I've been a regular customer to hortons over the years, but today's service was so bad I won't be using them again. I get a 45 minute lunch break.. 15 minutes of that was spent waiting to order because they had a family of 5 place an order before me and clearly couldn't cope with a group order. After finally ordering, 5 minutes goes by before I'm told they can't do my food so I said no problem I'll just have the milkshake then that I had ordered... another 15 minutes goes by and I still don't have my milkshake. At this point I have 10minutes left of my lunch break, so I proceeded to walk out and and quickly ordered some food from premier bites opposite. I never did get my milkshake from hortons or able to get a refund as no one was attending the till even after I had ordered and collected a hot panini from Premier bites... Hortons has gone down hill ever since the kids took over. On the other hand I can recommend premier bites opposite. Lots of love the RJ lift engineer.

£30 for a breakfast, panini, and drinks for 2. The fried egg was really horrible looking and came covered in condensation - the panini was ‘fine’ but for about £13 there was not a lot inside it at all.... the iced coffee and flat white were ‘fine’ but not particularly good quality coffee, a bit thin to taste. The packaging was inadequate, the box it came in can’t be eaten out of so has to be put on a plate which is just inconvenient. Avoid.

The disgusting true face of unacceptable capitalism shown by Sainsbury’s @ the Gloucester Quays superstore branch. Despite being a loyal customer having spent many thousands of pounds here over the last two years just read what happened to me THIS morning. Just read it & be absolutely flabbergasted… I spent money on the meal deal, and, with my hot counter product I went to a pathway alongside the petrol station, where I sat down on the path to call my father on my mobile & eat my hot food before it went cold (bear in mind there is no seating anywhere on the site except for one tiny place where Sainsbury staff all sit &/or local bike thieves/ wrong uns /drug dealers). No benches for over a mile in any direction. There are no obstructions nor ANY signs saying you cannot sit or stand there. It is away from everyone. It is not on the actual forecourt. Their own staff sit all over the place on their breaks on walls or seats or random places around the store. It’s a superstore supermarket!!! After finishing my food & polishing off my energy drink ALL OF A SUDDEN THE STORE MANAGER & OTHER MANAGER AMBUSHED ME IN THREATENING MANNER very threatening with go pro cameras. I am told “can you move from there please”. I replied “first of all why I am on a path not causing any issue & a duty manager previously told me there was no issue with me sitting there. Plus I am actually a customer not some random person, I can show you my receipts.” Then noticing that both of them were filming me with go pros I then said “actually before you reply let me also video this because this is ridiculous”. At which point they both run away from me. SUPER SUPER STRANGE! Ok to video & audio record me but they don’t want it the other way... hmmm?! Next thing I know when I finish my drink I go into the petrol station shop to cash in my small win lottery ticket on my way home after sitting there for 40 minutes… I AM TOLD by sales assistant who I know well & is a friend “I’m so sorry I don’t know what’s going on but I was just told not to serve you.” Anyway he is a nice genuine guy so he processed my lottery ticket anyway regardless because he knows me. So kind of LOOKS LIKE I HAVE BEEN BANNED AS A CUSTOMER! Wow!!! The real reason given I know many staff & many are my friends outside of the store is that they don’t like a deaf customer going to their store. Don’t believe Sainsburys with their ethics washing diversity, rainbow flags, black history month etc, they are IN REALITY demonic, repugnant & discriminate against the disabled. ITS ALL LIES! Leaving that aside they are rude, aggressive & disrespectful even if I were just an average customer with no disability. I know because I know I know I have done absolutely nothing wrong in 2 years as a daily customer whatsoever but sit down to make a phonecall. What the hell?!? Let me be clear Sainsbury discriminates against the disabled. This is a breach of the Equality Act 2010 so is this the sort of company you want to give your business to? Can’t even comply with laws on discrimination. FYI the city of Gloucester is well served by alternatives; there is Tesco Extra in Brockworth (inc petrol), Morrisons Metz Way (inc Petrol), Asda Town Centre (inc Petrol), Aldi Gloucester Quays (no petrol though) & two Lidl's where I have been dealt with courtesy, well, normally!!! I will be pursuing legal action for discrimination (the only reasonable thing to conclude) so others don’t face this appalling sickening disgusting treatment but you know I’m so disappointed this is the state of a once great British retailer. Further all the diversity inclusion & ethics or are all just cynical lies/ ethics washing/ Huw Edwards level deception. This is not a good company to give your business to. I myself couldn’t be more disappointed myself. What a shame! What a disgrace to the memory of the founding Sainsbury family. I’ve submitted a complaint to their head office TODAY, they have told me on the face of what I told them that as a company they apologise. They will review the whole issue & report back to me. Well, let’s see what happens. I’ll update if there is a resolution. But, in the absence of resolution, to all decent ethically minded hard working people you might want to think who you want to give your hard earned money to.

Had a fab Sunday roast 19/2/23. Nice, quirky pub just off Coronation Rd. We were worried about parking, however, although the pub does not have a car park, there is ample on street parking outside (free on Sundays). Surprised at how the beers and ciders were so reasonably priced. Great selection of alcohol free alternatives (more than any other pub I’ve been to lately). Food was really delicious and only £11. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Previous reviews mention use of a QR code to order but I think this issue no longer exists.

As we could not find any place selling chips on this side of the Goodrjng Beach we walked on the other side at stopped at the South Sands Cafe. The staff was friendly and helpful in taking our order and showing us where the condiments were. The prices for their food is reasonably priced and it was worth that little walk from the main area on the beach.

During our holiday to Cornwall we visited Victoria Junction Unit 3 Amenity Building, Bodmin PL26 8LH on 25.10.22 @ 16:30. The lady behind the counter was truly kind, pleasant, helpful and needs a reward for outstanding customer service. We will most definitely be visiting again during our holiday. Excellent food.

The view is amazing, the place is depressing - dont expect any service and do expect to sit on an unwelcoming terrace, and being served by staff in old, dirty uniforms - sell up and move on owners, you are letting history down.

Been visiting family in the mother town…. Saw The Steamhouse while heading to a nearby supermarket for some lunch and thought let’s try here instead…. We were so glad we did! Perfectly cooked Salt Beef with melted Swiss Cheese, Pickles and a mix of American mustard and ketchup….. and non vegan vegan roast with stuffing, bacon and cranberry sauce (for full vegan opt for vegan bacon) both were wrapped up in an extremely fresh Salt and Pepper (todays special flavour) bagel with a side of hash brown nuggets. The bagels were well filled and so full of flavour I had to keep putting mine down to ensure really savoured the flavour rather than ramming in my cake hole as fast as I could so it wasn’t stolen I really think these are good enough to be stolen off of someone else’s plate! Add to this cookies, doughnuts and other sweet treats to tempt who could not resist taking something home? Good luck for the future and we will certainly be back when visiting Naaam again.

Food was very greasy, ingredients didn't seem great quality, and I thought a bit over priced. Staff were very friendly and polite, so may have been a bad day.
