Went to The Cock Inn for lunch, staff were really friendly and the food was very good, especially the Fish and Chips. It was a bit quiet with only another table in there, but we enjoyed our time there.

We had lunch it was ok , it was busy a few of children crying when the parents was eating there lunch ,it’s the service charge what we didn’t like , it doesn’t tell you about it on the menu it’s 6 % , on the bill ,

First time visiting this pub it has just recently started doing food, a limited menu at the moment but a nice selection we had the Chicken Schnitzel which was delicious a good size portion With triple cooked chips and it was very filling. There was a good friendly atmosphere in The pub and great background music

Great wee cafe which has now closed with the enforced retiral of the owners thanks to them being unable to renew their lease on an annual rather than long term basis. A real loss to the town.

This is a really great little place, the staff are friendly and attentive, the food is timely and of good quality and its reasonably priced. It's a nice place to go if you want a churro fix but don't want to pay through the nose for them like you do at some places. They've got different quantities etc so you can go for a light snack or a large one!). I would recommend the churro bowls, their ice cream is really good and natural tasting! This place managed to get my partner into churro's and now he can't get enough of them!

Situated in Watersons bookshop this coffee shop has a good range of snack foods and soups. Service is quick and hot foods will be brought to your table. I had Lentil soup which was delicious and had a nice peppery kick which was unexpected - truly satisfying. Served with two slices of a lovely brown bread and butter it was a meal in itself. Add a nice cup of latte and a packet of hand cooked crisps just set me up for a afternoon Christmas shopping. Nice place which was Covid secure. Whenever a table was vacated, a sign was placed effectively putting it out of service till fully sanitized. Wish others would follow suit.

Lovely place with lush cakes and friendly staff. We really love the decor and variety of cakes. Will definitely return!

This café is excellent. We went for breakfast on two days when we were staying nearby. The staff, especially HOLLY were super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend and thank you for being there for us. My dog was made to feel very welcome too. It was also easy to park

Nice location. The young lady that served us was fabulous. The older chap had too much after shave on and it was too strong. A light bulb had gone above our table. The champagne was expensive compared to Searcy's and places like The Ivy. The snacks were good. Would we go back? No.

I was back there yesterday (twice)! The young man serving is wonderful, always cheerful despite being rushed off his feet, always polite and helpful. It beats other cafes in the centre hands down.

We hired this space for a birthday party. Great venue, excellent service from staff and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of parking spaces. We were able to decorate hall and rearrange furniture to suit us. They provided a cleaning service at the end of the night too! Food trailer in car park offered Catering for party at venue which we couldn't fault. Amazing food and great place.

Great value bacon and egg tiger baguette, it’s very filling. The cappuccino was good too. Nice little cafe, shame it doesn’t open until 9am though.

I visited on a busy bank holiday weekend Sunday, as a large table of 12. When we arrived we realised we had been seated upstairs which was an issue as one of our family members was in a wheelchair. We waited in the comfortable waiting area while the friendly man who greeted us managed to whip up a table for 12 downstairs out of thin air in minutes, and whilst this probably threw off the lunch time seating plan for the entire restaurant he could not have been kinder about it. The restaurant itself is stunning, very beautifully decorated. The food was so delicious and looked as great as it tasted! The entire table was blown away by the quality of the meals. We were also impressed at how fast the food was prepared given the size of our table and that it was a busy Sunday lunch time. Our server Scarlett was so friendly, attentive and funny, we all loved her! As it was my nan’s birthday we had brought a cake which the serving team kindly brought out and they all sang happy birthday together which was very sweet of them. I noticed that all of the front of house and bar staff seemed very friendly and smiley, and looked like they were a good team. Thank you Cosy Club 🥰🩷🙏👏

Food was pretty reasonable and good value, particularly if part of one of the daily meal deals. It's a typical sports bar with a decent beer garden, was pleasantly surprised and not disappointed.

Very tasty breakfast and cake to take away.
