The 3 drinks i ordered were all wrongly made

The staff are very friendly and it is a very relaxing place to come for a tea or coffee and maybe a croissant before work. They open very early. Occasionally you can be surrounded by an adhoc business meeting. Why did they not take the 4 tables around the old lady the other end of the cafe? And I have heard that CD coming through the speakers 100 times, but I would still come back several hundred times more.

I asked for oat milk and you've given me soya milk

Usual mediocre offering. Wish Costa concentrated on quality rather than quantity

I ordered a ham and cheese toastie but got one with beans in therefore my son was unable to eat it . money wasted and a still hungry teen . disappointing. is it a problem with comprehension? the shakes were lovely though

Coffee here is absolutely awful. Had low expectations and was worse. Staff and atmosphere are nice, the product is simply terrible.

I don’t know what part of 133 regent street you delivered too but I clearly stated it’s “ rose gold salon” so where ever you have delivered it too maybe next time check your full instructions opposed to just handing it to anyone in the street or where ever you have delivered it too as the salon has a complete window front so not hard to miss a clear melt who can’t read wondering the street

I like coming to Costa but the last time I came I found the music that you were playing very loud. I felt that it needed to be turned down.

Awful, cold coffees and under cooked toasties. Watched staff ignore disabled people struggling with getting in and out! Disabled toilets were out of order and when we asked staff no alternative was given, fortunately we knew the area and went elsewhere. Generally untidy, food and drinks on the floors and staff don't seem to care about customers. Customers expect a higher standard!!

A Costa on the main high Street of leamington spa. Staff are a bit weird and look constantly offended but nice enough. Good place to go if you're into wierdo watching, and there are hundreds on the parade.

Barista was trying his best but the quality of beans must be bad. Also could they tell employees to clean the coffee machine and the utensils used to make all the coffees more often?

Typical town centre Costa. Served quickly, but totally lacking in making you feel welcome.

Ordered a cortado, immediately noticed that the milk wasn’t frothed. It looks like a cup of instant coffee. Used to work for Costa and currently working as a barista, not sure how this is the standard for a cortado. And our drinks were spilled because it was only “sealed” with a sellotape. Literally one short sellotape on the lid. 👍🏼

Order arrived , coffee had leaked through the bag. Food was incorrect

Comfortable place to have a coffee

My order was confirmed as having been received at 10.27am. It was eventually delivered at 11.13am from a distance of no more than 10 minutes away. Both the food and drink were lukewarm at best and the top of the bun was rock hard. I gave up after a couple of sips/bites, poured the drink away and threw away the bun.

Was served a lovely hot chocolate by a nice young Lad called Ben at Costa Coffee in Leamington Spa on the parade today. Brilliant service from him. Best service I’ve received in a long time from a coffee shop.

Awful, completely wrong order. No way on just eat to get in contact or sort it out. Stuck here with stuff I don't want.

It was average for the price. I had a better hot chocolate in Greggs than here.

Fluke warm drinks, not great value for money, typical chain store

The millionaire was melted inside the bag and one of my items was missing, but the drink were nice

Called near lunchtime was fairly full atmosphere was fine but asked for choc u pan with our coffee but was advised they hadn't any that day we had toasted teacake instead which we enjoyed .

Toastie was half toasted. Barely edible. Burnt one side. Bread the other side. Surely it’s not that hard to toast something? Absolutely awful. Waiting on a refund now. Only thing decent was my frappe

I love Costa and this venue certainly loved up to expectations. Clean and airy with friendly staff. Visited with my two grandkids who both loved it. Highly recommended

Large coffee shop in Leamington which needs a face lift. Lemon muffins are delicious. Staff very friendly and obliging.

Pretty standard Costa compared to other branches. Quite a few reviews saying it was dirty. We visited just after lunchtime during the week and it was busy but our table was clean. We had a hot chocolate with marshmallows and latte - all similar to other branches. Lack of any comfortable sofas/chairs. I know most branches don’t have much of this type of seating but they usually have 1-2 tables with a sofa/soft chairs. Staff efficient.

It was a bit busy and noisy, not very clean, but we still had a good time and enjoyed our treats.

Good coffee poor service and disgusting toilets, no toilet roll and no hand soap in the current climate is not acceptable. Toilets hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks looking at the grime and filth everywhere 🤮

Just wish they would clean the tables properly and clean up when taking cups. I always have to take wipes with me to clean one. Coffee was ok tho

Excellent coffee and such great service too

I came here with my partner to the Christmas markets. We had to feed our 8 week old son so chose to go in Costa for a coffee. When I fed my son, my partner went and changed him to find that the baby changing room was absolutely filthy and had to clean everything down with our wipes before even changing him. You really need to concentrate on looking after your toilets, the other toilet wasn’t any better. Never again.

This is an excellent Costa coffee branch. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The assistant checked there was a table for me before I ordered and she and the man making my drink were cheery and polite. The marmite toast is always great and good value. This coffee shop seems to cater well for its customers and it is nice to see staff interacting with regulars and helping frailer customers. Other coffee shops in town could learn from them!

I do like costa coffees and seeing it was open was a joy. They have tried to implement social distancing measures but with one narrow entrance and exit, it is not easy. Service is better and friendlier, but remember to ask for your sugar and stirrer!

Busy coffee house on main shopping street. Service is average. Good choice of beverages and snacks. Very popular.

Place desperately needs new well mannered and competent staff. I entered the store 20 mins before close and the staff member "ramon?" looked annoyed while telling me the store was closing and that i couldn't have my drink. He made it in the end after some uncomfortable discussion, the milk was burned, boiling hot and their was no froth on the cappuccino. waste of money and time.

Visited for the first time in a while and have to say it was a pleasure. Service at the order point was quick and efficient, really should of taken more notice of the servers name, but she was excellent, a great communicator to the baristas. The only downside was that I had to ask for the little star to be put on my Irish Velvet Latte, I also asked for it to be topped up, but was told I couldn’t as it had cream on it ??!! Sadly that stops me giving a 5 star review 😪

We wanted a coffee as we were in town, walked in and walked straight back out as it was dark and stiflingly hot - and it was only warm outside. Couldn't even face a drink in that atmosphere. Get some decent aircon - and use it!!

Went with my daughter for early lunch- tried to do the meal deal as advertised on the front counter of the shop! The boy on the till couldn’t process said the sandwich was not included in the meal deal although clearly advertised that it was!! His ? Manager I then invited to see for himself to which he confirmed that it should be!! After several efforts to process at the till the deal finally went through- proved I was not imagining things! But what really insulted me further was that they gave the impression that I was causing an unnecessary delay apologies to the woman behind me when it was their incompetence that led to the delay in the first instance! No apologies for me and no plate or even a napkin to accompany my sandwich!! Whilst all this was going on our hot drinks at the end of the counter were cooling! Went up for advice on where to get sugars etc as no directions provided plus was told have to get a napkin from the counter- in the absence of any plate being provided!! Horrible customer experience will never return- should have gone to Cafe Nero who always offer excellent customer care! Shame because all the other Costa Coffees I have visited to date have been very good!

Waiting to be served then someone who was a regular came in behind me and was served first. The server then said 'whose next'. Coffee just plonked down. So many coffee shops, won't be back in a hurry.

I used to have a morning coffee and read papers everyday in costa parade. New manager comes in and changes newspaper to cheaper one to save £5 per week. Result, I stopped going in and took my business elsewhere. This resulted in a net loss to costa of£15 per week. Or around £800 per year. Other customers complaining also. No wonder the place is deserted till about 10am. What a mistake costa made in losing Andrew the last manager. He was brilliant at staff training and knew a thing or two about customer service. Since he left and some of the best staff went the decline has been amazing. Costa please note. One thing Leamington is not short of is coffee shops!

Pretty standard costa. Some staff are lovely and take the time to help you choose a drink from their sometimes large selection - other they seem disinterested.Cafe also varies in cleanliness however i expect often they may have busy rushess and the baristas cant leave the coffee machine then so it is understandable.

Needed to take daughters and wife for a snack after a swimming session and shopping centre. This Costa has been here for a while. Pleasant café, but it is not clean, and the staff seem rushed (probably because it is a high street Costa). With the number of cafes in Leamington it will continue to thrive, especially with the free wifi, but it is pricy and the snacks are dear also. You'll get what you expect from this Costa branch.

It was raining this morning and cold so a visit for a millionaire latte was just what the Doctor ordered. There is a new coffee on the go which they wanted an extra 20p for but why when you are having a millionaires latte? Tables could do with a clean once and a while at this place, otherwise fine.
