Superfast service and delicious food. Portions on the small side. Perfect for a quick bite and large variety of hot drinks and sweets.

No service what soever the individuals behind the counter did not acknowledge me at all. I can only assume after servicing the two people before myself they needed a 20 minute break. If you decide to work in an industry which is customer facing you actually have to deal with the customers I will not visit this particular coffee shop again. However I do recommend Canal Coffee Campbell Wharf where service doesn’t seem to be an issue.

We have visited twice and we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food and coffee. Nice, relaxing location.

The coffee is great here and they have a nice selection of cakes. The staff are also welcoming, friendly and they are happy to help with any allergy questions you may have.

I was glad I had the good fortune to decline breakfast at the Travelodge and seek my own fate in the shiny, hyper materialistic metropolis of Milton Keynes. Just metres away from said hotel, the Bogota coffee shop had several vegan options and the extensive coffee menu made the coffee need in me excited. I had the peanut butter overnight oats which were the best I've ever eaten. If I'm ever back that way again I'll skip the hotel breakfast again...

Imagine coming to milton Keynes to visit family (from Melbourne ) Costa coffee hard no- thank god we found Bogotá coffee to satisfy our cravings. 10/10 would recommend

Nipped in for a quick coffee and breakfast. Ordered a skinny Cortado, croissant, iced americano and peanut butter overnight oats. All were sublime, we’re here for the week and will most definitely be back before we return home!

As a new regular, the coffee shop is so very friendly from staff to customers and visiting pets. The staff always go out of their way to get your taste requirements matched to their ingredients or as near as possible. I have never been disappointed. Cakes and toasties are lush comfort food! Save me a seat!

This is a small and popular coffee shop with a good atmosphere. We enjoyed two flat whites which cost £5.40. A member of staff was very helpful in explaining how to get to the shopping centre.

Having this coffee shop local I thought it would be ideal, and I keep giving it another try instead of walking further out for another cafe. But I give up wasting my money now. I've been given the wrong drink more times than they've got it right. I always order an oat mocha, but I'm likely to find I've been given coconut milk or an oat latte. What baffles me most is I see the order on the till, so I know it's not a miscommunication problem. They just don't make an effort to match the order. Drinks are nice when they get it right. Bit small for the price.

Had a lovely lunchtime visit here today. Friendly and welcoming staff who go above and beyond, delicious coffee and a tasty selection of breakfast and lunch options. Quite small insids, but a few outdoor tables too. Very much recommended and I shall return!

This is an independent, family-run shop and the staff are incredibly friendly. They have a great range of coffee, and locally-sourced food options. It's the best place to get a coffee in Milton Keynes.

Bogota Coffee Company went here today, as my son wanted to go to a nice offer shop to celebrate his 7th birthday!! WHAT A MISTAKE! One of owners I believe (gentleman) was so rude.. Oh we cant seat you... Luckily the lovely lady working there moved a man sitting alone on a 4 seater... then my son accidentally (who’s birthday it is today) dropped his Nutella hot chocolate.. and the horrid man said ‘knew that would happen, you should have put a lid on it!!’ FFS!! Then I told him sorry it’s his 7th birthday today.. and he didn’t even wish him a happy birthday.. I then proceeded to buy another hot chocolate for him...WHY I don’t know guess I didn’t want to ruin my sons birthday.. but that person there NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Coffee was sour and underextracted. If you spent less time worrying about looking like hipsters and more time on the basics I imagine it would be better.

You’re only allowed two people in the coffee shop at one time due to the current circumstances. But the decor inside is lovely with a simple menu to understand with plenty of cakes and snacks to choose from.You’re unable to sit inside as there’s no seating but there’s a few tables outside. The coffee tastes good and the service was friendly yet efficient.

I popped in for a coffee and snack while awaiting my train. It is slightly hidden down a side street off the main drag down to the station in this futuristic metropolis. I selected it based on TA reviews but was slightly disappointed by the hype. It is good, but hardly exceptional, and great to see this independent taking on the big chains (which I avoid at all costs). The chairs are a little uncomfortable on the posterior if, like me, you stay for more than half an hour as previous reviewers have noted. Coffee pleasant but I can't say it was among the best ever.

I've been to Bogota a few times for a coffee, and everything I've tried so far has been delicious. Overall, I've enjoyed every visit, but I would recommend not going within the last hour of close as I've been a few times where the staff have been hoovering - which gets loud especially in such a small space with not many fabrics to absorb some of the sound. Otherwise really great and friendly service, too.

This place is lovely and they make really good coffee. Staff is also very kind and prices are reasonable for a cafe in the centre. However, the place is too small and it is a pity.

We recently visited Milton Keynes for a few days and were desperately trying to avoid Starbucks and Costa with their poor excuses for coffee. We came across this little gem and were over the moon. The coffee is amazing - so smooth and perfectly made. The staff are also lovely and friendly. And the cakes are to die for. So gutted I don't live anywhere near Milton Keynes. I'm already craving their coffee.

This is a great coffee place and I had a delicious and great value breakfast. V60 coffee, pastry and lovely Greek yogurt with granola and honey for £7.40.

Milton Keynes is dominated by chain coffee shops and restaurants so it is something of a relief to have an independent. Much better at doing tea and hot chocolate than the sorry offerings you get from chain coffee places. The cafe is in small pedestrian walk through and not so easy to find unless you know its there. Staff are helpful and no loud music - good for meeting friends and also colleagues for more business meetings. The interior is oddly out of context and has a Portland/Seattle hipster look that has nothing to do with Milton Keynes. The new cafe in the art gallery has tried to go with the new town aesthetic and work with it rather than import a look that has no resonance in MK.

Coffee ok, porridge very nice, toasty yummy. Very friendly and attentive staff. Coffee not as good as I was expecting given the great feedback but nothing wrong with it.

This is a great independent coffee shop hidden down a side alley in the hub that you would miss if you weren’t directed there. My wife stumbled across the website and we called in late on a Sunday afternoon yet still struggled to get seats. It is wood panelled with both overstuffed sofa & chairs as well as a few small tables and stools. As the name implies, Colombian coffee is the specialty and they didn’t disappoint. I had a cortado which had rich complex flavours without too much bitterness and we shared a gluten-free chocolate cake that was very moist. I recommend it as a nice place to relax to read or chat (if you can get a table!).

We always visit here as the atmosphere and the coffee soo much nicer than costa. Team behind counter are real gems.

I was meeting a business associate for coffee and we were talking vegan and he suggested I try the coconut milk latter! It was gorgeous!!!

So I have waited a day or two before writing this review because I just wanted to write a considered review and not an angry one. After reading their website they promised so much. If I was getting a take out then it might ok-ish but we were drinking in, ordering the drink was fine although we did have to repeat it, The Barista didn't chat to us or seem friendly in any way. Somebody said that in a previous review about this and about comfort and yes most of the seats were pretty uncomfortable. Coffee was at the right temperature, bit milky for a cappuccino (but that is personal preference). But that's when it went downhill, first of all, one of the Baristas started to sweep up the dusty floor while we were eating our food and drinking our drinks (there were about eight other customers in the shop and over an hour before it closed) and then ten minutes later the Barista who couldn't stop playing with her hair and biting her fingers behind the counter decided to get the vacuum cleaner out and hoover around everyone. while we were still eating and drinking. Yes I can understand they might want to go home but a) that is over an hour anyway b) its unhygienic c) its just rude as we couldn't talk to each other while she was hoovering because it was too loud. There were lots of other things they did wrong like not display their Food Hygiene Rating, spraying antiseptic cleaner over everywhere instead of maybe into the cloth for more control

Lovely my son had a crossiant, not too over priced either. Quality better than costa. Hot chocolate nice - went on saturday lunch time not busy at all.

I had my first cup of Cannabis Tea in Bogota this morning, I was so surprised with the lovely taste and it really made me more relaxed. I couldnt recommend it enough.

We loved the coffee. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the food was disappointing: the croissant was very dry and the granola (very average) was served with flavoured yoghurt, which tasted quite artificial. We would not go out of our way to go back there.

The coffee is fantastic. I recommend a 3-cup cafetiere to yourself - no milk, just pure coffee heaven. The service is second-to-none, the staff are either l genuinely lovely or just the right amount of pretentious (essential for all really good coffee shops).

My mom, as a Venezuelan and true coffee lover, was happily surprised yesterday when she found a good cortado in MK. They were just closing so we couldn't try other things, but the place looks very cosy and my mom said the coffee was 'real'.

Majority of coffee is frothy, shallow, sprinkle-topped and lacking Kahunas - like the corporate rubbish that serves it. Shareholder approval is more important than the taste buds. Go to Bogota's and meet nice, well trained people who know about coffee and really care about what's in the cup!

Met my husband for lunch at this small coffee shop tucked up a small side street in The Hub. No fuss, no pretensions, just nice coffee and very reasonably priced sandwiches/baguettes. Friendly staff and room for the dog, couldn't be better.

Popped in here fora quick coffee and found it a pleasant experience. It is a bit tucked away and relatively small but the coffee is good and the decor gives it a distinctive feel. Certainly a place to visit if you get bored of the run of the mill.

Milton Keynes, let’s face it, is not one of my favourite places - not least because I only ever come here for work. In amongst the indifferent usual suspect coffee chains, Bogotá is a complete life saver and their long blacks brighten my day. I can also recommend the avocado salad, which won’t keep you going without the addition of a sticky pastry (which they do, of course, also provide), but is beautifully fresh and tasty.

We went there on recommendation and were not disappointed, friendly and efficient staff, no obtrusive muzak, sit inside or out, excellent coffee in good quantity. You can get something to eat as well but we just had some drinks this time. Slight niggle that maybe get the loo door spring-loaded so it closes.

This place is a great local coffee shop in the middle of a slew of chain restaurants. I love going in here because it has some actual character. The prices are good and the selection is great. I love the cakes made by T.sweetmap (you can tell because they have little branded flags in them). Looking forward to going back!

I am not a huge coffee drinker but I had heard so much about Bogota that I thought I'd give it a try and I was not disappointed!

Once you've had your morning cup of coffee from here, everywhere else tastes like garbage. Yes it's a bit more expensive than other places but you know where that extra went. I always have a large Americano, ok it's not exactly large but damm, the taste....like I said, makes everything else in the area taste like crap.Also nice staff.

Second visit, still not impressed. First time I tried the hot Latte, which was average and tasted more of full fat milk. Second visit, I had the iced Latte. A small miniature size takeaway cup, 3/4th full of ice, no sugar and again full fat milk with little bit of coffee. Came for whopping £2.50!! This place is a joke, day time robbery. Sorry wont bother again.

Don't often get coffee out, but when I do I go to Bogota. Better coffee than anywhere else in MK, reasonably priced and the foods good too. Great atmosphere too.

I've frequented many coffee shops in the area and have tried them all - Bogota is my favourite. The coffee is divine and the pastries on offer are gorgeous! I very occassionally struggle to get in as it's quite popular, but mostly there are a few seats available and the atmosphere is very trendy and unique. Love!

Im not going to claim they have the biggest coffee or the fastest wifi, but what they do do is a good coffee, reasonably priced with a themed setting and free wifi. Lunch offer is pretty reasonable compared to the large chains.

Been a few times for a Coffee and never been disappointed. For Christmas my GF booked us in for a coffee making / art taster session it was great they are passionate about coffee and know their stuff..

Whilst not very big, manages to offer a good selection of drinks and food. Have not eaten there, but the coffee is lovely as is the atmosphere

One of my favourite coffee shops and by far the best in Milton Keynes. Fabulous coffee, good food and lovely staff - what more could you want? Well maybe a bigger property as it gets pretty busy at the weekends.

The Best coffee in Milton Keynes and the sandwiches are very nice too, plus delicious cakes. I love having lunch there. Although it is small there is free wifi and lovely staff. They also have a licence to sell wine and beer.

4 of us just went for a quick cuppa coffee before going to lunch elsewhere. My (step) daughter had recommended it, so, hey... give it a go, yeah?! Ooo! this place makes seriously good coffee! I love a strong cuppa, but not espresso, so I have an "Americano with a splash"... lubbly-jubbly! The others enjoyed their Lattes or Espressos - well recommended!

Popped into Botago's today for a coffee after hearing such good things about it. We were definitely not disappointed! The coffee was delicious and the cafe itself was lovely. We ordered 2 cappuccinos and I'd definitely go back another time and order more.

Every time I come in they know straight away what I'm ordering (Hot Chocolate with Caramel!), need I say more than that, that I enjoy the place! Staff are always smiling and willing to talk, and always cheer you up if they can help no matter how bad your day has been ☺
