Tuve un gran café con leche (y estoy quisquilloso) y pastel de chocolate hace unos días. También me gustó la decoración y el ambiente. Es un gran lugar para detenerse para visitar Custard Factory Y está frente al supermercado Zero Waste, ¡así que traiga algunas bolsas de compras!

Rude! I dont really make reviews but well. I Ordered a hot white americano takeaway to 3 people and nobody seems to finish the order. Got scolded by a white lady with short hair with highlights in front of everybody cuz I didnt say takeaway away and she’s already done it. I said takeaway to 3 people and she has the audacity to say I ddnt and shee proceeded to serve me cold coffee instead. Brilliant

today. i went to this store to order to then have Eho present themselves this is very concerning as a chef i now feel ill hours after eating here avoid at all costs didn’t even get my drink incompetent staff

I have breakfast there a few times a week. The food is fresh, and it tastes incredible and the staff polite and helpful. Highly Recommend

I get on with all the staff. Prices are reasonable in general a friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend

Last week dinner service was terrible, the waitress could hardly speak a word of English and got my order all wrong and then didn’t understand why! She asked me 3 times what wine I would like and still brought the wrong one. Tables are always sticky. Last night service was a bit better but I knocked my fork on the floor when the waiter was right there yet he didn’t pick it up or being me another one. This morning, last weeks waitress is on, table extremely sticky and again she didn’t understand what my order was so goodness knows what I’ll get. Oh had the meal deal but had to pay for the additional chicken on the noodles. That’s unfair I think, who is going to order just a bowl of noodles and no protein?

Arrived in Birmingham with an hour to spare before going into the Glee Club and both me and my sister were hungry so we called in here. Very busy pub but ran like clockwork in there staff attentive and helpful, food and drinks order taken quickly and lots of choice drinks wise. Food didn’t take long to arrive and it was really good - no complaints whatsoever. Did the job! Would definitely return again if I am in the area and would recommend.

Popped in here for a quick snack, first time I’ve visited - the person behind the counter was so unfriendly, well actually she didn’t mutter one word at all. Sandwich wasn’t very nice and my daughter’s chicken was ‘stewed’ although she said it tasted okay. Dirty uncleared tables. Wouldn’t ever return again.

Mi amigo había llegado antes que yo y teníamos una mesa. Este lugar está ocupado, así que si vas a detenerte, ten en cuenta este problema. Pedimos en la aplicación y luego llegaron bebidas y luego comida con el pudín poco después de lo cual pedimos por separado. Personal atento y alejando platos etc cuando haya terminado. Precio razonable, bonitas zonas decorativas. Como digo, está ocupado. Yo volvería.

Visited hall 19 - NEC while working at MACH 2024 - Bessie Bell in hall 19 Catering was an absolute star - the new system since introduced is so slow but Bessie was tremendous the way she processed all the orders in double quick time with the biggest smile! Well done Bessie...NEC promote this excellent member of staff!

Please for the love of god don’t come here this place is absolutely terrible their bathrooms are bad
