Popped in for the first time today for a bit of lunch. The food was lovely and the owner was happy to accommodate a selection of options from the menu for my panini. The best bit was that the owner was lovely with my 2 year old who is quite shy to start with and hates seeing people in masks but she really persevered until my little girl was dancing round the table! Oh and the cake & brownies were some of the best I've tasted so I would definitely recommend for a family friendly place to grab lunch.

I’ve had cakes from here a few times now and they have always been amazing. Today I decided to go in for lunch and yet again super amazing food and really great vegan options. Recommendations given on all different options and I am very impressed by friendly helpful service yet again. Thank you

The sandwiches and cakes here are delicious and very good value. £3 for a panini!! Yes please! Also the homemade pesto is delicious and they even have jacket potatoes. Can't recommend enough.

The owner is a wonderful, hard working girl and very friendly! Extremely accommodating to me (a fussy eater) and a nearly 2 year old who has a diary intolerance. The variety of our afternoon tea was amazing (price was eat out scheme so really cheap for an afternoon tea, so can’t say what normal prices would be). There was 4 adults and 1 baby, the amount of food provided was more than enough! We even took some home with us. It was my first experience having an afternoon tea and visiting this coffee shop and I can gladly say I wasn’t disappointed! Me and my friend are already planning to go back for breakfast :) Everything was fresh, cakes were moist and super yummy! The brownie was my fav!

During lockdown The Coffee Boutique have moved online and are delivering the most fabulous cakes to your door. AstrobiologyOU members have had lots of deliveries and Rebekah has gone out of her way to make them! We’ve even posted cakes. In the group we have vegan and gluten group requirements, and no matter what the request the cakes are always delicious! When the Coffee Boutique we will be back for the wonderful friendly service and amazing cakes!! Thank you xx

We took a trip to The Coffee Boutique recently for some lunch and a coffee. ⁣ It was the littlest’s 1st birthday so we thought we would try a new coffee shop somewhere which would be fun for the boys. ⁣ ⁣The Coffee Boutique was recommended to us for being very kid friendly. ⁣It is!! They have a table full of toys for the youngsters to play with. Food was lovely. We had toasties, 1 x mozzarella and pesto, and 1 x goats cheese with caramelised onion. So tasty! ⁣ The boys had crumpets and jam sandwiches, why not aye?! I even tried one which took me back in time 30 years. The boys also had some lemon cake which they enjoyed. I sneaked a bit so I can say it was yummy. The owner was so accommodating and very helpful with the boys. This is a real gem of a place for mums and dads to bring their kids.⁣ ⁣ We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and will be back.

Staff are not friendly and cakes can be dry. Coffee alright.

Pros: Peaceful place if you need privacy. People start coming in only around 11. Child friendly. Ok for basic coffee and cake. Liked the informal feel. Cons: though it is meant to be Shabby chic, can’t agree with the ‘chic’ part . Table we sat on wasn’t clean at all. Place didn’t feel hygienic. Heating was only from a small bladeless heater, no wall mounted radiator. And didn’t like their breakfast.. quantity or quality wise. Have had better food from a similar size cafe.

Lovely friendly owner with freshly made cake and sandwich options. Great to see dietary requirements accommodated including vegan and gluten free. This is a nut free premises.

Good place to have coffee and cake brownies are to die for

We’re out exploring around town and stumbled upon this coffee shop. As a coffee fanatic - I always have to have my coffee. It’s super cute and service is quite fast! I had the goat cheese and caramelized onion panini and it was yum! I also got a cappuccino and it was perfect! Would highly recommend stopping by this place. It’s cute and cozy!

Wonderful to be able to have gluten and dairy free pancakes! I will be back as it's very hard to get treats in cafes that are both gluten AND dairy free. Service with a cheerful smile helps of course!

After using trip advisor to find a nice cafe for my sister and I to enjoy a coffee and scone, this place came up quite highly rated. We drove specifically to this cafe however we were so disappointed. The ambience was so awkward. The cafe itself seems very run down, poorly decorated and all round uninviting. The staff did not help either as they were so quiet and basically starred at us as we were deciding what to eat. We left immediately as we felt so uncomfortable. Sad considering the other reviews were amazing.

Decided to have a coffee but wanted somewhere different. Although not from the area, I knew a coffee shop was in the Oxley Park area near the school so headed there to see if it was still there. Seeing that it was, my wife and I popped in and were met with a very friendly owner who immediately made us feel welcome despite the place being empty. Coffee was great, the cake (a childs? rice crispie - forget it kids, this is an adult cake from now on!) was what only can be described as delicious. Simple maybe, but delicious certainly. Unfortunately it was the last piece otherwise I might have been having a takeaway. Perhaps the nicest part of our visit was the chat with the owner, finding out about how she has recently taken over the premises and although we were her ownly customers that afternoon, clearly she does have the personality and skills to make a go of this coffee shop. Not often I would say that I would go out my way to go to a coffee shop but this is certainly one which I would. Great coffee but even greater experience and enjoyment. Why only 4 marks? Simply as the choice available when we were there was limited due to her having been so busy in the morning - otherwise a clear 5.

Nice place for breakfast small and comfortable

I paid a visit to the Coffee Boutique with my 8 year old daughter when it was pouring with rain one day. It’s a cute little cafe with gorgeous decor and plenty for the kids to do. We had lunch here and the sandwiches were freshly made and the cakes we had to follow were delicious. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner and she is lovely and friendly. Definitely worth a visit again

This little coffee shop is amazing, everything is gluten and diary free, but the cakes etc just taste amazing and you can't tell that they are gluten and diary free

Lovely friendly atmosphere to chill and have a cuppa

Visited for the second time. First experience wasn't great, hoped it was just a one off but second visit was awful. Customer with baby buggy had gone right to front then couldn't get out and everyone had to get out to let her out. The selection of priducts was awful or rather non existent and there was one teaspoon per table to be shared, really disappointed.

These guys have been our life line during our 5 week shop fit out next door. Really friendly and a good vanilla latte.

Great cakes, good selection of drinks and somewhere where a friendly hello always greets you. This place is brilliant for a coffee and catch up or for a half hour unwind while the kids are at school

Best quaint coffee place, excellent cupcakes.

We held a baby shower for my sister-in-law yesterday for 9 people, the service was excellent, the venue is most inviting with it's subtle vintage decor, creating a warm cosy atmosphere. Good value for money with a lovely spread of sandwiches and cream tea, nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were lovely, would most definitely recommend a visit.

Very lovely and cosy and couldn't fault the service and tea. If I were to be picky, felt strangely quiet even with customers as we walked in. But it might've just that specific time of day.

A delightful little coffee shop with an attentive owner. A good choice of drinks and cakes. The coffee (cortado) was not quite as strong as I'm used to. It will not be my first choice for a coffee in Milton Keynes, but it is out of the town centre and did make a welcome change.

I've been to this cafe a couple of times and it has never failed to disappoint. It's a lovely cozy space and the service is really friendly. It's refreshing to see nice little independent places like this around, the coffee is great and the homemade cakes are so much better than you'd get in a chain. Came here once with the family and it catered really well for the kids, lovely jacket potatoes and nice little sandwich lunches for the little ones. Highly Recommended :)

This is a lovely little coffee shop based near my home, my daughters and i visit regularly. Yummy food and great variety of drinks, only thing i would say is that it is very small and has very limited seating x

I love this coffee shop. The owner does everything, is prompt, eats are lovely, coffee is great. It's neat and cosy. Children friendly which is a bonus. Better still it's cheap but doesn't taste cheap. You need to come and experience this yourself.

Maybe my expectations were too high after reading online reviews but I wouldn't rave about this cafe. It was fine, service was there, but not outstanding. Couldn't taste the coffee in my mocha and the milk was burnt. Very small cabinet selection, despite being a prime time on a Saturday. Cupcake was pretty good. Malteaser milkshake was okay. We would try somewhere else over coming back.

Just round the corner to me so I try to pop in as often as I can, lovely atmosphere, great coffee, friendly and amazing cupcakes!

The owner of the shop was really welcoming and the atmosphere was lovely. I ordered a cake and sandwich and the service was extremely prompt. The lemon cake was probably the BEST I have ever tasted. It was divine!

Fantastic friendly service where the owners remember you and engage with you and your children. A fantastic selection of drinks, cakes, snacks and lunches. Always aiming to please and they are so accommodating. I've hosted a baby shower there and been to a children's party- nothing is too much effort for them and they will bend over backwards to help you.

I love the Coffee Boutique. It has a great relaxed atmosphere and the owner, Michelle is always very lovely and always up for a chat! Both food and drink are well worth the money!

MK needs more places like this! - it's not some bland chain its someone trying to make it on their own and good on them ! Coffee was pretty good and cup cakes were ok (i've not got a sweet tooth so can't really judge). Anyway, if you are in this part of MK - please consider giving them your support - you'll not get a friendlier and more charming barista in MK. Recommended

I live in Oxley Park and enjoy having this little cafe around the corner. It's good value, the food and cakes are nice, they also do lovely milkshakes. Friendly and quick service, not much more you could ask for.

Visited here based off the recent award thinking there might be another solid coffee alternative in MK to Bogota. Cakes looked amazing, and had one of the best millionaire slices I've had in the UK. I ordered a flat white and was a little surprised to see it arrive in a giant cup, with no real evident crema and certainly no latte art (not essential, but usually a well crafted coffee and latte art go hand in hand). Coffee was watery, milk was on the overheated side, and definitely far too much foam. Really disappointed... Cafe itself was a nice space and seemed like a good vibe for the mum and babies crowd...

Just love love love this place. cozy, little wonder. its called coffee boutique but what you really look for there is their outstanding cupcakes.. lovely people (no staff, they are the owners) & good service.

This is a regular weekend hangout for me and my husband. The service is great, the owners, Michelle and Paul are really friendly and really nothing is too much bother for them. I would thoroughly recommend this place for coffee, cake and a catch up! If you happen to be there for lunch get your order for a jacket potato in early. They are delicious!

Popped in today with my 5yr old and boyfriend, we were having a Sunday stroll and decided to treat ourselves to a hot drink and a cake. Friendly service and relaxed atmosphere, I looked at menu and felt everything was reasonably priced. Will visit again perhaps for lunch next time.

As part of our search to find the best cup of Milk 'n' Beans in Milton Keynes we gave the Coffee Boutique a go after seeing it was a short-lister in the MK Food and Leisure Awards.

We visited The Coffee Boutique one afternoon for a cup of tea and slice of cake. The venue itself is quite small, but this gives a cozy feel - and we managed to nag some seats on the sofas by the window. The service was great and the cakes were amazing! My only criticism would be that tea is served in mugs and not by the pot - but that is just a personal preference and did not really make a big difference to our visit.

Great drink, lovely cakes and an intimate friendly atmosphere. The new owners have really turned the place around into somewhere where you want to go, sit and relax.

Pop in regularly for a Friday coffee and always greeted with a smile and excellent coffee. Definitely recommend!

This café was nominated for the Best Cafe / Coffee House 2014 award. It didn't win but it’s still a great place to have a quiet relaxing hot drink. The best part is the friendly welcoming and helpful service, you don’t feel rushed and you could spend all day here. P.s.Don’t forget to try one (or two) of the cupcakes, it wont disappoint.

Very friendly shop with welcoming and helpful staff. Always a variety of cakes, it's hard to only treat myself to one! Lunch options are very tasty and they do the best mint hot chocolate I've yet tasted!!! Lovely place to go for a catch up/lunch with a friend, and with the free wifi it's great to do some work with a coffee and cupcake too. Child friendly too with kids food/drink options and toys in the cupboard!

I've been here a few times now. There's always a good selection of beautiful cakes, and the coffee is nicer than many of the well-known names. Really welcoming staff. Highly recommended !

Very friendly owners who give you a warm welcome, lovely cakes and a great cup of coffee, there is a good selection of other drinks too. This is a child friendly place too.

Was on a bike ride with my brother and we popped in here as our half way point. Lovely people that work here, offered to put our bikes safely out the back as we had no locks and we had a cappuccino and a bacon sandwich... Oh... and a cake! All of which were lovely. Will definitely visit again!
