Some morning I need food and Upper Regency is always a good option for that. Food is always fresh, and staff is very friendly!

The staff was lovely and the food was delicious. We were a larger group, with food allergies amongst us, and everyone was helpful and accommodating.

such a cute little cafe, my partner and I found it while strolling through city today after gym and we got the nicest breakfast , the iced latte was lush and the staff were so friendly and chatty. I really like how there’s also a choice for outside seating indoor seating and an extra area for a more cosier vibe. Very glad we discovered it and will be back :)

Upper Regency Cafe & Bistro is fantastic! Their coffee and Marocan tea is rich and flavourful, the staff and owner are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Their pastries and food are fresh and delicious, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend!

Staff were lovely, food wasnt, coffee was awful. Not real bacon but no mention of that anywhere either. Only a 3 star because service was good and friendly.

The Regency Cafe - A Delightful Experience I recently visited the Regency Cafe in Milton Keynes and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The full English breakfast was a highlight, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure everyone had a pleasant experience. Despite being busy, the wait time for food was minimal, and everything ran smoothly. Overall, the Regency Cafe is a fantastic spot with great food, superb service, and impressive efficiency. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of visiting the Upper Regency Cafe yesterday for breakfast, we have never been before but will be going again. The food was amazing, I had the shakshuka with sujuk sausage, my family had the eggs royal with hash brown side for my daughter. To drink I had a delicious fresh mint tea and my family had hot chocolates and an oat latte. My children decided to finish off their breakfast with a slice of what can only be described as an epic pistachio cake - I am reliably informed that it was truly amazing. The food is either home made or locally sourced, they can cater for allergies. My experience with lots of restaurants is that allergies are an inconvenience for them and catering for them is often an afterthought, with a basic selection of alternatives being offered. This was not the case at the Upper Regency Cafe. The service was unbelievably polite and efficient, they were busy but made you feel like you were the only one in their cafe. We sat outside as it was a lovely morning, but the inside of the cafe was lovely, it was clean, welcoming and cosy. Myself and my husband have had the pleasure of eating in the restaurant the family once owned in St Albans, which was also amazing and I hope one day they re open. We spent some time reminiscing with the family over the restaurant. They made us feel very welcome, it felt like having breakfast with old friends. It is very child friendly and in a lovely area. If you haven’t already visited, please do it is more than worth it ❤️

Came for a corporate lunch for 15 people - Sabrine was SO accommodating and helpful, and was so welcoming. Freddie and Lidia's service was so personable and kind. They made the whole process so easy. Food and drinks were PERFECT - so yummy! Wish our office was closer so we could come back :)

Me and my partner came to this cafe for the first time, we were greeted with a smile and showed to a table me can sit. When I went to order my food I was told the full English wasn’t available which I assumed would happen considering it was late afternoon, however after contemplating the menu for a bit the worker offered the full English anyway. I am extremely happy with the food and service and will be coming back again.

Amazing café with a lot of choices! Delicious food, I particularly recommend the "Tangier Taste" Moroccan breakfast with a Moroccan Tea pot, very authentic (I'm Moroccan) and fantastic staff, will offer you a wonderful experience as they'll do their very best to honour all your requests! Waited over 40mins for 3 breakfasts. People who came in after us recieved their meals first and staff had to be reminded we was waiting, even asked for a refund and was told "no its being cooked now," my dads diabetes alarm was going off because he was waiting for so long. What was meant to be a nice sunday breakfast ended up quite stressful and wasnt impressed with the service we recieved. When it did arrive it was not fully cooked anyway. Even my 3 course meal i had the night before in a different restaurant arrived faster then this breakfast. As per some of the other comments the customer service isnt great either - zombie staff not acknowledging people waiting.

Fantastically tasty freshly cooked food - try the Moroccan Shakshouka for breakfast it’s amazing. Service is wonderful and the Bistro is immaculately clean. Highly recommended.

Not the best. I doubt that there's much actual pork in the pork sausage and the bacon? Not that great either. The hash brown wasn't crisp, the mushrooms tasted a bit strange, the toast was again, a bit soggy - think that they use margarine rather than butter. The worst crime though? No Heinz or HP sauce. Sachets of nondescript "brown sauce". I left more than half on my plate. Good coffee though. Won't be returning.

A great find! Just a stones throw from CentreMK and Midsummer Place is this great little cafe/bistro. With seating both inside and out you can choose enjoy or avoid the elements. The owners and staff are all very friendly and the menu allow you options regardless of the time of day. The coffee tasted delicious and the pricing was quite fair compared to the larger chain coffee shops/cafes in the centre. The menu also has halal options which was a bonus. Definitely will be back.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and immediately welcoming. The menu has a food range and caters to both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The paninis are a particular highlight for lunch as they are reasonably priced with generous portions. The coffee was of good quality and the service very swift making it a perfect lunchtime pit stop if you’re pressed for time. There is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors and very accessible in terms of parking. An all round excellent cafe.

Great tasting breakfast and strong coffee from this little cafe. The menu is a bit sparse and indoor seating was toasty in the summer, but all around it's a nice place to eat. There's also no free parking, so be prepared to pay £2/hr to park

Wonderful cafe with so many breakfast and lunch options! We visited here today for the first time and had the full English which was perfect, everything was cooked well and really tasty. Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, it had a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Very warm welcome from this little cafe, the owner and staff are really friendly, polite and hardworking. There's seating both inside and outside. The food was pleasant and well presented, the prices are OK. I only had the tea so can't comment on the coffee but I enjoyed the Alice in Wonderland teapot as a nice touch.

I was in Milton Keynes for a conference and needed to find breakfast close to the venue, Great value, particularly given the central location, warm atmosphere and hospitality, with excellent coffee. Highly recommended.

The Eggs Benedict was awful. Not sure about the rest of the menu, but it eggs were overcooked, ham was horrible and dressing on the spinach was really odd.

I really enjoyed my experience at this place. The waiter Zaid was very friendly and straight away understood my Islamic dietary. I ordered the omelette which was great and a fresh orange juice. Topped it off with a cappuccino. Excellent Friday breakfast 😊👍🏽💯

This cafe was close to the hotel where I was staying, and it looked cozy from the outside. I decided to have a try and the staff was very friendly. I had latte and eggs benedictine which was delicious. The environment is also peaceful and quite.

Friendly and inviting cafe. Lovely staff and great food! Only a 4min walk from the Theory test centre so perfect for killing time while you wait!

Poor service, food took over half an hour to get to the table and all 3 of us got our food at different times (more than 5 minutes apart). It tasted bad not just flavourless and the English breakfast had a sausage that was definitely not a usual pork sausage. We ordered beans on the side of the bread for my little one and they poured it all over the toast. To top it up the place was tiny with minimal space per table, with fruit flies flying around and still very overpriced. We will not go back there.

I grab a coffee from Upper Regency Cafe & Bistro everyday and the staff are just so friendly with great service. Today my partner and I had a breakfast and it was delicious, you have to try the Full English breakfast, sets you up for day.

Great breakfast and very friendly , helpful staff. The veggie breakfast was particularly impressive. Good strong coffee too !
