The service and coffee were great. The cinnamon roll tasted old, a bit stale and off-flavor (onion?). A disappointment for 3.60.

Unwelcoming, moody staff, attitude problems, food was nice but certainly won’t be going back there again. No ‘thank you’ or even eye contact as we left despite no queuing customers and a staff member facing the exit. It was reasonably quiet in there at the time too.

Super friendly staff who always meet you with a smile despite the shop constantly being busy. My favourite place to come for a cup of coffee and work

I don’t know what price it is then.’ Me ‘full price was £3.20 so… half of that…’ Him ‘I’ll get help. Tut.’ Me.’where are the teaspoons please?’ Her ‘here’ Me (removing eight) ‘oh I think these are the dirty ones - look. ‘ Her ‘sigh, no. They .are.clean.just. stained. They just need a scrub. (Thrown loudly into sink, rolls eyes out loud). Me ‘ok, I will use a straw’ Friend. ‘Oh my cake went through at full price’ Him ‘ tut, you should have told me’. Cake good, coffee great. Staff meh, tut.

Coffee machine broke down having paid for the coffee and tea. No clue in handling the situation and trying to retain customer satisfaction. No compromise whatsoever in going the extra mile. Perhaps offer and alternative? Totally clueless.
