Had intentions and eagerness to visit Kiki’s for the first time after finding it online. Drinks were lovely. Mocha was a perfect warming beverage for the rainy day. Partner enjoyed his tuna panini soo much he ordered another! Staff are incredible and comforting when speaking to. A friendly environment with the occasional doggies!

Proper home cooked lemon sponge cake. Tasty. Decent cup of tea. Friendly pleasant atmosphere. Now I still have to get up to 100 words.

I visited this lovely coffee shop's Lydney premises and it was one of the best cafes in town. The most delicious drinks, food and friendly staff. The owner was so lovely and made it a joy to visit. I miss them very much

We've just finished an amazing salmon and avacado salad, Caesar salad and fully loaded fries. All freshly cooked and tasted superb. Great place to grab a proper bite to eat.

This is the best café in Hereford. It has an all day breakfast which is a mini breakfast which is absolutely delicious and everything is cooked from fresh. The toast is incredible both white and granite. I highly recommend this café although it is incredibly busy but you can usually get a seat. It really is lovely and the staff are just wonderful. Don’t forget everything is cooked from fresh so you wait a few minutes extra, but it’s a nice spot in town and has a lovely atmosphere.

Took my kids here for ice creams. Ordered one in a tub as my 5 year old is coeliac so can't have a cone. Asked if the ice cream contains gluten and the girl serving said she didn't know. Asked if she could check in ingredients and she said she couldn't. Asked if she had any allergen information and she reluctantly picked up a pile of paperwork and said it didn't say. Decided to take the risk as ice cream is usually ok. She then presented me with an ice cream in a cone. Reminded her that I asked for a tub. She then turned her back to me, but craning my neck I was able to see that she just tipped the (now contaminated with gluten) ice cream into a tub and tried giving it to me. I asked for a fresh one without any contamination and was then presented with a lump of ice cream the size of a small egg. "Is that all you get?" I asked. "Yep. One scoop." Came the helpful reply. "Jeez" I answered. This prompted another member of staff to have a go at me saying "Leave her alone, she's just doing her best." "Yes but she's just not listening!" Said the lady behind me in the queue, who had obviously witnessed this terrible service. My 5 year old was really disappointed with the pitiful lump of ice cream, so we had to go to a pub called De Koffee Pot just down the road where they had a whole gluten free menu and the staff were really friendly and totally understood the importance of allergens. The ice cream there came in proper portion sizes and was actually much nicer too, and you get to sit overlooking the river. Wish we'd gone there first! So anyway, if you've got coeliac disease, give this place a miss. If you've got any serious allergies, DEFINITELY AVOID or you could end up seriously ill.

A chance find when our booked restaurant was closed and what a find. A small place with a very interesting menu. My rump steak was delicious as was my partner's pork belly. Will absolutely go here again when next in Hereford.

We thought we would take my mother out to celebrate her birthday, she doesn't have a great appetite so we thought the small plates would be ideal for her. Firstly the waiting staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and attentive, no problem with them. Unfortunately the food that was served was either cold or lukewarm, it was a quiet lunchtime so I do not understand how this can happen, apart from the food was prepped then left on the side in the kitchen? We had to send 2 of the dishes back and when it was brought back it looked like the garnish had been scrapped off and re-deep fat fried. I know they are small plates but £7.50 for 3 walnut sized arancini, £7.95 for 3 small pulled beef croquettes and £8.25 for about 6 very small chicken pieces is ludicrous. I've been in the catering trade for 30+ years and I know food costs and this is not value for money! Sadly I won't be returning but thank you to the waiting staff for trying to sort out the problems.
