Great little snack bar. They had lots of different choices of pretzel-ey stuff and all was great! i’d recommend a cinnamon pretzel because of how amazing their recipe is with the cinnamon to top off. Drinks as well.

I would have given 5 stars until I saw the state of the floor at the Cheltenham Branch in the Arcade. Brought the usual delicious pretzel dog which was expensive for £5.00. I sat down on the seating provided opposite the conquer and was disgusted at the state of the floor behind the counter. (The door was open). Where the jug is mixture was also placed. The floor is filthy and it is not hygienic. What else is dirty that the customer cannot see and is hidden. I question the hygiene at this place. It was quiet when I was there, why was it not cleaned. This has stopped me buying from there now as who knows what else is dirty behind the scenes. Disgusting.

Delicious large fresh salted pretzels. & Cinnamon pretzel sticks are fresh, warm, soft and fabulous! They didn't last long enough to get a picture. It's great to have a comfortable seating area in the centre of the mall. Perfect to sit and have a coffee/ snack.

Had many pretzels from here over the years, they’re delicious especially the vanilla one. The milkshakes are also great. A little bit pricey.

Stopped at Auntie Annes for pretzels while we were out shopping. Good pretzel hotdogs but expensive. Shame about lack of seating!

We came here today and tried sesame pretzel. Absolutely loved it. Also got to try a bit of the cinnamon one and I will have that next time. Staff was really nice too and I loved watching the pretzels being made. See you again

It's been a while since a visit to Cheltenham. Still hungry after my last snacks, I was lured to the smell of pretzels! Two fresh pretzels, still hot for £7. Good price, great taste. Not sure why I've never had one of these before. May have to visit Cheltenham more often!

The problem with this place is that it’s right in centre of the shopping aracde and always surrounded by kids. I didn’t really like 5he choices they have to over food wise and think they are very over priced. Sorry but I will be giving this place a miss, not my kinda place.

Delicious Pretzels, the cinnamon ones were delectable, the coffee wasn't great though, my sister liked the hot chocolate, staff were very friendly and helpful, very clean and tidy.

My sons and I have always been fans of Auntie Ann’s in Cheltenham. Situated right by the famous clock, in the towns regent arcade it’s a must visit location on our occasional shopping trips. I always enjoy a cinnamon pretzel, while my son has a pepperoni and cheese one, often accompanied with a mixed flavour slushie. We were extremely excited by the addition of the shakery a few months ago, between us we have tried several of the flavourings on offer. It is probably the best thick shake I have tasted, I especially like the bueno and Ferro Roche versions. Always a great treat after a hard days shopping! X x

Often when walking through Regent's Arcade you will get offered Pretzel samples and they are normally very good. Unfortunately this was not my experience when paying for the food. I ordered a cinnamon pretzel and the pepperoni bits, I found neither to be frsh, they must have been sat in the counter for too long, they were chewy and just not nice, I couldn't manage to eat them they were so bad. I also ordered a coffee and found it was so weak it was difficult to tell it was coffee. Won't be going back

Lovely baguette. Can't believe they only have a couple of reviews. Well deserved 5 stars for a little business.

Great to break from the Christmas shopping in this cafe. Staff very friendly and tea came with pot of hot water. May be traditional but often overlooked nowadays. Appreciated.

They ran out of red velvet cake and replaced it with a rainbow cake and upgraded my shake to a large and left a note.

Consistently good food and service at brasserie blanc in Cheltenham would always recommend.

Was always a decent spot for a relaxed coffee, but the mouldy windows on the entire first floor are off-putting. They desperately need to be replaced or, at the very minimum, cleaned and painted.
