Very clean friendly staff and Pleasant to sit outside enjoying the views and freash air

awful, didn’t even give me my food that I ordered

I ordered two British Smoked Bacon Bap and Triple Chocolate Biscuits, and I got two Ham And Cheese Toasties and a Chocolate muffin, it wasn't what I ordered but the food was still good.

In my opinion the best coffee on the high street. Nice enough place.

It's a Costa, you know what to expect and this is a pretty much the same. What I would say is I decided to have a "warm milkshake".. DON'T DO IT, it's horrible..very weird texture! Stick to cold milkshakes!

All the staff were very friendly and polite and my drink was served quickly and efficiently and was as usual hot & tasty ☕👌 Although the staff have changed over the last few weeks the newer ones were trying to make sure that experience that I received was still good and that the drink was just as hot and tasty as normal 👍👌

Typical Costa. Needed a clean, but could have been worse. The toilet was badly designed

Nice barista. No drip coffee, but other tasty drinks available. Plenty of outside and inside seating. Only a few blocks away from Warwick Castle.

Pretty dismal for what is a National coffee shop, staff very negative and we came in at around 10am, moaning about shortages of staff, no syrups and no takeaway cups other than large…. Drinks were ok, food was hot but service put a very low impression on the visit and if they tell everyone that comes in then the reality is visitors will stop coming. Not a great impression of Costa Warwick and maybe we should have tried Nero that is just round the corner…

Very disappointed Have stopped using this store I am an early bird And it never opens on time always late. Outside eating area always full of litter. Never looks nice when you arrive In the morning Some of the staff very scruffy And not in keeping with other stores

Nearly always very late opening. Staff generally unkempt. Dirty tables. Customer service virtually nil. Would the area manager please respond?

Was delivered a blueberry muffin instead of a chocolate one

One of the best costa's in the area. Happy and helpful staff, everywhere is nice and clean.

Great service, clean environment staff were helpful and kind.

A usual Costa Cafe, range of coffees and sandwiches and toasties. The space is quite large though, there is always empty tables and good for small or large gatherings. Good space for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Coffee as expected at a Costa. Flat white was nice & hot. Staff couldn't have looked or acted any less interested if they tried, no atmosphere.

Always service with a smile and expediency. The coffee is great too.

Good location in the centre of Warwick. Air conditioning good on hot days central for Warwick shopping. Friendly quick service.

Great service, was relatively quiet for a morning coffee. I have the veggie roll with egg spinach and mushrooms. It was lovely. Coffee and hot chocolate both hot.

Alternative, overly priced coffee shop when Starbucks ain't in town. Staff lovely, coffee not to my liking but satisfactory nonetheless. Two visits over two days. I was able to hold my breath long enough not to be charged for it. Unlike Starbucks, Costa slaps a surcharge on non-dairy.

Substitution toastie (vegan?) Was not very nice, and a bottle of pop was missed from the order.

Ordered 2 toasties and received 1 toastie and a panini. Ordered 2 Frappe’s with light dairy swirl, 1 had light dairy swirl and 1 had cream. Finally how are we expected to drink our Frappe’s, no straws included!!

I was missing a jubilee cake which is a shame since it was a very positive interaction otherwise

Delivery time was great, unfortunately wrong cake was sent (still nice, just not what was ordered) and no straw provided for Frostino. Still tasty, though.

Perfectly decent Costa, often half-full of the locals. Certainly not the fanciest of coffee places in town, but tried and true as a chain brand. Covid regulations observed, sanitiser available at the door, outdoor seating, etc. Very well trained and observant staff.

I ordered a mocha, 2 lattes and a sausage batch, but got 2 cappuccinos instead of the sausage batch. Unable to contact Costa or Just Eat!

Great location and standard Costa experience nice friendly staff

Absolutely poor service from the driver. Kept getting lost even after speaking to him multiple times to give directions. Had to walk almost half way to the coffee shop to meet him in the end. 1 drink was half empty as had been spilled everywhere in the bag.

When the order arrived, it was missing my main meal, when i reported there was an issue, they would not help. poor service

The food was cold the driver was in a car yet took 11 minutes to complete a 4 min journey as our office is a stone throw away very very disappointing

Second day running they’ve got the order wrong! They’ve given me the wrong food today and also the wrong hot chocolate, called the restaurant three times no answer will NOT be ordering from there again!!!!!

It was nice to be able to sit inside again. Great coffee but a little disappointed with toasted ham and cheese sandwich which was just a soggy bread on one side. Has quality dropped since business bought out?

Ordered Chai Latte Large and Americano White Medium. Received both Medium. Caps were also mixed up.
