Very disappointed with the food and service.
Rare steak came out well-done which I struggle with when it's £33.00 for a sirloin.
One waitress was lovely, the other was very frosty.

Went for a salted caramel frappe, not too busy but had to wait over 15 minutes to get served because they forgot my order, 3 people that came after me got their drinks before me and when I asked about
2 Celiacs and they couldn’t have been more helpful, we have eaten here a few times now and it’s always the same high standard and we will keep going back
Called in for coffee & cake. Drinks came after a short wait then we waited a further 20 minutes ( by which time we had finished our hot drinks!) before my husband had to go & enquire about our cakes.
The cafe food is great plenty of highchairs the service area could be improved so your not waiting so long less people making cups of tea and more clearing tables
