Salt And Pepper Kitchen in Plymouth

Was told of this cafe, went with an old work colleague,when we arrived (09.30)there was a rush on with people collecting and ordering food for later,plus people sat out side . Owner said just take a seat I be with you soon. Not a problem we said. We sat chatting,looking around ,very clean place, enough seating for about 20 covers inside,same outside. A small nook with 2 leather sets in seating area ,idea for a quiet chat and coffee/tea. Owner came in after 15 mins.apologised again. Not an issue. Ordered 2 breakfast and 2 teas. Food arrived ,looked great tasted lovely,freshly cooked to order. 2 rounds of toast each,and a nice hot pot of tea each. Owner came over to ask how it was , we both said excellent and would Def return and recommend to others . Another pot of tea, then went to pay..it was the day of computer crash around world!!!!! Oops!!!!!! Could not pay full amount only had small amount with us. What to do,,well owner and son said not to worry pay next time you passing or come back . Thank you we said .. Doesn't that restore faith in community. I am going back on Tuesday 23rd and drop off money . Cost of breakfast £9.50. Tea £2.50 Plus not a scrap left on plate one of the best I've had if not best in a long time

Where do I start, Elvis as I call him lol is a total gentleman, I was so pleased for him when he took on this cafe, so me and my partner went and tryed it out.we had the breakfast and it was great and the service was great as well. he is such a funny man I've known him from where he worked before and the service was great then. Wow! What a fab breakfast! I had pancakes (bacon, maple syrup) and hubby the full English. Great portions, super yummy! Excellent friendly service and inside/outside seating! Big recommend 👍👍

An exceptional experience at Salt and Pepper Kitchen! My grandmother recently visited and was blown away by the delicious vegetarian options available. A big thank you to the attentive staff, especially Hannah, who made her visit extra special with her kindness. Wishing the entire team all the best on your new venture, and I can't wait to visit and try the food myself on my next trip down!

Visted with family for a Saturday morning breakfast treat… The place was nicely presented, clean and we were met with smiling friendly staff. The food is reasonably price and the breakfast was delicious, we couldn’t fault it.. Will definitely be our new regular go to from now on..

Always used to walk past the the commercial dare I say it Costa and one day decided to try a coffee here after noticing they had a proper coffee machine. They also had Oat Milk so I had my usual Oat milk latte and have to say it WAY BETTER than Costa! I now go for my coffee everyday here. Natalie the owner is so friendly and personable it makes my whole morning coffee experience such a delight. I took my partner in the other morning too to try their veggie breakfast and it was so lovely. Love the halloumi addition to the breakfast. It’s such a GEM of a place and I’m so pleased I can have it as my local go to for top quality coffee and food. Thank you for your exceptional service.

This little cafe is absolutely amazing, I’ve never had such a brilliant experience. I went into this place with little money and was treated with so much respect I felt overwhelmed with kindness, I was given a food hamper for my children to eat and was even given toiletries at no cost. I will always support this family owned business. Natalie is the most kind hearted person I’ve ever met.

Working next to this great little cafe for the last ten days and what a find. Great breakfast, really good tea and coffee and a lovely couple running the place. Nice indoor seating area and tables and chairs outside to sit and enjoy your food in the sun. Keep up the good work , I would go out of my way to get breakfast here .

As a student the one thing I need in the morning is a coffee and breakfast, after coming her every morning. 3 times a week for the last year I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love the people love the food. Really appreciate theses people and there warm welcome :)
