I went here to have a coffee and ended up getting a latte as well as a slice of banana cinnamon loaf. The loaf was delicious with a great crust and the coffee was good too however as the shop is so small, I had to sit outside and so my coffee went cold in about 10 minutes.

A nice wee spot with friendly service.

Really disappointing - walked all the way across town for a pour over only to be told you they’re not sold on weekends - ridiculous. Got given some convoluted explanation as to that it’s too busy to make them despite having 5 members of staff standing around. Don’t have things on the menu if you don’t sell them. Avoid.

If you come to bath, walk straight past any Costa or Starbucks and come here. You may struggle to get a seat inside but there is outside seating. The nicest coffee I’ve had so far! My wife had a caramel latte and I had a cortado with a blueberry muffin. £11

Just been to the best pub (Volunteer) now at the best coffee shop. Not a lot of room but super coffee and to die for cookies

Friendly and welcoming, cosy but comfortable dining area, reasonable prices and a good range of coffees and cakes. Gluten free options were uncovered and underneath/alongside other cakes and pastries which was a concern, but the coffee was good and the staff were great.

Best coffee in the UK, let alone Bath. Freshly baked cakes and cookies which have definitely gone to my waistline but 100% worth it. Regular treat for my wife and I while bringing up our baby. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable.

Overpriced and there's no toilet in there - a definite no go for me going forward. Also, they charge £3.60 for an Americano, whereas better competitors of theirs charge £3.00 or so. Outside tables are wobbly & indoors is way too squished.

I love this coffee shop. They have great coffee and chai latte (my favourite). I live the ambience their interior is giving.

The best coffee in town by a mile. Cakes are also rather good, service is friendly and spot on. Usually stop here after a cigar purchase from nearby. Put simply all coffee should be made this well, drinking it here is a simply a pleasure!

A great little coffee shop in the center of Bath. The seating area is fairly small, but they've got seating outside which is great to sit and watch the world go by. The coffee was delicious - and they clearly know how to make it very well. There was also a great selection of cakes and sweet treats for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town and looking for some caffeine!

Best coffee in Bath in my opinion. I regularly visit here for a flat white and it’s always on point. It’s a delicious, smooth, nutty coffee. On a sunny day you can sot outside on a lovely street or you can sit inside and enjoy the light sound of Latin music playing in the background. Great coffee shop that also does some delicious toasties. The cakes are good but not excellent - but do go for the coffee!

Best coffee I’ve had in Bath so far.

We only popped in to get a coffee, first of all the coffee was amazing which is why it is 4 stars. However, we did have to sit outside as the inside seating was full and unfortunately it wasn't the warmest weather. Felt a bit like we were intruding in a local café, everyone looking as we entered. Service was OK, not the warmest, but coffee was served quickly. My partner took back in the tray of empty mugs and apparently got a bizarre look off the servers. I'd stop by again for the coffee though!

Delightful place, relaxed atmosphere, great sheltered spot, cat being taken for a walk may be present outside (but not guaranteed). Nice selection of Colombian items for the homesick hungry partner.

Great place for a nice hot chocolate! I requested a dense chocolate, and I was very happy with what I received.

The coffee is very, very excellent, and it tastes sweet and fresh, but the place is narrow, the seats are few, and the outside seat is full of pigeons and birds, and the prices, I think, are acceptable for the quality. Money for coffee is that their cake is fresh and fresh, and the shop is always crowded.

When in Bath we always go to this little coffee shop for wonderful coffee and delicious pastries, so much better than the usual high street chains.

We went here for a cup of coffee this morning and a cheese toastie. The place is situated right in the centre of Bath and is really well set out. And nice atmosphere with really friendly staff. A good selection of coffees and teas and other drinks and also nice selection of toasted sandwiches. Limited seating which was made worse when one of the members of staff went on the break and took up three seats. this is the only reason for giving for and not five stars because a bit of common sense would’ve meant more space for customers

Friendly service and an amazing coffee, better than chains, definitely worth a visit. If we hadnt had breakfast in our hotel we definitely would have tried a cake

The coffee quality was excellent and the sandwiches were good. It is possible to sit inside or outside in the courtyard. Personnel and visitors were friendly and patient. This is not a fast food place, everything is prepared individually with time and care. The coffees are prepared by a Barrista and beautiful to look at too. Thank you for the great moments we spent in your Café. I would definitely come again.

Nice little cosy coffee place on the corner. Its ideal for couples or one person sit down. We were a big group but managed to sit at various two seaters. The service was great considering they were two on the floor. The coffees were nice and hot and the pastries, cakes and toasties delish and the price was spot on! I would definitely visit again.

Chai latte was delicioso🙏🏼 matcha latte a bit too milky. Food was very good as well. The only annoying thing were the pigeons if you sit outside

Tiny coffee shop just off Abbey Green. By far and away my favourite place to get a coffee if I'm in town. The Columbian specialities are great and worth a try.

Had a bombon for the first time, staff were very helpful and explained all the options. The bombon was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Some great travel guides on Columbia too, making me want to visit the country!

Great quality coffee in a nice corner of Bath's city centre. The interior is small, but they have tables outside. It can get very busy, but staff is kind.

We loved this cafe. It had a lovely atmosphere and the food and coffee were so good. We had a latte and a cappuccino and both were delicious and we both had sandwiches which were full of flavour. We would definitely recommend this place.

I came to Bath recently, for the first time, on a mini little break before starting at the University part time. I did my research before travelling, and decided to go here to grab a hot chocolate after reading the good reviews! I popped by on a Monday morning before 9am. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop and was warmly greeted by the staff, who were friendly and helpful in aiding me in deciding whether to have an alternative milk or not/how each may affect the experience etc. I went for the dark hot chocolate (note: they only do dark and white hot chocolates) with oat milk. You can see them use proper chocolate to make this - none of that powder stuff! I wondered about my morning with hot chocolate in hand and took a sip, with the beverage being the perfect temperature for drinking almost instantly. This was truly decadent and rich in cocoa from the dark chocolate. It was thick enough to be luxurious, but not too thick making it heavy/feeling you were drinking a milkshake! I would say that this was definitely a dark hot chocolate, and while I enjoyed the slight bitterness, I feel those wanting a super sweet hot chocolate may not be as satisfied with this (perhaps preferring the white hot chocolate on offer here). I would definitely return to and recommend others visit The Columbian Company for their morning beverage, I'd also love to give some of their baked goods a go which looked great!

This place is a hidden gem! I found it on a morning walk whilst away for the weekend. The staff were so lovely, I ordered a skinny hazelnut latte and it was the best one ive ever tasted!!

Having had some pretty ghastly coffees in England, this wee Cafe made up for all the duds. Perfectly made, correct temp, creamy,nutty coffee! Returned every day we were in Bath, coffee consistently excellent!

What a nice place. Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere and last but not least the coffee is fantastic. Try their cakes as well because they are heavenly. We were on a short two day holiday to Bath and this was our go to coffee shop. It’s very close to the abbey but just a little bit away from the main streets. If you are a real coffee lover than look no further.

The coffee here is brilliant barista coffee, well made and delicious. Maybe I was unlucky but the pastries here were dry and disappointing. Coffee 5/5 Pastry 3/5

Great coffee and friendly staff, but if you sit outside then people come and smoke around you which ruins it for me. Admittedly this is the fault of the inconsiderate people who do so, but perhaps the staff could put “no smoking/vaping” signs on the tables?

Quality coffee in a great location. Staff is very welcoming and the cakes are delicious. I just wouldn’t order anything with oat milk here though as the brand they use tastes very sour. Other than that, it’s a great spot!
