Yet another great experience here. Be warned, portions are immense! Had to take half of my omelette and chips home as couldn’t manage it in one sitting 😊

No idea why I’ve never been here before but so glad I did! Lovely welcoming staff, nothing is too much trouble. The best home made sandwiches and the cakes look amazing (will try some next time). So impressed I’m going to make this my treat on office days. Thank you all!

Decent food, very cheap and affordable aswell! I was very impressed by my egg and tomato sandwich that I had for my lunch! Amazing food and they also have healthy options like fruit and vegetables to go in sandwiches I think its great, all inclusive!

Found this lovely little cafe whilst buying my grandson a bible. The best omelette ever with side salad 🥗. Very clean and a brilliant choice of breakfasts and lunches. Lovely ladies that work there, definitely going back.

My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful freshly made lunch at the Cornerstone Cafe today. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the value for money is excellent. We look forward to our next visit , and will recommend it to our friends.

I ate a delicious savoury crepe for lunch yesterday whilst lunching with my friend in Cornerstone cafe. A five star experience in a welcoming environment by staff and volunteers. Thank you.

A community run cafe within Christ the Cornerstone Church which it was a delight to visit. Pretty small and intimate place run, I presume, by volunteers who really go out of their way to ensure you are being looked after and happy. True service with a smile which, given the situation of having some staff/helpers who have special needs makes the slightly slower level of service more than bearable. I just wish all hospitality venues had such dilligent and attentive staff. We went in towards the end of the opening hours, fully expecting a limited selection but no - what we asked for was available and able to be made up. We both settled for Vegetable Soup and a sandwich with coffee, part of a meal deal and ended up paying just over £10 for two - value if ever there was. The soup was delicious and a good bowlfull with sandwich containing a decent salad with ham on lovely soft white bread. The coffee just set it off. I would without any doubt, say that in my opinion, this is the best value, most gratifying lunchtime venue in Milton Keynes. Will certainly be back.

Give your money to a local community non-profit cafe instead of the soulless chains over the road

Found this jem of a cafe today and was really impressed. Less that a minutes walk from Intu's food court and well worth the effort. The staff are lovely and plenty of choices on their menus. Definitely recommend this cafe especially if you are fed up with the usual food options available in the main shopping hall.

Simple lunch at a very reasonable price: tasty soup and a very decent sandwich. Good prices. Very small space. Service was friendly. Would return

A proper local pub serving well looked after Ales. Well worth a visit (our cycling group does regularly).

We went out of our way to visit here last Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and we waited more than 5 minutes for any staff to appear to serve us - despite us speaking to each other in the restaurant so we could be heard. The member of staff did not apologise for leaving us waiting when he arrived. We asked for flat whites with oat milk but were told they could only do black coffee with oat milk as the flat whites come out of a machine with cows milk. I don't think a shop that prides itself on coffee should be reliant on a machine to make the drinks. Asked if they had any dairy free/ vegan cakes but they had none. So we left having ordered nothing. Don't bother visiting if you have any dietary requirements or want a real coffee.

This is a great place to pop in for a coffee and/or meet friends or colleagues for lunch. There is a good selection of drinks and brunch or lunch options and a great selection of cakes if you want to be a bit naughty! There is loads of space, ample free parking, free wi fi, and the lady serving on the couple of occasions I have visited so far is absolutely lovely she really makes you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Prices very reasonable as well - what's not to like? Only a couple of minutes from city centre, I thoroughly recommend you give this lovely cafe a try.

Visited this hidden gem while our Grandson was having swimming lessons. What a find, being inside a large gym it was extremely unlikely that I’d ever stumble across it. I’m glad I know it’s here now. The cheesecake was to die for as was the Victoria sponge that my wife had. All homemade on the premises by the very friendly guy who looked after us. I suppose if you really thought it necessary you could go and work it all off in the gym. I preferred to sit comfortably in the lovely spacious cafe though and let it all settle gently. I’m definitely going to come back and try the breakfast!

We tried Tea and Toast in Wolverton for breakfast today. Pictured below is the Spanish omelette and their Turkish breakfast. The portions were really super sized. The place seems to be very popular with locals and the owner is an amazing chap who was going around making sure everyone had what they needed. He even offered us complimentary Turkish tea at the end of our meal. Everything came in at a very reasonable price and we even had to take away quite a bit as couldn’t finish it all.
