I get on with all the staff. Prices are reasonable in general a friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend

Someone tried to take my handbag and our drinks of the table,barmaid blaintidly ignored it and started trouble herself,,I don’t know how she keeps her job,told me to fix off and everything,don’t go near if their regulars there allowed to rob you

Went there after work for a couple of drinks and something to eat. They had some sports on but the music was playing instead which was fine. All round decent place would recommend

Interesting when you give an honest review of this place it disappears, a bit like the non existent manager???? Feels like the only way is Essex in here with a different version of Gemma Collins behind the bar....regulars know who. Quite curious how this place can open for England games but is shut due to quarantine outside of those for a deep clean. hmmmm. Having worked in Health and Safety I am sure the HSE will be more than keen to know....well hopefully Stonegate by law have reported it.

I have found staff and managers friendly and helpful service is good not eaten but food looks good beer is excellent

Came In to this pub and was actually delighted to see a pub following the rules! Was also nice to be greeted by the manager Hughie at the door who was very helpful. The service was brilliant the staff was quick and friendly!..they had three types of sports showing!.. will be returning!

Me and my friends prefer to go here instead of the other options on the Kings Heath high street mainly for the sports and the music (however they haven’t had much music because of the current climate).

Friendly manage...Hughie Me and my wife popped in to the old Court after doing a little bit of shopping on the High Street we had a bite to eat very nice and a couple of drinks staff were friendly manager come over and had a chat with us well organised I felt very safe in there with all the rules and regulations definitely will come back...

I popped into The Old Court yesterday for a quick juice whilst in Kings Heath (needed the toilet really). I was greeted by a very polite and friendly member of staff. She was very welcoming and had a very warm and welcoming smile. It was quite busy at the time when I went in as they were showing the football. Despite seeming a little rushed of her feet along with another member of staff I can say that her customer service and manners were impeccable. I only noticed the two members of staff working whilst I was there but they worked together very well. Impressive considering it was just the two of them and customers needed to be signed in, seated and served. I actually thought that she was the Manager due to her professionalism and how she dealt with other guests. I didnt get the young ladies name who served me but I did notice that she wore gloves. Both ladies are a credit and an asset to the company. Will definitely be coming back again and will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you for a very plesant visit.

First time visiting this pub and the service was very quick with a friendly smile. The staff and management were lovely. I would definitely recommend this pub as I will be going back very soon.

Great pub located in the heart of kings Heath. I have enjoyed coming to this pub since the bee restrictions and I must say it has been a blessings. Great food and drinks, great vibe and the staff are just amazing.

Lovely food & drink, serve was great. nice lunch with friends. Atmoshere was welcoming too. Will be visiting again for sure .

Awful experience met eventually at the door by a rude manager dressed in scruffs and trainers, was rude so didn’t even bother going in staff just leaning up the bar looking half asleep shocking place can see why it was empty

Meet up for a drink at the old court the atmosphere was very nice really enjoyed ourselves the staff were very friendly and helpful nice to be back in a pub again

Popped in for lunch with my friend. Fish n chips were great value( cheaper than the chippy). music which wasn’t too loud! Nice environment for a catch up with friends.

After a long time in lockdown, it was so nice to visit The Old Court pub. It was just what me and my wife needed! The staff were welcoming and friendly. We are looking forward to coming back next week.

Only the second time I’ve been here, both visits after lockdown. Great venue if you want to watch sport. Drinks good and reasonably priced. Best however is the great service. Really friendly, efficient and frankly faultless. Thank you!! Will be back.

Ha pasado un tiempo desde la última vez que estuvimos aquí. y la señora detrás del bar era muy dulce. y el hombre que trajo nuestra comida también fue muy amable con nosotros. La comida era perfecta. aunque tardó un tiempo en salir. pero valió la pena ya que la buena comida tarda un tiempo en prepararse. mi esposa y yo realmente disfrutamos nuestra visita aquí. Te veo pronto

Acababa de llegar de una reunión relacionada con el trabajo en Kings Heath y decidí ir a comer algo y tomar algo antes de regresar a casa.Antes de elegir mi comida, fui a un bar bastante ocupado y me sirvió una pequeña Dama irlandesa que parecía el único miembro del personal que estaba en turno. Muy amable, muy amable y muy rápido para obtener mi bebida solicitada a pesar de que parecía que estaba sola. Su etiqueta de bar era lo que esperarías como cliente que paga.La bebida en sí era de un nivel decente y no estaba mal de precio.Después de terminar mi primer trago y responder algunas llamadas relacionadas con el trabajo, regresé al bar para pedir el pastel de carne y cerveza (nuevamente de calidad y precio razonables) y obtener otra pinta para el camino. Nuevamente, pensé que solo el miembro del personal mencionado estaba trabajando. Sin embargo, había una señora con acento de Liverpool al final del bar más cercano a los baños que estaba siendo bastante "obstinada" de una manera grosera hacia un miembro del público. Supuse que esta señora era un miembro del público, pero en realidad estaba bastante sorprendida cuando se acercó a un cliente para servirles.En general, diría que la comida y la bebida eran razonables, pero es necesario trabajar en el servicio con respecto a cómo ciertos miembros del personal (como se mencionó anteriormente) actúan y se comportan cuando están de servicio. Cuando entro en un pub, siempre miro el bar para ver quién está antes que yo y quién llega después, y espero que me sirvan en consecuencia. . . . Para ser honesto, esto nunca suele ser un problema. Cuando llegué al bar había 3 personas antes que yo. Después de que fueron atendidos, el miembro del personal decidió servir bebidas para los "clientes habituales" como le habían hecho señas. Salí y no volveré.

La primera vez que asistí y disfruto del almuerzo del domingo, a mi hijo, a mi amiga y a su familia nos sirvieron rápidamente y fue una dama negra de mediana edad que estuvo brillante mientras que nuestro pedido fue multitarea en serio si ella no es un gerente que debería ¡ser! se inclinó hacia atrás para asegurarse de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, como puede ver en la foto, a mi hijo le encantó su comida

Me detuve en The Old Court con mi mamá y mi papá. Todos disfrutamos la comida y el ambiente brillante. Los miembros del personal eran amables y serviciales (era la primera vez que visitábamos el Old Court). Fue agradable sentarse, relajarse y tomar una pinta. Todos estaremos visitando de nuevo (pronto).

He estado yendo a este lugar durante mucho tiempo, y nunca tuve un problema hasta hace poco, desde la referencia y justo antes de que la norma bajara. El personal es lento, grosero y no es eficiente en lo más mínimo, la mayoría de las veces, el personal está en la parte de atrás o simplemente charlando entre ellos, y además, cuando pueden molestarse en atenderle, parece que siempre toman una libra por su Consejos a pesar de que nadie mencionó "toma 1 para ti". This pub has been redecorated it still has its old charm the staff are very friendly and good at their job. The food is standard pub fare and not bad but the coffee is terrible stick to the beers

Was in last week for food wasn’t very busy order ham chip and a beef language very slow we got our order a good 30 minute if on longer was cold was the plates where stone cold my language was still frozen brought it back they said they would get me a new one bout never got it waked out after waiting over 20 minute no one every asked worst place been in in years proper pub not need to take that of there menus staff look like they could all do with a wash

No flavour , watery gravy, beef was tough, soggy Yorkshire pudding. I know it's a cheap meal but really poor .

Some friends and I wanted to slash out so we decided to spend ‘that’ money somewhere in town....Before we jumped in an Uber we went to the Goose to save some cash and maximize the liver damage. (or the Poose, as we affectionately call it; as it smells of poo a bit)Drink the cheap beer as anything ‘Premium’ generally tastes cheap anyway....The breakfast is the t*ts, can’t beat that price.Bring ya mates (not the Mrs).X

Quick drink required (I live a short distance away, but normally go farther afield). Dark, dingy, and fully of what I would call habitual drunkards. The beer, to be honest, wasn't bad; however, please do not enter the toilets without waders. I'm not going to suggest an alternative - any pub in King's Heath or Moseley will be a better idea...

Ha pasado un tiempo desde que estuve en el centro de Kings Heath. pero estaba con mi esposa hoy y me sorprendió que vayamos a almorzar aquí. es la misma cadena de pub que el ganso en wolverhampton. grandes ofertas y relación calidad-precio. disfrutamos de la comida, bebida, personal y música antigua y nueva. volveremos. los tablones de comida son la mejor relación calidad-precio, incluso más barata los sábados. volveremos

No sé qué pasa con los pubs últimamente y la necesidad de emitir música moderna incomprensible tan alta a primera hora de la tarde que no refleja en absoluto el clientela del pub en ese momento.

En el área para un mini descanso para ponerse al día, como nacido y criado en Birmingham, pero ahora vive en Derbyshire.

Me encanta este pub! Su céntrica y tiene una parada de autobús justo fuera de la puerta. Tiene una mesa de billar en el interior que es gratis más a menudo que no, y la comida es estupenda para el precio! El personal siempre es amable y en general es un hotel limpio y ordenado pub en el corazón de la High Street.

Oh no! pay some extra and go to the pubs nearby. If you want to be treated decently go elsewhere. Staff needs some serious training.

I have been here and eaten a few times without any issues or complaints. Tonight was the complete opposite. Tables were dirty, service poor and food was diabolical. Won't be rushing back for a while

La mayoría de clientes o chicos de enfermería una pinta viejo sentado durante años, y jóvenes aficionados al fútbol sweary. La cerveza es barata, los alimentos parpadea horrible y mejor evitar a todo costo. Los caballeros apesta como lo puedo creer. Pero, El Ganso, y es lo que es.

Ein typischer Englischer Pub. Das Interior ist sehr nett, die Leinwand für Sportübertragungen auch. Hinsichtlich Bier gibt's das typische Lineup, beim Essen auch. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, die Würstchen sind allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Service ist gut.

Yo vengo aquí entre semana para conocer un amigo sobre una base regular y siempre he recibido una cálida bienvenida. El personal del bar es muy amable y cuidar de los clientes. La comida es muy buena relación calidad-precio y sabe bien. Nunca tuvimos una mala comida como de tarde. Clientela es variada pero me gusta el ambiente de la mezcla con diferentes personas y siempre hay una parte más tranquila de la pub para sentarse si desea mover lejos de ese lado. Pruébalo, serán atendidos.

He visitado esta noche. Yo estaba absolutamente horrorizado con el servicio que recibí de lo que sólo puede ser descrito como un insulto.

We stopped in here to have lunch, pulled pork was heaven, great portion great food, great service, we have also had the full breakfast a few days before and that was amazing highly recommend

Nos detuvimos aquí para el té y una pre-almuerzo snack antes de asistir a una boda en la iglesia al lado. El personal era muy amable y servicial. El servicio era rápido y eficiente. Este es un pub con un Wetherspoons. El menú de la comida es similar a lo que puede encontrar en un Wetherspoons. El club sanwich era genous y sabrosos y las patatas fritas eran buenas. Tiene un poco de la sensación de estar en un pub de 'local'sbut no de una manera intimidatoria. A pesar de que buscando un poco fuera de lugar en nuestro sus galas nocturnas de boda, gente amable. Estaría encantado de descenso de nuevo si me pasó a estar de paso.
