Such a welcome atmosphere. Pick a seat and they will bring you the menu. I took my Mum in law for dinner. We both ordered gammon with pineapple, chips and peas. The meal was delicious, freshly cooked and plenty of food on the plate. Coffee and tea were good too not cheap budget tea bags or coffee which makes a massive difference. It is very popular and can be seen by the amount of people coming and going. If you want plenty of choice in a menu, which includes puddings, fresh food etc I totally recommend eating here you will not be disappointed.

I have been ordering from here for a while and I am IN LOVE with the chilli con carne jacket potato. Absolutely delicious food!

Went in and had to hand collect menu's which was fine. Ordered food quickly and the food came quickly. Food was as ordered. I had the bacon, sausage, hash brown and cheese custom sandwich which was amazing and very filling. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake which came in a jar mug which was a lot fancier than I was expecting. Overall my food and families was lovely Food was warm and sauces were available as well as salt, pepper, vinegar and sugars. No sweeteners that I could see but that's okay. The food was amazing compared to the price

I use this cafe on a regular basis, I find the food well cooked, plenty of it and a very warm welcome every time. Great value for money. Best bit is you can malke up your own meal using the listed items especially for breakfast. There is a free car park just 100 meters from it.

Great cafe to pop in for coffee, breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Very friendly staff, lovely hot chocolate and a delicious cheese and onion panini. If in Sidley doing the shopping then why not visit the cafe for a chill down period.

Great food good price, only slight criticism is having set breakfasts and not being allowed to swap something you don't like which causes food wastage.

Service Was brilliant and the food was excellent.

Used to be a good cafe now the prices have gone up and size of a breakfast has shrunk and a tea or coffee is extra so a breakfast and tea over a tenner 👎

Ordered a caramel latte, cheese and tomato baguette for myself and a burger for my son. I have to say it was the worst latte I've ever had! It looked and tasted like watery milk....no coffee or caramel in site, and it had a sweetener after taste 🤢 The cheese and tomato baguette was no better. The cheese had absolutely no flavour whatsoever, I didn't eat it because I just couldn't be bothered to chew it.....on the upside, my son said his expensive burger was nice

We popped in this cafe for a quick cuppa between jobs, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My colleague and I had just coffee which was very nice, our other colleague had a coffee and jacket potato with chilli which looked generous and tasty. Would definitely pop back in if we are in the area.

Cafe express is second home for my friends and I. We usually all have coffee, but this morning I craved hot chocolate. The prices are reasonable for what you get, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Waited for 25 minutes for a bacon and egg roll and a cup of tea, egg was covered in black bits, tea was like water. Not good

I went to this cafe this afternoon befor work I ordered a roast beef dinner when the lady brought it to my table it was very well presented on a big plate the roast dinner was so lovely I be comming back for another one good value for money thank u so munch for a good meal

Very well cooked and generous portions. The Breakfasts are delicious. Clean, a varied menu and pleasant staff.

Nice little café, far better than it looks like from outside. Good cooking all the English staples but offers good range of alternatives if you don't want fried. Prices are very reasonable. Newspapers available, Only downside NOT DOG FRIENDLY, maybe one day they will realise how much trade this is costing them, dog owners tell each other where they are welcome..

Good cafe, breakfast is good too

If you want eggs like bullits come here. The bread is the cheapest lidl bread which isn't even fit for toast. It's not cheap either here. My advice is to avoid it. Good reviews are done by friends of the cafe I assume.

This Cafe is amazing! When me and my family first moved into Bexhill we had no food so we decided to go here. The waiter gave us a warm welcome and gave us a tradition breakfast and it was delicious! I recomend the place if your looking for a tasty meal

I've just read on the Sidley fb page how this cafe were rude and asked a blind lady and her guide dog to leave the premises today.Wake up fools it's illegal to refuse access to a disabled person under the disability act 2010 and this will be spread far and wide

I was not pleased with my visit to cafe express today. First of all, drinks were forgotten and then brought out after food got to the table (after I asked for them). Secondly, my sausage was undercooked and pink in the centre then when I complained and let them know, they were very rude and said "its nearly burnt" and "that is how it's supposed to be cooked" however if this was the case, my mum and boyfriends sausages would've been the same but their's were cooked.

Staff rude, had to ask for drinks as she had forgotten.was enjoying food untill the sausage was not fully cooked when told member of staff they were very rude and just said yes it's cooked it's almost burnt but it was still pink inside. Will not be returning...
