This little tearoom is just the BEST! No trip to Mevagissey is complete without a visit to Teacup Tearoom! More than just dog friendly, they welcome dogs with open arms, tickles, treats water and a comfy blanket or bed. All the cakes are home made and they do the most amazing sandwiches on deliciously soft, fresh bread. If you've never been, now is the time to change that! A very warm and friendly welcome is guaranteed 😁

Lovely big cups of coffee, cheese scone and bacon on crumpets, followed by a slice of 'cake of the day'. Yummy food and good service.

Alex and Hannah, the owners, made you feel very welcome. Good choices on the menu The food was delicious. It's a small cafe, so sometimes you wait a little longer for the food to be prepared, but it wasn't long for us. If you're ever in Barnstaple, it's a lovely place to eat.

Visited for lunch while walking in the area. Opted for the takeaway in the garden. It was fantastic! The salad that came with the ploughmans was amazing, I have never seen so much variety and was spoilt for choice. There was even the option to pair with a cheese scone rather usual bread, I couldn't resist. My husband has the double cream tea which was delicious, generous portions of everything. If we're in the area again we will definitely be back as this is a great find.

Popped in to try the new Rhubardb Blondie today. These are made with Rhubarb that the students have grown in the polythene here at the college. This has then been picked by the students and made into the most beautiful cakes. I will definitely be back for more!!
