Beautiful Abbey swamped in history. Sizeable and also beautiful wrap around grounds. With a lovely little tea shop and seating area. I will always make a point of stopping whenever I am in the area.

Very popular Friendly staff and very attentive Staff seemed happy and worked together well Clean dining room and bar Sunday roast was great well presented and nicely presented We were treated well and had plenty of time for our meal and to chill a little too The surrounding countryside was lovely

The food might be good but our main courses bore insufficient correlation with what we had specifically ordered. Either our server was not listening or the order was incorrectly recorded or the kitchen messed up. OK, there was an apology but having arrived very late for lunch there were not many diners left so there was a loss of focus that rebounded on us

I found this place on the map, it felt like an independent island, so I went there out of curiosity. There are many yachts for sale moored in the lake. The outdoor location is very comfortable and feels close to nature. The coffee tastes average.

So disappointed with my last few sandwiches, hardly any filling Anymore just eating bread!!! Will not be returning

Really charming and quintessentially English shop

This lovely pub and this pretty village are what the best of England is all about. The three young women we met in the pub, Issie, Jemma and Chelsey, were so friendly and welcoming when we called in for a coffee that we decided to go back there for lunch. What a good decision. My partner and I both thought the food was excellent. The menu was extensive and carefully thought through. My fish and chorizo was absolutely delicious. It was not a busy time so we were able to chat with the staff and even the chef, Jordan, came and joined us. Such a great team and what a credit to this delightful rustic pub. What a pity we live sixty miles away or we'd be here all the time. Highly recommended.

Awful customer service from the manager, from start to finish it was an awful visit. And my oh my we won’t be going back again ever and shall be recommending friends and family go to the local cafe in the high street. We were shocked at her lack of respect, rudeness and if we could have we would have walked out straight away. Avoid at all costs! Walk 50m up to the cafe on the high street.

No longer a restaurant - needs to update its website and TA info. Does not serve any food at all. Limited parking as well.!

Consistently good. Freshly cooked light meals, decent coffee and friendly service. Bike parking in the garden too. A great alternative to Riverside nearby

Passing by with my wife on our way to get Christmas Tree (which was also excellent quality). Staff were delighted that I was the first customer to try their seasonal Christmas Sandwich; very tasty and reasonably priced - and all supporting a good cause.

Came here straight away from the station because bit chill weather and looking for cuppa coffee. A lovely cafe brighten up my day because love yellow colour like sunshine which i was missing on that cloudy day. Takeaway coffee as don’t like to waste my time but explore this beautiful town. They had most of their stuff homemade which is worth to try.

Decided on a day out to Henley to make the most of the lovely weather. Brought my elderly parents, with Dad in a wheelchair. Good accessibility inside for the chair. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a varied menu, and very reasonably priced, a pleasant change from the usual pricey menus found in popular riverside cafes. Food was delicious, service was quick and the Gentleman with the glasses very kindly brought the food to the table with a happy smile. Will definitely be coming back before we leave this afternoon, for an ice cream!

¡Este hermoso pub familiar es una pequeña joya! Es acogedor y acogedor y celebramos la recepción fúnebre de mi padre -en-ley en el precioso conservatorio, que era perfecto para 30 personas. Alan y Wendy organizaron todo, lo que significaba que no teníamos que preocuparnos por nada. El buffet era delicioso, incluyendo quiche casero y bocadillos y el servicio era excelente.
