Food is great veggie, vegan and meat. Proper tea in a pot and lovely coffee. They welcome dogs. It’s very small but welcoming. There’s some seats up the narrow stairs.

On a rare shopping trip in town yesterday, and decided to go into No.10 for lunch. One's first impression is the lack of space, it being located in a very old building. Having settled ourselves at a table, we looked at the menu which was mainly sandwiches. The waitress came for our drinks order, and throughout the meal gave us just the perfect amount of attention. Having seen a plated meal delivered to another table, I opted for the Mediterranean Tart. My son had bacon, brie and cranberry sandwich on chunky brown bread and my wife opted for a jacket-baked potato. All come with salad, but not the usual lettuce leaf, tomato, cucumber; no, these were reminiscent of a visit to a salad bar with pasta, beetroot, pomegranate, couscous, pine nuts, etc. All absolutely delicious. If you can't manage it all, then you can ask to take the remainder in a takeaway box. The coffee was just perfect; richly flavoured without being too strong or too weak. This cafe is a little gem, and is definitely a place to go back to. Looking forward to the next visit already.

Wow, so welcoming for us and our doggo (who was offered a biscuit as soon as we arrived 😍). Sandwiches were so fresh and bulging with filling, accompanying salad was refreshingly different with lots crisp flavourful vegetables and pomegranate . Coffee and earl grey tea both just as you’d hope they’d be and served attentively but not overbearing. Well worth £8.50 for sandwiches and cappuccino plus earl grey plus bottle elderflower and pistachio cake which I’ve had to take home as too full to eat came to £13.50. I don’t hesitate to recommend. Many thanks, Caroline and Rob, Norfolk

I've came here with my friend for the first time for lunch, and I'm so annoyed I hadn't come here sooner! I had the most beautiful vegan lunch of a baked potato with roasted vegetables and houmous, and a lovely latte with soy milk. I was so impressed I came back a few days later for breakfast (cake ) and was wowed by the amount of vegan cake choices they had! I never normally have any choice. I had a carrot cake with another soy latte and it was so yummy. Also the ladies who work here are so lovely and welcoming, and it's such a lovely place to sit and read a book. Will be coming here much more frequently from now on!

We had a surprise afternoon tea from a special friend, delivered to us by Karen,on New Year's Eve. It was absolutely delicious, SO much food it took us 2 days to eat! There was a selection of sandwiches/ rolls with a great variety of generous fillings, I particularly liked the brie and grape! Also a couple of slices of quiche which were very tasty. To finish,2 scones with jam, clotted cream and strawberries. Usually, an afternoon tea has too many cakes and not enough savoury, but we much preferred this one and will definitely be calling in,when we can,to sample some more delicious food.Well done,

We were wandering around Hereford and were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat, when we came across No 10. What a cracker of a place. We both ordered the bacon, Brie and cranberry sandwiches - my other half opting for the toasted option , and me for white bread. Both were filled to the rafters with good quality fillings and the side salad was equally as tasty, and the coffees were also delicious. Furthermore, the cost for what we had was extremely reasonable. We’re so glad we found this little gem. We don’t get to Hereford that often , but I have a feeling we’ll be making a beeline for No 10 whenever we do.

I recently contacted No10 cafe in Hereford with a bit of a unusual request that was far out-with and above their general services. After a few phone calls with the lovely Karen, they were able to accommodate my request (all the way from Scotland!) and made a friend of mine very, very happy. The communication was exceptional and the fact they were willing to help me do something lovely for my friend just shows what great values they hold as a business. We visited Hereford Cathedral and hadn't really been ready for a lunch, so later in the afternoon we stopped here and decided to have afternoon tea. The place was really small and friendly and before long there was conversation across the tables. We were permitted to choose what sandwiches we wanted rather than being given a selection, along with a selection of cake and freshly made scones. We enjoyed the sandwiches and scones, but the victoria sponge beat us. As we had plans for dinner later that evening we declined the offer of a doggy bag. We popped in here one day to buy sandwiches, we bought three (one quite plain for a toddler), 2 packets of crisps and a small bottle of pop. It's was £20! I get that it's all individually handmade (although the bread was quite hard so not especially better!) and was presented beautifully, wrapped individually in paper. But certainly wouldn't spend that on sandwiches again! Took about half an hour to choose and have it all prepared, so in no way fast food, Not a vast selection either. Very nice inside, not very big, but not a bad thing. Nicely decorated. Nice to try it, but we haven't been back since. Maybe just rethink the pricing a bit, although I appreciate it's probably expensive rent etc, times are hard for everyone, so people will just go where it's cheaper and faster.

I'm pleased as we received a friendly welcome and our order was taken for coffee/soft drinks when we were ready without feeling rushed. It soon arrived and was delivered in a friendly manner with the offer of anything extra should it be required.Although this has a shabby chic décor, it leaves a little to be desired in some ways - menus looked a little worn; attractive paper bunting in the upstairs window was a little torn in places. This said, little extras e.g. vases of fresh flowers to enhance the small upstairs area where we chose to sit definitely made a difference.Various food was displayed downstairs but as we weren't there to eat on this occasion we didn't look in detail.

What a super little café. Popped in for a quick lunch, dictated as per usual by a pay and display car park, 50 minutes left. Friendly welcome, comprehensive menu and a cosy atmosphere. Shabby Chic furniture and lovely mix and match china. I had a tasty toasted sandwich and a pot of tea with a strainer, how wonderful. My wife, baked spud with Hummus and roast veg. Enjoyable and very reasonably priced. More space upstairs that we didn't visit. We will be back.

Great place to eat, this little tea room is so quaint. You must try the victorian leomonade, its sooooo nice! The staff are super friendly and so helpful. If you are in hereford go down church street and pop in for tea before visiting the cathedral.

A welcome change from the big chains. We had very good sandwiches. Roast beef and ham on good bread with crisps and a bit of salad. Leaf tea in a large pot with plenty of hot water on the side. Very friendly service good value. Near the cathedral. What more do you need

Lovely place to stop for a sandwich, jacket potato, homemade soup. Staff can't do enough for you. Tea is the real McCoy - fresh tea leaves. A true British experience!

If you are in need of a good pot of tea and to treat yourself to a bit of cake whilst wandering about Hereford then head here. Welcoming, friendly, lush cakes, lovely atmosphere and with window seats to watch the world go by. I often sneak in here to break up the chore of going to town. Sometimes on my own and sometimes with my 4 yr old son. Staff are charming and very happy to put up with the rather random conversations my son (and I) will have with them. Service is great and the bacon butties aren't bad either.Very happy to recommend this calm oasis to shoppers and passers by who need to take a moment during their busy day.

I had a very warm welcome when I entered No 10. I had past it so many times, but never stopped to go in. I had plenty of time today and wanted a drink and a snack and it was really nice. The only slight complaint I have was that there was limited seating. I'm glad I stopped by and visited.

My first trip to Hereford was yesterday. A lovely city and and I am glad that I decided to visit. Hungry at lunchtime, the menu outside No 10 seemed inviting. I ordered a jacket potato with tuna, mayonnaise and red onion with a side salad. The roasted vegetable salad was lovely, crunchy vegetables that were full of flavour. The randomly scattered rocket leaves without any dressing were a poor accompaniment and added absolutely nothing. Dry leaves that were totally uninviting and lacked any sort of imagination or presentation. The "star" of the show, the jacket potato, was small and warm rather than hot. On the plus side, the skin was really crispy and the potato had obviously been oven baked rather than popped in the microwave. The £6 price for the potato was definitely over the odds for what was actually delivered. The mocha I had seemed weak and watery and was not nice. All-in-all a very average eating experience, compounded by the fact that no one actually approached me whilst I was eating to enquire how the food was. Very poor customer service and certainly well below par. I won't be returning to No 10 again.

Popped in with friends for a hot chocolate and our first mince pie of the year, all very tasty and we found the atmosphere and service to be excellent. Such a great find on a truly beautiful little street heading towards the cathedral from the city centre. The decor is quirky and we were all really pleased enough to welcome the chance to visit again.

Now that most of Hereford City Centre seems to have been taken over by the large coffee chains, finding somewhere different to have a drink and cake on a Saturday was starting to seem impossible until we chanced upon this quirky little café in one of the city's side streets. The coffee and homemade cakes were delicious, as were the sandwiches. The staff were very friendly, greeting us on the way in and being polite and attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable interlude!

Great little tea (coffee) shop, tucked away in a side street. We found it by accident but are so glad we did. Best little place in town with the warmest of welcomes and the friendliest of staff. Well worth a visit

Had intentions and eagerness to visit Kiki’s for the first time after finding it online. Drinks were lovely. Mocha was a perfect warming beverage for the rainy day. Partner enjoyed his tuna panini soo much he ordered another! Staff are incredible and comforting when speaking to. A friendly environment with the occasional doggies!
