Very friedly italian place . As with real Italian food all fresh. I picked up a delicious HOT prawn and avocado salad. Well worth the wait

What an awful experience. We simply came to enjoy an early evening drink in the sunshine. When my husband politely asked what the difference was between two beers we were told to leave. The barman was so rude and unfriendly and gave no explanation other than saying my husband had been in recently and asked too many questions. He last went over six months ago. He obviously had the wrong person. I was told that if I was with him I had to leave too. No explanation. Safe to say we will NEVER go back.

Visited whilst on holiday in Weymouth whilst we drove out to the local towns. We saw the Costa in Blandford Forum but sadly this branch wasn’t up to the costa standards. We went in at 9.30am and tables not cleared, my wifes coffee cup was dirty and we asked for a clean cup to which the lady member of staff tuttered, then the toilet was filthy. I did let the member of staff know but she looked uninterested.

I have a dairy intolerance and was served a meal with butter, slaw and mayonnaise after I had told them about my intolerance. The meal was taken away and I was served a Ham baguette with most of the meat inside being just fat and I found spread in the roll. The mustard turned out to be mayonnaise with mustard seeds in it. My family member asked for Fish and chips yet she was served Fish with French fries. I ended leaving the cafe completely disgusted and will never return.

Estaba muy feliz de ver un café / restaurante orgánico con una gran oferta de ensaladas y postres, incluyendo opciones sin gluten y veganas. Desafortunadamente, el lugar estaba de alguna manera sucio - los pasteles y bollería estaban descubiertos, con moscas volando alrededor, todo el lugar tenía un aspecto sucio. Es una verdadera lástima, ya que me encanta el concepto y con gusto pagaría el precio bastante alto por la comida de buena calidad.

We were in Bath on a month long trip to the UK. I have been to Bath before and I really like being in that city. It's like a home away from home. People are always so nice there. I met a girl from a local college that I met at the airport and she worked at this restaurant, I believe her name is Audrey, she has blonde hair, sorry if I forgot your name! lol...Anyway, she told us to stop there to have breakfast. She prepared some fruit smoothie for me and my wife and we bought other stuff also. Her and the crew were very nice and the food was fantastic. I am sure glad she suggested to stopping. Place was hard to find but we finally found it. It's across the street from the Bath's main entrance. We never got to say goodbye wanted to at least let them know we enjoyed stopping there and talking to her and the crew. Little things like this make it a fun trip. Very average coffee at a very high price! Poor snack choices and nothing for vegans! Worst of all, they don’t take cash, as if they were trying to usher in the New World Order or keep out the poorest in society. I won’t be coming back.

Had a standard cappuccino here and it would've cost me less to get a taxi to Lidl and make it myself. Probably would've tasted better too.

We are a party of 7 family & friends sharing afternoon tea in the café. We weren’t allowed to pre-book, so caused a bit of a problem for staff, as we weren’t expected. The food and service was as good as anywhere we have been. 👍 However if we could have pre-booked it would have been fairer to all concerned. Once sorted, we thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Absolutely Appalling! Bought a ‘fresh’ loaf and it turns out to be mouldy on the day we bought it !

I went with my young son and wife during the run up to Christmas where I had booked a week off work to get my Christmas shopping done. It was a good day out overall, but sadly my attempt at some respite in this Costa was thwarted by one abhorrently rude member of staff. It started when I ordered our drinks at the till. Mine and my wife's drinks were fine, but when I asked about the free 'babycchino' for my son, the woman on the till- Anna- told me they had run out of the small cups for the kids drinks and that they'd have to charge us for a whole regular size cup of milk if we wanted one! After stating the obvious that Anna could simply put a small amount of milk in a regular cup, she huffed, poured out the drinks and abruptly handed me the tray. When we sat down, the tables were messy and sticky. Granted it was busy and the run up to Christmas, but basic hygiene is not a duty that should be shirked. After finishing I needed to use the restroom, so I went to the right of the tills and queued for use of the loo. When I got in there I could hardly breathe. The smell was awful. I went straight out to the tills and spoke to Anna again to tell her that the their toilets needed attention. I got the same huffy attitude from Anna who told me that they were nothing to do with her as the toilets were managed by Primark. She didn't even contact her Primark colleagues or a manager to let them know that someone had smeared excrement on the floor in there. Truly a shocking experience.

Turned up at 1720 to have a juice but was told by a rather sullen lady that I could only have coffee as they were closing at 6. Then she over charged me.. not very welcoming.

Good tasting food and quick service. Nice open area in the back to sit down as well. However, it can be quite loud and busy during peak lunch hours. Overall, worth a visit.

I was hungry after a long day & it had been a while since I called in so thought I’d try it out but the fish & chips were awful. The fish - or at least the batter was overcooked/burnt & heavy. Some of the chips were part cooked. I should have complained/taken it back as it didn’t look good when it was being served/wrapped up.
