Fantastic cafe in the heart of Rye! Run by nice people, serving nice food. Everything we tried was delicious and nourishing.

Lovely food we had a burger obviously home made which is great very tasty service was excellent friendly and efficiant little touches were good too all in all we will definitely be back, thanks.

Came for just tapas and drinks, food was amazing and reasonably priced and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the different spurts and recommended well. Nice atmosphere

I’ve been coming here for food for a while and it’s always deliciously prepared and served by very friendly and welcoming staff. It’s a lovely cafe situated in a quiet side road in the centre of Ticehurst village, well worth seeking out, keep your eyes peeled for the sign for The Courtyard Cafe. The breakfasts set you up for the day and the lunches are amazing, I had the homemade quiche with chips and salad which was all homemade by the lovely staff and it was so delicious. Daily specials are also available including teas, coffees and cake. Good size portions, with seating outside for sunny days and very clean inside with plenty of seating. Ample parking available at the village car park just round the corner from the cafe, it’s a really friendly place to relax and so worth a visit. Will be going back again very soon.

Simply the best. Better than all the rest. Very good club. Great staff, great customers , live music. Lovely beer (CAMRA). A fantastic part of Bexhill life.

Cute little care with a children’s play area. My husband just popped in to get us coffees and came out with a raspberry vegan croissant & Bakewell tart. Both the treats and coffee were lovely. Staff were nice and friendly.

This is one of the best NT cafes we’ve been too. Really nice atmosphere; plenty of natural light, friendly staff, clean and warm. The food was freshly prepared, scrumptious and well presented. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area.

A friend and I enjoyed an impromptu coffee and cheeky slice of cake at this lovely friendly coffee shop. It looked so inviting and we found a great spot with a sofa which was prefect for a girlie natter. The staff were so friendly and it felt so homely as soon as you arrived through the door. The cappuccino and latte coffees were presented beautifully and were a very decent size, clearly freshly made and pipping hot. There was a whole range of sweet and savoury foods but as we just wanted a small bite on this occasion we opted for the cinnamon bun which was just delicious. We shall definitely return very soon and thank you all at the Copper Moon for making our visit such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Having visited on a whim with our 5yo, due to wet weather on our holiday, I cannot recommend highly enough. They are operating the Soft Play on a booking only basis but let my son go in for 45 minutes before the bookings arrived. The facilities look really clean and new and my son had a blast. My partner wanted a chicken baguette which they cooked from fresh. We couldn’t have asked for a warmer reception, such a welcoming and lovely atmosphere and the food is great, as well as affordable.

What a discovery! One of the best culinary experiences we have had! This is a pure delight - a journey of authentic South African cuisine with a wonderful backstory. You must visit here! Very nice and cozy pub.. especially the staff was very funny. They try to find a place for everyone in their Micropub! The chance that you sit at a table with someone else is big.

Great breakfast .. generous portions and service .. nice environment and great choice. We had the small breakfast that was more than enough and the avocado special which was gorgeous
