The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Godalming Central and Ockford Waverley South East

I am fairly fuss on Cafe One must admit fastidious on Cafe's since choices of it vast in most high street areas. collectively we all agreed that this Antiques Cafe worth a visit and the star rating of it on TA reflects in all aspects. hats off!

Great little place to unwind with good food. Staff are amazing and friendly and serve really nice coffee.

Rude. Rude. Rude. + £6 for a milkshake .... Started talking with another customer while I was asking questions about allergies.

This pub has everything. A great range of ales and beers, extensive bar food menu and friendly and professional staff. The chilli nachos were perfect. It’s all set in a historic pub with real fires etc. Just perfect. Feel envious of folk who have this place as their local…

I ordered a steak today and it was amazing and tender! I was able to meet the chef Charlie I think it was? Luckily was able to catch her as she went to the talk to the bar staff. And was able to pull her to one side where she told me she was the grill chef. Of which I told her that it was the best steak I’ve ever had! Absolutely amazing food!

A really wonderful little place. The menu is interesting, healthy, and delicious, the coffee is great, and the general ethos and vibe is spot-on. My favourite cafe in the Guildford and Godalming area!

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Costa today was disappointing, only one person was serving, he seemed overwhelmed and I felt so sorry for him.

Had such a lovely time here last night staff were very attentive and the food was superb. Definitely coming back. Thank you so much xx

Rude member of staff claimed this cafe was “a business, not a hangout spot”. Lashed out at a customer for not directly handing him the cash instead placing it on the counter, it made him feel like a “peasant”. Not the service we were expecting. Plenty of other cafes in godalming to go to.

Absolutely appalling service, my close friend got dominos and when we went to eat we found mushroom on the pizza, it was not what we asked for and my friend is ALLERGIC!. When we called to let them know and get compensation for it, the manager replied with it’s not all over the pizza so we were fine, and that she would only give us half of what we paid for. She was incredibly rude and continued to repeat it wasn’t all over the pizza just on a part of it. Which is incredibly wrong considering it shouldn’t matter it was on the pizza. Would not recommend going there.

This coffee shop is the worst of all Gail’s I have been to. Firstly I have to say the staff are very friendly but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can say. This was not my first visit but it seems every experience has been the same. If you come at lunch time there is never enough available food and simply sold out before 11:30am, the counter empty with limited options. Smoked salmon bagel, chicken burger, quiches and the list goes on…! On the last visit staff advised that certain foods are being made at certain times, so I did follow their advice and arrived next day just to be told that food I wanted has already sold out again and I should call ahead first! Seriously what kind of coffee shop is this! For the time being I would advised to stay away and don’t waste your time to avoid disappointment. There is so many other places in Godalming who care for ther customers and I’ll be going to these from now on.
