Excellent service. Went in to today. Bought frozen pasty’s and pies. A couple of rolls. Staff really friendly. We have been going to them for years. Highly recommend. ☺️

I bought a 1.5 kg Prima Christmas cake log. I decided to indulge early. Good that I did. It was awful. Dry and overcooked. Totally inedible. I believe in supporting local businesses. So I managed to buy 2 smaller cakes from another local company. Christmas is saved.

Friendly service as always and great pasties.

They can make sandwiches for your lunch or hot pasties, sausage rolls & other hot items. I go once a month for frozen sausage rolls and of course pasties to fill the freezer. Also do frozen Croissants so have dinner and breakfast sorted. Also have had some nice bread. Of course other typical baked goods like saffron buns & heavy cake! Very friendly staff always there to help. Highly recommended for all your bakery needs.

Top Mark's for Prima Bakeries I travel down to peranporth 2 to 3 times a year and always call they have a fantastic range of pasties, cakes, bread. all fresh.and unbaked pasties

This used to be really great place but they do not order sufficiently any more. Turning up just before mid day to get a jacket pataatoe is pointless as they have none left ! I wont be back

Goods are nice but the prices are very high I know what they say you get what you pay for But as a person that has been involved in the manufacturer of such goods and retail outlets . Have a visit see what you think if you want to see what a traditional bakery is like.

Always only go to prima when in Cornwall, staff are always friendly & helpful. Amazing service when we asked for cooked pasties cold to bring home, instead of frozen uncooked.

Amazingly delicious pasties, great quality! We tried the Cornish steak & the lamb & mint and WOW. Lots of other things on offer too which all looked and smelled delicious. Great prices too.

Quite simply the best bakery in the local area. Fantastic sausage rolls, not an ounce of gristle. Pasties are delicious, some lovely cakes too. Do feel for the staff come summer time though, can be absolutely boiling inside! Hats off to them.

If you’re in Redruth and in need of a Pasty (or other baked good) I strongly recommend Prima Bakeries. The staff were extremely friendly and the shop felt friendly and welcoming. There’s treats lining all the walls for you to browse while you wait in queue for your turn (always a good sign) even though we waited no time at all. The Large traditional Pasty I had was the best I’ve had in a long time, I really didn’t want to finish it as each bite was better the last. I’ve even been looking into their Frozen Pasty Delivery Service so I can experience their lovely baked food again! I can’t think of any real cons for Prima, although I would say the large Pasty was perfect for my lunch so consider whether you’d want a normal size or large before you order. Prima definitely earns my strongest recommendation.

The best pasties around. You can get cold pasties cheaper and you can even have frozen pasties delivered to an address in UK mainland next day. A nice present for for family members in Cheshire. Quality is always consistent. When Cornish oven opened I stopped using them as I could walk there. Now I'm back to driving to Prima when I want a lunchtime treat. The quality and consistency can not be beaten.

The service was good, there's ample parking outside, food was okay and there are no customer toilets. A variety of breakfast options are available.

Really nice Pasties, the Saffron Cake is nearly like homemade with no trace of turmeric for colouring, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pasty and a Yum Yum, cracking lunch. Would also like to add that we now buy frozen pasties from Prima, once a month, and they never disappoint. We have 4 large steak for £10 and 4 steak and stilton for £10. Great value!

Great place to pick up patsy and cake to take home after your holidays. They have frozen and cooked to eat straight away . Ours were frozen when bought put in a decent cool box and driven 400 miles home . Still frozen when we got home .

The perfect place for someone looking to smuggle decent pasties over the boarder. Has now become routine to stop here on the way out of Cornwall for frozen for friends or a hot treat for a long drive.

I like the uncooked items, lovely baked at home. Filled roll counter, not as good as usual. Only a couple of fillings available.

Great pasties and also bought a cream tea while there. Prices are reasonable and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. We had our Guide Dog puppy in training with us and he was accepted into the shop as well. Would recommend a visit

I was delivering nearby, and promised myself a visit after I was finished. Whilst I was being unloaded, I took a look at their website, and decided that I’d have a steak and Stilton, and I’d take a lamb and mint home for my girlfriend. When I arrived at the bakery, all that was on offer, in the way of pasties was steak or cheese and onion. I left a little disappointed.

Outstanding “fat” sausage rolls, pasty’s ate a very personal thing so not going into that. But there specialty sausage rolls are amazing, cheese chutney and sausage roll is my favourite, sweet chilli is a close second

I've been visiting Cornwall since I was a child, prima are by far my favourite pasties, I would recommend them to anyone visiting Cornwall.

Really well priced for pastys and other baked goods. Cakes are a bargain! Easily accessed from the Great Flat Lode Trail for coffee and a rest.

It is a great traditional bakery which has a superb shop outlet selling freshly made cakes and pasties. They also sell frozen, ready to cook pasties and other items for a real great price. I paid £10 for 4 giant steak pasties,which required warming through for 50 minutes on my return home. Their local Hevva cake is also very tasty.

Brilliant products and very helpful staff. I have just found out I may be wheat or gluten intolerant, so popped in to ask what they can suggest or offer if this is the case. Very helpful on initial advice, Spelt flour (Spelt & Honey Loaf they sell) or Rye bread (don't currently sell). Thank you for helping in my intolerance curve xx

Bombay Potato Pasties!! The finest taste ever!

I am a pasty expert. Born in Cornwall. Living in London, I have ordered from a number of providers and wondered if I would ever eat a decent pasty again. Then EUREKA ! Prima pasties. They are packed full of flavour with wonderful ingredients. Moist with the most wonderful pastry. What ever you do Prima, dont change the recipe its perfect. Delivered to me in London. I dont miss home quite as much.
