Likeable unassuming corner neighbourhood coffee shop, although I came for the repair of a leather strap on a bag. Met an affable guy, showed him the worn weak point and asked whether it was their type of work getting the response ‘ it’s what we do, run of the mill, pays the bills’ and I was told to come back midday tomorrow. I did but was told the right coloured piece of leather hadn’t arrived and I should return a day or so later. When I did it was not the cobbler but the friendly female server disappeared into another room returning quickly with bag which had the strap end bound roughly but tightly with strong dark thread. No comment or explanation. The charge was £10, less than I’d been warned. It solved my problem but I was a bit disappointed given the previous chat and more so because when I drove past a minute later I could see the cobbler behind the counter. It might seem petty and it hasn’t put me off ever returning, but he could have shown his face and told me what he’d done and whether it will hold up.

Send off 3 pairs of shoes for repair (1x approach, 2x climbing shoes). Had them back yesterday and I must say I am super impressed with the repairs and the speed at which they were done. Clean finish and the approach shoes look like new. Will definitely be using more.

Super cute stylish and quirky coffee shop, just a short walk from town, with a cobblers! It’s been recently re/furbished great modern but cosy vibe, lovely layout, the friendliest welcome and staff ever, and the coffee is good! Dogs are welcomed. My son also loves the old fashioned milkshakes!

I have been a regular customer for a few months now, always is a pleasant experience. Staff in the coffee shop and the repair shop are both friendly and enthusiastic people, they always chat to everyone who comes in and offers a good experience. The hot chocolate is very good, usually pop in a couple times a month to treat myself and am always extremely satisfied. Dogs are also welcome into the shop which is nice to see as there’s not many shops that do allow this. The pricing of the menu is good value for what you get and have no complaints about any products. Overall a very good experience, good value for money and friendly atmosphere for all, would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Found this gem hidden in Beaumont road and popped in for a lovely coffee. I will bring my ugg boots back to be fixed and no doubt the service will be amazing- what a cool concept!! The 2 men who worked there were very friendly and smiley and I would highly recommend this small business for a friendly coffee stop.

This place is definitely the best cobblers and coffee shop around. The mix of witty banter, poor cassette tapes from the 80's, rustic decor and muffins. It's a very welcoming and charmingly Kitsch. I'm sure these guys would be lovers, if they weren't cousins, married to women, with dogs and kids. Honestly a great place to talk about random stuff and enjoy good coffee 😀

Cosy, friendly and one of my favourite places to spend my time! Not just a coffee shop, it’s a little community. Wonderful customer service, eclectic music, lovely atmosphere, and great coffee and cobbling services! Well worth a visit.

I have visited cobblers and coffee three times now. Each time I have been greeted right away by the very friendly staff. The cafe is very clean and tidy with nice background music and board games. Really tasty coffee at a great price. Would highly recommend a visit!

The coffee and muffins are delicious. Love starting the day chatting with the cheery chaps who run this establishment. There are a few regulars that I spot in the morning and they're so friendly, it's nice to know there are nice people nearby.

Great coffee. Great cobbling. Great sign. Great on social media. They also do padlocks. Now I’m padding it out to 100 characters, against my will I might add.

We visited Cobblers and Coffee for the first time on Saturday morning and had a great time. The coffee was lovely (for me) and the children's hot chocolate was very special indeed! There were some wonderful old fashioned toys and games for children to play with and the barista (Richard) was such a hit with my children that they have asked when we are next going back! The only issue is we live in Exeter so it is quite a journey... Well worth a visit :-)

Having goggled cobblers in Plymouth I was drawn to this little independent shop in Beaumont road. A unique and beautifully presented concept of cobbling and coffee merge in this hospitable, customer friendly establishment. If you find yourself in need of a shoe repair, a key cut, an excellent coffee or just some jovial banter this is definitely the place to go -Treat yourself to a novel yet practical experience and head to Cobblers and Coffee.

While on your travels and you notice that your footwear needs a " Pick-me-up " there is finally somewhere you can sit comfortably and enjoy a lovely brew and snack while you are waiting in your socks. Such a friendly atmosphere. I have become a regular visitor because this area was in desperate need of a coffee shop and this fits the bill perfectly.

A must visit. Not being from Plymouth we wanted good food and good value place to get a bite to eat. Luckily we found “Salt & Pepper Kitchen” after reading some views. What a welcome from Ervis, full of smiles and genuine warmth. We chose sit inside but they have a few tables outside. The food is locally sourced and home made. The loaded fries with pulled pork was delicious. As was the Seasonal Turkey panini.. with all the trimmings & proper cut thick turkey breast. Really exceptional value! The cafe is convenient for the centre. Very clean and cosy. With a good menu selection. If we were local this would be easily a favourite place to visit. Why not give it a try.. we are sure you won’t be disappointed.. thank you Ervis! You really know how to treat your customers.

We like the bread and the snack food here, as well as the friendly staff and atmosphere inside and out. When we go it’s generally busy. Came down this Wednesday and saw the chalk board sign with new times Thursday to Saturday only. There was nothing about this on the website and we hope that it’s only temporary.

Stop off here weekly for coffee as it’s the best coffee in town. Staff are always super friendly and although a small shop always has a nice atmosphere. Last few times I’ve gone to visit and passed by, the shop has been closed. Hope this is only temporary and not permanent!

disappointed in the brunch i had here today. ordered a crumpet benedict which was £12 then had to pay an extra £3.50 just if i wanted smoked salmon with it. for the price of the add on i wasn’t expecting rations of salmon. being by the sea you’d think they wouldn’t be short of salmon but clearly they were as they were so reluctant to put it on my plate. also the eggs were ridiculously over cooked and yolks were not runny which is kind of key for an eggs royale. overall very disappointed for the price i paid. they clearly spent too much time making the dish look pretty and not enough time making it taste good. very pretentious and overpriced will not be back. cute decor tho.
