Saturday lunch. Warm and welcoming. Super choices for starters, mains and deserts. Unusually, a really good range of options for 'wheat free'. Deserts hand made in house - delicious and beautiful. Short wait, your meal is made to order - not a formulaic fast food caff.

Absolutely fabulous brunch at the Fig this morning. Amazing service and great atmosphere. Will definitely recommend and come back!

Really nice jazz cafe with a cosy romantic atmosphere and live band playing. They fo serve some.finger food, cheese boards etc... perfect for a romantic date!

Truly fantastic with a changing menu featuring exciting dishes and the classics. The pies are incredible and also tried an onion bahji scotch egg which was life changing. Brilliant and varied wine menu too.

We went here recently with family. We enjoyed the hot drinks and the portions of cake were lovely.

Had a large breakfast here today. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. So good to find a good place to have breakfast, especially when the coffee is also good. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. Go there!

1st and last visit food was Terrible eggs were not cooked and the toast was warm bread not even toasted

Late lunch, early dinner. Roast was excellent with crispy roast potatoes, large Yorkshires and a delicious selection of veg. Real gravy on the side. Warm Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and cream was delicious. 🤤 Busy so staff were pushed but they were friendly and helpful. Recommended

at the Squirrel. Five of us went for dinner, welcomed by the staff and invited to have a drink whilst our table was prepared. The staff were very nice, polite and accommodating. Our table had plenty of room, nice ambiance in the restaurant and our waiter was extremely professional. The food was amazing, very hot and plenty of it. Cost around £180 for 5, 2 courses & a round of drinks. Highly recommended, give it a go 😊
