) enjoy the Dancing Queen toilet! Instagramers dream. Great food, which you cannot find anywhere else - I love the creativity in the dishes and the mad sweet and savoury combos! The service has always been wonderful, but Louise was particularly amazing on my most recent visit. My daughter has allergies and she took us through the whole menu and we were able to make a few minor adjustments so that she could enjoy pancake day like us! We will always come back, we feel very welcomed when we arrive and always have a wonderful time. Already planning our next trip! We love you Hart + Co x

We went here for pancake day & after initially being a little worried we loved it. When we walked in it was a little tatty, a window was missing, patches in ceiling, and a few dirty plates left out on empty tables. We were a little worried that we weren’t going to enjoy ourselves. But our server showed us to the table and the rest of the resultant and bar was beautifully decorated. We had really really amazing service from our server, considering she seemed to be the only person serving everyone at the time. We ordered 3 lots of pancakes and a chip butty. All of the food was absolutely amazing. We were stuffed! The plate of chips was huge, and the bread lovely! The pancakes were SO soft and fluffy, and such good value for money! There was so much food! The Cath Kidston glasses and mugs were so cute too! The kids really enjoyed the decor and we all had a good laugh at the private toilet party. On the way out I spotted a sign about refreshing some areas so I guess that explains the slightly tired looking entrance. Honestly we had a lovely time and can’t wait to come back. Probably the best pancakes we’ve ever had and the server was just so friendly, she’s a real credit to the place!

we came here with 16+ people for a birthday meal. The service that we received was absolutely shocking, the moment we sat down we was rushed to order food & drinks. Our waitress was a lady called kate, the moment she walked over to our table. She made us feel forced to order our food and drinks even tho we had just arrived. 14 out off 16 was having bottomless brunch where we could only have one cocktail at a time which is fine, but we all had to have the same which wasn’t idea as not everyone likes the same drinks. After ordering the food, the food came out 1 at a time where some off us was eating and the rest wasn’t, the waitress”kate” explained that there was only 1 cheff on tonight which does not defeat the point when we had pre-booked this meal a couple weeks in advance so they should off been prepared. the food that we got had no care put into it. we was made to feel so uncomfortable here and we felt like from the moment we walked in the staff wanted us out as quick as we could. it’s a real shame it had to come to this due to this being a lot off our first time coming here, it was lovely decor inside but it doesn’t defeat the point! i wouldn’t recommend at all! we felt like they just wanted our money! we got over charged on the bill at the end aswell. made to pay an extra £18 even tho we worked out each persons bill and added the service charge to, we double checked each persons payment amount yet still got charged more? we had 5 drinks at the very beginning as a few were early, we got told this was apart of the bottomless brunch as it was 2 peoples birthday, i believe we got charged these drinks as extra without being told. i think this place needs some serious management in place as all the staff members did not have a clue what they was doing. after finding out a couple of the servers were under the age of 16, they need alt more training in the service industry . money grabbing place where the put 10% service charge on your bill? but they don’t even deserve it as they don’t do any check backs nothing?! so why there’s 10% service charge i don’t know all of us work in hospitality too, so we understand the stress of a large booking. but it was obvious that the staff have not been properly trained in how to deal with large groups and a full restaurant.

Came here for bottomless brunch on the 3/02/24 firstly praise to the staff Very good nice polite everyone was lovely everyone was smiling and genuinely took time to interact with there guests, the service was spot on, ordered food and it was with us in no amount off time, food was also delicious, the decor inside is fun and quirky, also a nice little surprise in the loo :) Drinks was all so tasty a little treat on the lips!! Thanks hart & co i definitely would visit again. Keep up the great work.

This pink paradise did not disappoint! 🩷 Went for bottomless brunch for my birthday and the servers were great and keeping our drinks topped up. Some really unique and delicious cocktails and the food was amazing too! The staff made you feel you were their top priority and even offered to be our personal photographers while we were there. The whole place is set up in a very aesthetically pleasing way and we had great fun taking pics against their fab backdrops! Great little hidden gem and will definitely be back 🍸

I have been to Hart about 3 times now and for good reason! This time I came for my 18th Birthday and the staff were absolutely brilliant! My friend left some balloons for this during the day, and they were stored at the venue during the day, which was very kind of whoever did this! Venue was very busy, but everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious! We chose from the breakfast and dinner menu and tried many of the cocktails and shots also. No one had any complaints, and the cocktails and shots were good value for money with cool gimmicks. The decor is also really cool and original, the toilets are obviously currently next to be refurbished, but this wasn't a problem since they were clean, and the lovely messages making this clear were very helpful. From the friendly messages when you book to brilliant service on the night, Hart has become my favourite place to eat out, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Came here with a group of friends for a bottomless brunch, we were all immediately wowed by the pinkness of the place! Once seated we were given as many delicious cocktails as we could sink (which is a lot!). The food included was absolutely sublime and the portions were huge! The staff are unbelievably warm and welcoming, any one who is thinking of doing a bottomless brunch this is the place to be!! Special shout-out to Louise, never seen anyone so committed to her job❤️

I visited Hart+Co for a celebratory end of term breakfast with my friends from university and we had a fabulous time. Service from Louise was super quick, friendly, and attentive, checking that we were all happy with our food and offering us more drinks when she noticed our glasses were nearly empty. We had a mix of sweet and savoury dishes (McHart and plenty of pancakes) and all of it was to die for!! We tried several of the cocktails which all went down a treat, our favourite was the Bramble. The decor is stunning and takes the whole experience to the next level- who doesn’t want to eat pancakes and sip cocktails under a disco ball?! Big thank you to Louise and the Hart+Co team for helping us celebrate, we can’t wait to come back again💖

Came here with my friends it was the first time we’d been after hearing so many great things about Hart from other people. The place is wonderful (very pink)! the menu is incredible there was too much to choose from! I had the Mac and Cheese burger, It was so tasty! One of my friends had the ‘side chick’ which was chicken bacon, pepperoni, waffles and syrup and she said it was so delicious. You won’t get food like this anywhere else! We had lots of cocktails which the staff members recommended to us! My favourite was the Dean, it came in a Chinese takeaway box! The place had a great atmosphere, attentive staff and fabulous food and drink. We will definitely return and can’t believe I haven’t been sooner!!

We were a group of 11 ladies for a 21st birthday. Unfortunately the heating wasn’t working, not great for a January evening! We were told that this was behind their control which isn’t entirely true - either the venue should not have opened, heaters placed around the venue or even blankets supplied. Toilets, aware they’re next for refurbishment but there’s no excuse for no soap and filth. We complained three times as one of the toilets had been left disgusting (blood everywhere), we were told this had been cleaned but this was not the case - one member of our party had to show a member of staff who appeared horrified. We paid for bottomless brunch but only had 2 drinks in 1.5hrs - after complaining this was rectified but we shouldn’t have needed to complain. We were only ordering 2 different cocktails for our group of 11 at a time as trying to make the orders easy 🤷‍♀️ Two of our party had a breakfast, one had no egg the other two eggs - we were told to pass one of the eggs down the table! I asked for a fresh egg but apparently this wasn’t possible. Glasses were v sticky - they were dipped in sugar but the sugar was everywhere. Mentioned this to staff and the response ‘this is not possible’! V

Hart pleasantly surprised us on a rainy day in Leamington Spa. As the first place we stumbled upon, the bright pink exterior and a large bed in front initially confused me, but it turned out to be a themed eatery. The decor inside, reminiscent of a Barbie film set, was not only visually appealing but also empowering for women. Contrary to concerns about style over substance, the menu was exciting, offering delicious waffles that proved to be a generous portion even for two. The festive hot chocolate was a divine treat. It was evident that the team had meticulously considered every detail, and the staff member who looked after us was fabulous. A quirky highlight was being shown the disco light in the toilet, adding to the overall charm of the place. Hart proved to be a haven for selfie enthusiasts and left us with a delightful and memorable dining experience.

I chose Hart and Co to celebrate my 30th birthday with a large group of friends and family. I had THE best time! Warren looked after us for the evening and he was great in checking we all had what we had pre ordered and dealt with a concern from one guest with professionalism and went out of his way to provide something suitable for them. Although there was some confusion with where we were sitting at the beginning, the staff were very apologetic when moving us. The food was all incredible- large portions and funky combinations. Many cocktails were ordered over the evening which were all fantastic - the love potion went down a treat with the popping candy. It’s not the first time I’ve been the Hart and Co and it sure won’t be the last! Just don’t expect a quiet time! It’s a very instagrammable place which meant some fantastic photos were shared to remember a fantastic evening!

My husband took me here for a birthday brunch. The outer exterior didn't look inviting, but upon entering, we were met by lovely pink decor, I was excited to dine here until met by an unpleasant reception from the host. My husband was taking a pic of me in a photo booth area, the host looked at me, looked at my husband like we had just crashed a party we were not invited to, her tone was frosty and she asked if we had booked, the place was near empty with only two tables occupied. She took us to a table near the front, rushed through the menu and said someone would be along to take our order shortly. I'm not spending money in a credit crisis to feel like an inconvenience, especially on my birthday, so after two further waitresses walked past with no acknowledgement, we decided to take our custom elsewhere and left. Upon exiting, I was so sad to read statements about sisterhood and being kind, practice what you preach as your service wasn't sisterly or kind at all. Such a shame.

Great place for a works party ..

Had a fab night at the bottomless drag brunch on Saturday. This was my second visit to hart and co. Drinks and food were delicious. However, on both occasions I visited, the tables were sticky and the toilets were always filthy. This wasn’t just one days worth of mess either, stairs could do with a sweep and invest in a proper cleaner so the toilets are nicer and tables aren’t sticky. Even though brunch started at 8pm, upon arrival the toilets and tables were unsatisfactory.

Had a really good bottomless brunch a couple weeks ago, probs best I’ve had. Food was amazing, was never left without a drink topped up, and the selection was 10/10. The team was also really nice and makes you feel so welcome - Maddison, Emily & Warren (think he was the grandad). Really recommend and I will definitely be back!

This was a really lovely place to go for a girly brunch and I took my two younger nieces out with me. They loved the quirky vibe and the female positivity was everywhere to see and that made for a really nice atmosphere. The waitress that served us was lovely, she was friendly, upsold in the right places and looked genuinely happy doing her job which can be tricky when a place is busy! The restaurant looked really tired but is clearly being addressed with all the maintenance work going on (there is clear signage displaying this and the workmen didn’t bother us). My main bugbear was the policy on menu changes - it does state on the menu that dish alterations are not permitted, but that dish alterations would incur a charge. This left me a little confused as I don’t mind paying a charge (especially to support a small, local business) but I wasn’t sure if it was allowed and chargeable or not allowed at all. We didn’t want to swap any part of the meal, we simply wanted to leave off two items (black pudding and tomatoes are apparently the worst thing in the world according to the 12 year old niece). We were told we absolutely couldn’t leave them off the meal and they couldn’t be put on the side/ on another plate. To me this just seemed a little strange as it was a waste of food and surely it’s disappointing to see food thrown away when as a business you’re getting in good quality meats etc. I do appreciate that menu changes and swaps can be a pain and definitely are worth avoiding but when someone wants to leave something off their plate I don’t understand the logic of cooking it and making them have it for it to be thrown away. (I’m sure there’s a valid reason to this that I’m missing!) All things considered, we’d definitely go back and check it out when it’s had the revamp. You can see there’s lots of potential there and why it’s so popular.

I will give credit where credit is due. The cafe is absolutely stunning. Food was lovely until I found multiple bugs in my berries. When i pointed this out to staff, they just apologised. No replacement was offered and they took the plate away. As someone with anxiety I didn’t want to ask for money off the bill since I couldn’t eat the berries, but I had wished the staff would have offered a solution!

Absolutely brilliant. Had the bottomless Brunch to celebrate exam results and out was so lovely. Food amazing, staff so lovely and experience brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Didn’t leave you a moment without refreshing cocktails and total joined in on the fun we had. Going again? You bet!!!
