Has the beef with lemongrass, green beans and rice. Thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and flavour. My daughter had the crispy tofu noodle soup. A feast for the eye as well as the taste buds. We shared some veg. rolled in thin pancakes with a peanut dip. Staff are helpful and friendly. Price is very reasonable. It's basic table and chairs , some shared tables, but its street food ambience is fine. The market has great food places and it's a joy to start discovering them.

Just intended to grab a coffee and quick snack before heading off home from Plymouth but could have stayed all day and chilled out watching the world go by from the window. Friendly, attentive staff and contemporary brunch menu which feels sophisticated. Good coffee and our food, Chinese style duck on sourdough, with poached egg, from the new menu was superb and the portion size was hearty too. All in all, excellent.

A clean breakfast style cafe. Welcoming attentive and good service from the staff, good value for money too. Will try it again

Stop off here weekly for coffee as it’s the best coffee in town. Staff are always super friendly and although a small shop always has a nice atmosphere. Last few times I’ve gone to visit and passed by, the shop has been closed. Hope this is only temporary and not permanent!

Likeable unassuming corner neighbourhood coffee shop, although I came for the repair of a leather strap on a bag. Met an affable guy, showed him the worn weak point and asked whether it was their type of work getting the response ‘ it’s what we do, run of the mill, pays the bills’ and I was told to come back midday tomorrow. I did but was told the right coloured piece of leather hadn’t arrived and I should return a day or so later. When I did it was not the cobbler but the friendly female server disappeared into another room returning quickly with bag which had the strap end bound roughly but tightly with strong dark thread. No comment or explanation. The charge was £10, less than I’d been warned. It solved my problem but I was a bit disappointed given the previous chat and more so because when I drove past a minute later I could see the cobbler behind the counter. It might seem petty and it hasn’t put me off ever returning, but he could have shown his face and told me what he’d done and whether it will hold up.

I recently discovered Coffee Time through Instagram and decided to pay a visit. This place is truly a hidden gem. The service was exceptional, the food was reasonably priced, and the quality of ingredients was top-notch. It was all beautifully presented. Just make sure you get some pastel de nata for dessert! I’m glad it’s not an all-you-can-eat, or I would have ended up devouring 20+ sausages—they were that good! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and inviting me in. I’ll definitely be spreading the word. Many thanks, Alex (IG: FatFridaysPlymouth)

This is neither a greasy spoon or a pretentious trendy cafe. Good value, tasty food. Friendly staff. Motorbike themed. Recommended.

We like the bread and the snack food here, as well as the friendly staff and atmosphere inside and out. When we go it’s generally busy. Came down this Wednesday and saw the chalk board sign with new times Thursday to Saturday only. There was nothing about this on the website and we hope that it’s only temporary.

I would never of gone in there. It was pouring with rain, rather than get soaked I popped in. What I received was a very warm welcome and a very good breakfast type meal. It was excellent value for money, cooked to perfection. As and when I visit the area, I will pop in again to enjoy good food at a good price.

This was our first visit on a beautiful spring Sunday lunchtime. I had seen the menu on Facebook and I wanted to try the lasagne. Staff were friendly and service prompt. The food portions were not massive but fine and more importantly the food was well cooked and of quality. Will return.
