This small fronted winery can almost be missed when walking along Cinque Ports Street in Rye. But spot it and venture in and you'll be greeted by wonderful hosts (Graham and his wife) who really make you feel welcome. The fairly small interior is cosy but nice and their extensive knowledge of wines is second to none. It's not expensive either. Highly recommended and we can't wait to go back.

Wonderful, hub of the village. So friendly and fresh tasty food. We both had the full breakfast. Local ingredients and so tasty. The atmosphere was fabulous, we left feeling we'd made friends with the owners, the regular clients, and of course It's Dog friendly! Really Worth a visit anytime. Will be making it a regular stop off each time we come up.

This has to be one of the friendliest establishments I have ever frequented. Amazingly good quality on all fruit and vegetables and so lovely to see how much they support local suppliers. Highly recommended

Delightful garden-located cafe with a varied, interesting and great-value menu. So many great choices- how to decide?! The serving team is professional, friendly and helpful; they went the extra mile today accommodating my current mobility issues. This is a charming cafe that offers beautifully cooked and presented tasty food and delicious ice cream at keen prices. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful afternoon with friends at aFic this week. Colin has beautiful wines and lovely snacks (we had tempura prawns, breaded mushrooms, cheese & crackers). Just the best! Booking advised.

This is an excellent experience. The location offers a range of fresh seafood that is well-prepared and swiftly delivered to the tables. Cold wine and beers are available nearby. For seafood enthusiasts, the place is a must!

I’ve been coming here for food for a while and it’s always deliciously prepared and served by very friendly and welcoming staff. It’s a lovely cafe situated in a quiet side road in the centre of Ticehurst village, well worth seeking out, keep your eyes peeled for the sign for The Courtyard Cafe. The breakfasts set you up for the day and the lunches are amazing, I had the homemade quiche with chips and salad which was all homemade by the lovely staff and it was so delicious. Daily specials are also available including teas, coffees and cake. Good size portions, with seating outside for sunny days and very clean inside with plenty of seating. Ample parking available at the village car park just round the corner from the cafe, it’s a really friendly place to relax and so worth a visit. Will be going back again very soon.

Highly recommend small business and this is the one to go to. Its run by a friendly and professional A-List team who produce their own homemade cakes 24/7. A variety of hot drinks and most of all a Personal Service to everyone including doggies. For this Easter a £5 special of a Hot Drink, homemade cup cakes, easter chick and eggs all brilliantly presented. This cafe caters for all types of dietary requirements. Nat's an Ace with the cappuccino and the corporate Strive logo sits on a white froth on top of this wonderful drink. If you are unsure what is in each product, just ask Heather. Based in Sackville Road next door to Property Cafe. Its definitely worth a visit, a friendly smile and most of all, the price is right! We were so impressed, we had to photograph it for your all to see what you get. Just remember Its 1 Hot Drink and Cake!. Lovely Coffee Shop in the middle of a Village. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly too. There are tables outside to soak up the sun's rays. Offer a range of hot and cold drinks, like milkshakes, decaffeinated Tea's/Coffee's. Homemade cakes, pastries and hot foods.

Very friendly, reasonable prices, good decorum and coffee.
