The last new menu including omelette was a very good meal,also the cottage pie,both have disappeared from the newest menu which is rubbish...

The cafe had re-opened a little while ago and we decided to visit while on a drive. We’re glad we did as the food was excellent. We are vegetarians and had the all-day-breakfast, and they had proper plant based veggie sausages rather than the usual mashed together vegetable ones we find at a lot of cafes. The other parts were cooked perfectly, and the service was swift and friendly. I’d highly recommend visiting

We really enjoyed our lunch here today, good value and portion sized Haddock, chips and peas for £9.50. Well priced drinks and cakes, pleasantly designed clean looking cafe. Not bad choices on the menu, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely eat here again.

Lovely fresh Walnut cake, and a lovely display of cakes and buns. Attention to cleanliness, counter and display all clean and items clearly displayed. Service warm and friendly. Well done Swindon. Dobbies Cirencester is awful. Hardly anything on display, display cabinets empty and untidy. The quality an supply of food at this branch has been poor to bad for a few years now. If Dobbies Swindon can do such a good job, there is no reason Cirencester can’t.

El 'show' fue divertido y lo presentamos los actores que mantuvieron la noche animada. Fue una suerte que lo hicieran, ya que nos distrajo de quejarnos de la comida. No estaba claro al hacer la reserva que era un menú fijo sin otras opciones (aunque logramos negociar un motor de arranque diferente). El plato principal se había dejado bajo las lámparas de calor durante demasiado tiempo, por lo que la pasta y el pollo se secaron en la parte superior. El pastel de chocolate era enorme y parecía sacado de un armario refrigerado de un supermercado. Las bebidas eran ridículamente caras, 9. 20 por una copa de vino de 250 ml. Como era, disfrutamos de la noche, ya que no esperábamos cocinar con una estrella Michelin, pero lo pensaríamos dos veces antes de considerar ir allí de nuevo.

Went for lunch. Had to wait at the counter for a longtime. Member of staff no paying any attention to us. She carried on doing things instead of serving us. Then my wife had to walk into the kitchen and ask if there is anyone serving. The girl behind the counter then did respond by saying I'm busy! Then we placed our order and got very abrupt and frosty response. If you hates customers why work in a cafe

Mainly here for drinks, usually daily, 4-7pm, over from Spain for 3 months and often use it as my office! My usual server is Kieren, top bar, what a pleasant young nice guy, always friendly and smiling. Knows my order, bottle of Malbec then a glass of Shiraz, Very hard working lad, in fact the other staff good too, but he does stand out. We have eaten here most weeks once, usually the steak with my husband. Steaks perfectly cooked, well done kitchen, and good value for money. If you want top notch go to Carter and Miller and pay £50 each a meal. I’m surprised t the 1 stars. Unbelievable.

The area is stunning and so much could be made of this place but the food was revolting. We had just done a long drive and had not realised that most food is not readily available early in the week or after 2pm so went to the cafe hoping to get at least a snack and take in the views. The menu was very limited ,the staff did not seem to know what was available and were more concerned with sitting chatting outside. We ordered burger and chips and were eventually informed this was a veggie burger. Having gone through the limited choices we settled on chicken burgers. These turned out to be chicken goujons in a bun with some chips in a plastic take away container. There was no salad, relish or pickles and we were informed they had run out of mayo but might be some if I searched through the other sachets which were just inside the door.. There was no cutlery ,no serviettes and I had originally ordered cheese for the beef burger but did not get a refund or any alternative offered. This disgusting meal cost just under £30 !!! As we left the staff were sitting out in the sun chatting with friends and one lady was eating ice cream from one of the big metal containers usually used for freezer storage. Health and safety? Trading standards? This place could be fantastic given the views and location but this might have been the worst meal we have ever eaten and price wise very poor value for money. We recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.

Pasé 20 minutos en la cola esperando ser servido. Había 2 vuelos que debían salir por lo que debería haber sido previsto y gestionado. Eventualmente llegó al frente de la cola solo para ge le dijeron que tanto el café Las máquinas estaban rotas, así que no hay leche, solo café negro y té! Pedido 2 expressos y cruasanes de almendras, cuestan £ 14. 90 por una muy mala experiencia. El personal estaba haciendo todo lo posible en una situación muy estresante. También los pasteles deberían haber sido cubiertos - no lo eran, sólo en la parte superior del mostrador, así que no higiénico! Vergüenza en el aeropuerto de Bournemouth 😢😢

Absolutely awful. The food is bland. 2 of us had chicken burger, no salad or relish, just an overcooked deep fried chicken burger in a cheap dry floury bun. Businesses like this don't deserve to still be around. They are located in a lovely garden and could do so much better with decent food and pleasant staff.

Called in for a quick coffee and cake. Ridiculous ordering system. Waited 15 minutes for them to be brought to the table even though it wasn’t busy. When it finally arrived they’d brought the wrong coffee, completely forgotten the scone and the sugar (couldn’t help yourself) and because there was no choice of gluten free cakes I’d ordered toast, well done. It finally arrived barely toasted at all and the bread was awful! Won’t bother going back!!
