Messed up the entire order of £30 food and missed multiple items as well using the wrong fillings for the mains, when contacted and submitted a complaint they said to contact just eat even though the order was made on their own website! EDIT: After contacting them again they told me they could not help me because I didn’t take any pictures. Even considering the fact that items were missing… I was a regular at this place, safe to say I’ll be avoiding it going forward

Worst GDK i have been to. I travel alot and GDK is normally my first search option with the great experience's i have had in your other branches. The chips and donner both ice cold. Drink warm.

The actual food is decent in terms of taste but awful for the pricing. The service is horrendous, I was asking the stupid lady a question and she was like 'Uh,h, huh' like some confused idiot. She also did not help with any allergy questions as she would simply just ignore me.

I been to the shop I had been served by Sunny, he has out standing customers skill. Food was fabulous. My kids always like GDK.

Food was ok, not as much as I thought. Went to counter to order, told to use screen, took ages to complete whilst counter was empty, staff could have helped. Floor felt greasy, all in all it was just ok.

I understand some nights are busy but you feel you are being barged and outnumbered by the uber drivers. 1. Do what some mcdonalds have done and have a separate section for them to wait in, maybe a screen so they can sewn what orders are ready. 2. Have more than 2 kiosks and make it display what the current wait times are before ordering 3. Make getting a refund easy.

We ordered yesterday there with deliveroo. Our order came literally after 1,5h. Everything both kebabs, spring rolls and fries came completely cold / like you just taken them out from fridge. Funny thing we ordered 2 sizes of kebab one extra beef with a lot of extras and one normal one. What we got? Both the same with the same weight ( we paid for that more almost 3,5!) Food was completely cold and ended up in bin as we couldn’t eat that. After spending 41£ our refund was 10£ and that is literally joke as food was not even to eat! Avoid this place, over priced. Workers don’t answer the phone after trying to call them yesterday like five times. Not recommended place, better go to fishermead and buy kebab for 5 quid in one of the van.

Customer service was absolutely diabolical at this store. Isqa of Ishqa Was so incredibly rude to my partner, Kept rolling her eyes at every single thing that he was saying and all he was doing was replying to the questions that she was asking. She wrote her eyes twice when he said that he was paying with cash and the total came to around £14 and he handed her £20 note and again she rolled her eyes. Every time she asked a question to my partner and he answered, she just stared at him in the face and had such a disgusting attitude the rest of the staff as well were absolutely awful. I think this particular store needs some reconsideration for their staff because they definitely should not be working in customer service.

Never received my order. Just eat said delivered but no contact number or proof of delivery. Rang restaurant and denied all responsibility saying they only make the food any queries on delivery are to be taken up with just eat, I’m still awaiting contact from just eat after my query. £40 worth of food either been stolen by driver or given to some random person on the street.

Disappointed. I ordered based on a recommendation, but sadly felt let down. Thought there was an overabundance of lettuce but two 'bits' of tomato not even a quarter slice found one piece of onion. Perhaps I ordered the wrong item but won't use you again.

Unprofessional rude manner less staff, unclean tables, poor wifi. Me and wife were threatened by a staff member when we complained about delivery guy potentially harming my pregnant wife with delivery bag placed on place above her head on sofa and dropping it. A rude staff member asked us to shut up and complain only if we get hit by the bag. I definitely won't visit this branch again though I like the food.

Gdk food tasty and good but all service is very fast.

Wonderful experience. Very warm welcome from the staff and excellent service overall. As expected the food was fantastic and the chocolate waffles are good new addition to the menu.
