Order arrived and was missing orders, spoke to delivery driver and was told this was all that was given to him, called the restaurant and was spoken to in a rude manner by the member of staff who repeatedly said "call driver it's his mistake" even after being given the evidence of this not being true! Awful service from the team and will not be ordering from them again!

i had ordered takeaway on uber eats and my food was expected at 22.25 and latest of 22.55. at 20 past i had checked to see how much longer it is going to take and it was delayed to 35 past and 5 minutes later i check again and it was delayed even further at 22.55 then i was getting annoyed but the last straw was when i checked at 22.50 and it was now delayed to 23.15. the order has never arrived which is over an hour and a half delayed so i have called the driver and he was relatively rude and said that the delivery app wasnt working and he wasnt getting the code however he never called me or updated me on this?my delivery code was 0013.I am completely disappointed as i had food here before and it was good but with time the portions are getting smaller and more expensive and they have lost their authentic taste. i am upset as the delivery and service doesn’t even deserve one star. and i would like a refund as well as compensation for my waste of time and money and food.

We ordered through deliveroo, the wrap and kebab said it came with cabbage onion tomato & lettuce, but they only came with cabbage, I added and paid for pickles but none were added. It said the meals came with a selection of 3 signature sauces (which we've had previously) but neither of us had these for our meals, very disappointing as the meat s actually really tasty. Also the food was all cold, so we had to reheat in the air fryer, but this could've been down to deliveroo

I ordered a “2-person share meal” for me and my partner last night, and while the food tasted good, it was a bit on the cold side which is expected with deliveries majority of the time. The price was a little higher than I expected, but I was willing to pay given the positive reviews I’d heard. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse early this morning. At around 5am, I woke up feeling extremely ill and sweating, with all the classic symptoms of food poisoning. My partner also messaged me (around the same time) to say he’d been throwing up and dealing with similar symptoms since the early hours as well. I believe it was the donner wraps specifically that led to this; I had ordered the beef one and my partner had ordered the chicken. It’s really disappointing, especially considering the amazing recommendations I’d received from others. I’m hoping this was a one-off experience, but I can’t ignore the fact that both of us got sick. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, and I’m not pleased with how this turned out. I did also report it on the app.

The staff were excellent. We Popped in before the theatre as we’d travelled for 2 hours to go to the panto (but that’s another story!) we only had 10 mins to spare to get our food and eat it! The service was so quick and the staff were excellent. The food was super tasty and the kebab wrap that I had just kept getting better and better. We ordered takeout as we thought we could take it will us but needed up trying to eat it in the restaurant. A staff member noticed this and offered us dining in facilities, which I thought was very attentive. Restaurant was clean and the toilets downstairs were out of service but the toilets upstairs were accessible. I didnt use them but my son said they were ok.

Food was enjoyable and served quick like in most GDK restaurants but unfortunately the staff was very unhelpful and rude; when approached to ask how can we order a 4 person meal deal because their app was glitching out and we couldn't pay through it, they basically said we either order through touch screen or get lost, not going to mention the fact that lady who i spoke with just left mid sentence to talk with kitchen staff and ignored the rest.

Usually I would order on deliveroo to my house however me and my partner were up the city centre and decided to order on his phone on the GDK app and collected to take home. Never had an issue before today, but my partner had selected to have the tomatoes removed from his doner wrap, and that was done no problem. I had selected to remove all of the salad items from my mixed doner and added extra meat, I dont believe either of these were done for me. There was a good amount of meat but I had to piss about taking all the salad out as it was all mixed in on both sides of the bread and by the time I'd done that my meal was cold. Very disappointed because in all seriousness I could have been severely allergic to the items I chose to remove (I'm not luckily) but honestly, wether it's an app error or a human error, get this fixed. You could have killed someone.

Order placed at 11am for delivery at 12 noon. Didn't get it until 20 past 12.

Recently, I went to try the OG Kebab Meal, and together with the Cheesy Hash Brown Bites, it was absolutely delicious. The staff had a great attitude, the place was clean, and the seating was comfortable. I think it’s the best place to eat in MK Center.

Would be great if you did lamb donor meat , it would give more of an opinion when ordering too. It also just tastes better than beef and there’s no aftertaste with lamb like you have with beef doner but that’s just my opinion/preference

Messed up the entire order of £30 food and missed multiple items as well using the wrong fillings for the mains, when contacted and submitted a complaint they said to contact just eat even though the order was made on their own website! EDIT: After contacting them again they told me they could not help me because I didn’t take any pictures. Even considering the fact that items were missing… I was a regular at this place, safe to say I’ll be avoiding it going forward

Worst GDK i have been to. I travel alot and GDK is normally my first search option with the great experience's i have had in your other branches. The chips and donner both ice cold. Drink warm.

The actual food is decent in terms of taste but awful for the pricing. The service is horrendous, I was asking the stupid lady a question and she was like 'Uh,h, huh' like some confused idiot. She also did not help with any allergy questions as she would simply just ignore me.

I been to the shop I had been served by Sunny, he has out standing customers skill. Food was fabulous. My kids always like GDK.

Food was ok, not as much as I thought. Went to counter to order, told to use screen, took ages to complete whilst counter was empty, staff could have helped. Floor felt greasy, all in all it was just ok.

The delivery was on time as the time kept pushing back, but not by a lot. Happy with the service and food. I'll order from them again.
