Had a lovely freshly cooked breakfast today with Cat looking after us and Kami! Coffee with caramel is my favourite also! We will be back :)

The most delicious fried breakfast I've ever had, every individual component was just incredible. Our waiter Cat (who does deserve special mention) was an absolute professional. She took our order in short hand, made us feel welcome, and made us feel like we were at a Michelin star restaurant. We felt like we had a premium experience. Thanks.

Amazing service as always from Cat. Food was very nice too. Was out for my daughter’s 19th birthday lunch and Cat brought her over a glass of bubbly. Great time. Thanks Cat

A Stellar Experience at Cosy Club Milton Keynes, All Thanks to Cat I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cosy Club in Milton Keynes with a group of friends, and I must say, our experience was elevated to new heights thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Cat. From the moment we arrived, Cat’s professionalism and warmth set the tone for what would become the highlight of our day. Her attentiveness truly stood out. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. Her proactive approach to customer service was refreshing; she seamlessly managed to balance being highly efficient while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. Throughout the evening, Cat was consistently attentive without being intrusive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. What impressed us most was her ability to combine professionalism with a personal touch. Her genuine smile and positive attitude created an inviting atmosphere that made our dining experience memorable. Her ability to engage with us made it feel like we were more than just customers, she made us feel like guests in her own home. Overall, her exceptional service was the highlight of our visit to Cosy Club Milton Keynes. She is a shining example of what customer service should be. We left the restaurant with smiles on our faces, and we are already looking forward to our next visit, largely because of the wonderful experience she provided. Cosy Club is fortunate to have such a dedicated and outstanding team member like her, and we are grateful for the fantastic evening she helped create.

Was looking for a nice place to eat with my partner and came across cozy club up the city centre, the drinks were little on the pricey side but the fantastic food and great service by our waitress Maddy more than made up for it! Will definitely go back!

We love this place, even for just a quick coffee and pink lemonade taking a break from shopping. Last time we had Ocean as our waitress and we were pleased with her friendly approach and excellent speed and quality of service. Thank you. See you soon 😀

Am quite the regular, fantastic food and service and my sons (21 & 7) both love it at CC. My fav drink is an Old Fashioned but having had them made for me in some of the best drinkeries in London I was reluctant… ‘Try mine’ said Bex! As good as any I’ve had anywhere, including Boisdale where they pride themselves on their reputation for world class whisky cocktails! Smashing job, thank you.

Had a breakfast and enjoyed it. Feta Shakshuka and Cosy Eggs with Spinach and Mushroom. The service was wonderful, I will definitely come back.

Lovely place, the waitress was so kind, customer service was great, it was clean, tidy and food was absolutely delicious. I do feel that the portions were quite small though (breakfast menu), other than that, i highly recommend.

I took my partner here for a fancy date and we had a brilliant time. The servers were very friendly and the management were very accommodating for my partners red meat intolerance! Would definitely go again.

My family took me to Cosy Club for my 22nd birthday celebration. The food and service were impeccable. Such a warm and friendly environment. I would definatley reccomend my friends and family to go here.

Really lovely place i have been before. The food was rather bad this time around and after recommending to my friend to come here was quite embarrassing to say the least. The server couldnt of been more apologetic and was lovely which made things a little better. Just about to leave and i see the chef going to the toilet with both apron and uniform on, i just think this isnt something to see when theyre in the kitchen cooking your food in the same clothes they use toilet in. Its a shame because the service was incredible but let down by the food.

The food was nice but the service was slow to non-existent. Had to keep waiting to be served and tried repeatedly to attract the notice of the staff without result. Despite being a Friday night the place was virtually empty. A drink we ordered never came but appeared on the bill. The place doesn’t live up to its name and isn’t remotely “cosy”. The food and menu might tempt me to try another branch but I wouldn’t go here again.

Exceptional breakfast with wonderful service from Brad. I thought I would miss the black pudding but the pork belly and the chorizo in the beans more than exceeded expectations.

Good quick service for meals on the hop

We recently booked a meal for three people for a graduation celebration and had a lovely experience here. On the evening we ordered some sharing plate starters. The menu suggested 5 plates for a couple to share but we found three plates were plenty for two adults and a child. The menu had a nice range of dishes and something for all of us to be comfortable and confident every one was getting something they really wanted to try. Price wise is pretty reasonable. Average for a main £17-£18 ish.. Catalina, the lady serving on the day was lovely and a credit to the place. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. As a venue the place has a really welcoming feel, comfy booths to sit in. Lots of space so you don’t feel too hemmed in. We had a really good time. Would definitely recommend

Had a fantastic meal for Father’s Day at the Cosy Club at a very reasonable price. Food was excellent and very well presented. Large array of drinks on offer. Highly recommend the iced latte to finish. Reza was a perfect host, offering free gift which was a total surprise. Server was Scarlett who was very attentive and polite, making sure we were well looked after. Very comfortable and stylish restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. All in all a very high end experience. Highly recommended. We will be back soon.

A wonderful lunch for my husband for Fathers Day. We were greeted by Reza on entry and shown to our table, Scarlett served us, my husband recieved a lovely Father's Day gift from Cosy. The food was very prompt and delicious. The atmosphere was great, very well priced, an all in all lovely experience 😀

This place is full of nostalgia, it takes you back to the 1930s with the wonderful array of pictures and art deco lighting. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, helping to me move (I had a suitcase) to a bigger table when I realised there would be more guests. The food was delicious and well presented. The toilets were spotless clean and tastefully decorated. This place something special. My only suggestion is that the sign in the entrance from the carpark needs attention as it’s almost invisible.

The restaurant's decor are very distinctive, creating an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The food presentation is attractive and matches its taste. Excluding the pubs, this is temporarily the best Western meal I've had in UK.

Went in on a bank holiday, was busy but didn’t have to wait to be seated. Atmosphere was nice and seating was super comfy. Food came before our drinks, had to ask a waitress for our drinks. Avocado on toast with a poached egg was disappointing. Avocado looked old and brown, didn’t taste great. Toast and egg were both cold. Partners food was good and the food other customers had looked good. Maybe just not the day for avocado on toast.

Food was excellent, service was great. Catalina, our waitress, was amazing! A great place to have a birthday meal.

This is a place where an adequate amount of ice is put in the drinks. Just this statement is enough for you to understand that everything else is on a high level. 👌

May 2024. Have since had a further two visits. Food is without doubt beautiful, as are the coffees. Brilliant staff and we enjoyed a very relaxing breakfast. Previous visit. Visited for breakfast. Enjoyed their pancakes with bacon, syrup and blueberries. Very delicious with a good amount of syrup to enjoy all the pancakes. Very nice mixed drinks as well. Lovely waitress, very accommodating to my questions and brilliant service. Nice atmosphere, decently busy for a Friday morning. Very well enjoyed, recommend.

A first time here, we were greeted very warmly. A lovely place to relax, the food and drinks were amazing as was our server Bradley.. ..a very polite and accommodating young man, he's definitely a bonus for your restaurant. Will come back, just loved the ambience and all the art deco ....liz

We decided to visit this place because we had an event at the Harrods Beauty store. We enjoyed some drinks and had a nice lunch. The service was decent, but we didn't receive any follow-ups to check if everything was going well. When we asked our server for the bill, it took a while and we had to speak with a manager. Despite getting busy, the atmosphere wasn't too loud. We'd consider returning as the food was fantastic and the food was delivered to the table fast.

I've eaten in two cosy clubs, once in Coventry and once in Milton Keynes. Both times my food has arrived burnt and cold, it always takes over 25 mins for the food to arrive. I don't understand how the respective chefs are allowing this food to go out from the pass like this.

I had the Butcher's Brunch which was fabulous and good value. We had a bit of a wait but that was OK as we hadn't booked beforehand.

Nice food, decent value-for-money, with average service.

The manager doesn’t care about his customers… Badly cooked food. No asking whether food was ok after it was served. No offer of second round of drinks. What was more concerning… was that when quality of food was raised to the waitress she advised that she would pass this on to the manager and chef, and we watched her have this conversation with the manager. The bill was brought over with no apology, questioning or acknowledgment. When I questioned the manager about this he said nothing had been said to him but he’d knock a drink off the bill. Still no apology, nor any desire to understand what had gone wrong. Cosy furniture but the service levels are far from cosy!

What a fab place ! We loved it here ! The food was lovely as was the service and the atmosphere. Couldn’t fault it ……..we were shopping for the day and managed to visit here twice 🍹🍪🥗🥪

Amazing cosy club the decor is fantastic it’s relaxing seats are so comfortable ,it takes you back to the twenties ,the staff are friendly and work hard ,not rushed to eat so sit back and relax food is great and fresh ,the manager reza and the young lady who served us name Becks was fantastic a credit to this establishment,I got to say best place to relax eat and enjoy 5 star service worth 10 stars ⭐️ thank you will highly recommend you to all our friends and family,,will be back soon .

I love cosy club and have been coming here for over a year! I bring friends and work colleagues as it has great variety of high quality food and great atmosphere! Staff are always friendly!

Went for dinner with friends. Staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant was clean. Service was speedy. Now the downsides ordered sides which were quite small. And I ordered a 8oz steak which had shrank in the wash was very small. Tasted great just felt that due to price expected more. Left feeling hungry. OK if enjoy smaller bits .

We were sat next to a family in full domestic emotional melt down. While not the staffs' responsibility, they were aware and could have discretely moved us somewhere ( or moved them out!) else. It was awkward and embarrassing and when I pointed this out, they just agreed with me! It really spoilt what would have been a great experience.

A lovely place to brunch, although a little expensive for what it is. And if you're going it's worth booking. The faux Art-Deco styling may not be to everyone's taste but if certainly gives the place more style the the sterile efficiency of your average Starbucks. The staff are friendly and helpful but there's obviously a hierarchy in place that can seem a little overbearing. The food can be good but it's obvious that different chefs produce different qualities of food. The first time we went the poached eggs were cooked to perfection, the second time they were more like squash balls than eggs. And that brings me to the service. Complaining about inedible poached eggs (brought to the attention of the waitress almost immediate) shouldn't involve the phrase "I'll have to speak to the manager to see if we can do anything". They're poached eggs... Just replace them. Not asking for a refund, just pointing out that the poached eggs were badly cooked and needed replacing. This is a standard request. Either there's a responsibility issue or they have problems with food quality. That's a management or chef issue, not a customer issue. Apart from that (minor) quibble i enjoyed the food.

Brilliant Art Deco decor makes this place so different from the run-of-the-mill MK town centre restaurants. Full of atmosphere and great food.

Went on a Saturday night for food with the girls for a birthday. Lovely service, we were served by more than one member of staff. At the end of the night they even turned the house lights up so that we could have a good photo taken. 📸Food was lovely, we had three courses. If only there were more people dining! It felt more like a week night but we had a lot of fun.

Let down by the staff. We stopped by for breakfast on Easter Monday at around 9.30am and all was going fine until the waiting staff (a young, male member of staff covering the front right section) misunderstood our order - when specifying how we wanted our eggs, we opted for scrambled - we were then served with scrambled egg as well as poached egg on the same plate which was a bit weird. We mentioned it to the waiter who apologised but then proceeded to talk about us negatively within earshot. I said that we weren’t complaining, simply mentioning it. Just a thought, if you’re going to talk about customers in an unpleasant way, maybe do it out the back or not at all.

Food was very tasty but the price of the drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic was scandalous!! £15.50 for one glass of red wine and £8.00 for a small bottle of tonic water is outrageous!! Also was very slow it took half hour before we got our drinks.

Nice place. Went as part of a group so we had shared starters and ordered from a set menu. Burgers were good and fishcakes ok. Oddly as all of us were not going for a pudding we had them from the main menu. Good was of reasonable quality and quantity. Service was friendly and helpful.

Lovely restaurant and really tasty food. Rare to find decent quality and value vegetarian food so this was good. Had a party of 17 of us and all was good (with one minor exception).

It is a nice place to sit down and have a pint however I feel the food just isn't good enough to reflect the price's here I had the fillet steak which came a little over than what I asked, and I added garlic prawns to which I had exactly 3 tiny prawns on my steak 😂

I've really enjoyed a couple of visits on my own before. Had halloumi fries then and loved it. This time with my husband, we had really chatty friendly welcome. Hubby is dairy intolerant and their allergen menu is accessible through a qr code. You tap in what your are allergic to and it hides menu items that are off the list. He was quite impressed with this. Unfortunately had to drop a star for food this time. I ordered buttermilk fried chicken 🍗 it was huge (see pic) and had a weird curry taste. Now wondering if actually they served me the wrong thing. Two flat coated breasts arrived , I took one home for the dog and the paper towel in the box was stained yellow! Hubby's fishfinger sandwich looked great but was bland.

An unexpected delight!! We popped in with our family for dinner, the food quality was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the cauliflower massaman! The steak was delicious too.

Perfect service on mother's day. We have a lot of complicated dietary requirements, but we were warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent and we were served by Kya, who was absolutely brilliant. Regular checkbacks and good knowledge of the menu. I had the fillet steak, which is in the top three of best steaks I have ever had! Could not ask for more. Loved the Polaroid photo as a special reminder of my wonderful mother's day with my husband and two sons.

Popped in here for some breakfast on a Sunday and we did book ahead which is definitelyworth doing as it was busy! Very nice and as the name suggests a cosy spot, no complaints from the 3 meals we ordered food was good and not too badly priced. My only gripe was it took a while to receive our drinks and food but nothing too bad

What a lovely surprise the Cosy Club was, from the cool art deco decor to the fabulous food. Went for a family breakfast so we had everything from pancakes to the chorizo hash and it was all delicious, I also tried the breakfast cooler - watermelon and Basil, which was very refreshing. Service was excellent too, really can't fault the whole experience, I would definitely recommend.

Second time coming here, and again it didn't disappoint. Came here with my hubby and teen children for my birthday, 3 of us had the butchers brunch and my daughter had the buttermilk chicken. Whilst waiting for our food, I was surprised with a free glass of birthday bubbles, there was a slight wait for our food as it was busy but when it came, it was amazing. The brunch was tasty with chorizo beans, hash rosti, lovely sausages, bacon fried eggs and buttered toast... the buttermilk chicken was divine! Our daughter said she enjoyed it that much that she wants us to go back for her birthday meal in just over a weeks time. Highly recommend.

Really nice food, good menu choice and relaxed setting for a family birthday lunch. Only downside was that the restaurant was a bit on the chilly side, and I don't feel the cold much. They had the doors open leading into the shopping centre, the whole time, which wont have helped. Otherwise good.

The atmosphere was romantic and welcoming and the food was delicious! Great value for money. Donya gave amazing service! We were there to celebrate Valentine's Day and she made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Donya was attentive, so friendly and genuine. Visited the Cosy Club with friends, really good service and atmosphere. They catered for gluten free options….superb steak, really good evening.

Some inventive menu choices here, especially on the breakfast menu which provides enough choice for everyone. Service and quality have improved greatly since first opening in MK.

Pink sausages and managers too distracted on phones to help the staff! Guy in the bow tie was fab though 👍👍
