The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Chichester South East

Looked quiet compared to the other cafes as it was nearly noon so thought it would be ideal for tea and pastie. Unfortunately after ordering our food and about to pay by cash, we were told they refuse to accept legal tender so we had to leave. I do ot understand why small business struggling to survive refuse custom with not accepting cash-still there loss and I assume will go bust

First class service and amazing friendly staff members . The food here is beautiful and all freshly prepared for you . Loads of milkshake flavours available, delicious coffee and the best home made cakes . You are treated like a member of the chaplins family by everyone. This place does have the most friendly vibe ever . Dog friendly too .

Just had the worst Roast dinner ever, All microwaved and the chicken was like I've never had before ! a tasteless reconstituted excuse for chicken and my wife had the vegetarian at the same price and just as awfull . £29.40 for the two meals and a tea and coffee. We will never go there again and ABSOLUTE RIPOFF !!

This is a very nice coffee shop run by a very succesful chocolatier, we visited for a coffee and a cake ,there are some truly gorgeous creations there big and small we had a coffee and a tea a lovely muffin and apple slice ,its a lovely calm place great staff and so much good chocolate ,worth visiting for the chocolate creations alone but doesnt fail on drinks and cakes

Disappointed this morning as I have told my family how good the food is here. It was quite busy when I arrived, so had to wait for table service but that wasn’t a problem. Ordered 3 breakfast, coffee and tea. The coffee was only warm, and it was the same for the breakfast, maybe warm the plates up first? disappointed this time, and we also had to keep our coats on as it was so cold in there. What a shame.

I had tried this cafe about 18 months or so and it wasn’t up to its best so when a family member suggested here again I was a little bit worried but OMG, I take it that it must of changed hands. Fantastic breakfast with quality sausage and bacon, lovely think brown bread for toast. Polite staff, in fact I can’t say anything bad, well done, keep it up, I will be returning and I have already told people how good you are. X

We had booked to visist for a lunch time meal on our wedding anniversary. We had a lovely chat when we booked and looked forward to it. However, when we turned up we were told that the restaurant was closed! The member of staff did apologise but made no effort to find out what had gone wrong and we were left to find an alterntive venue. Not happy!!

Perfectly located at the end of our South Downs Way section. Enjoyed an amazing mozzarella toastie, lemonade, flapjack and delicious coffee. Picnic benches in the outdoor courtyard were perfect for a sunny day and here we spotted bicycle pump and tools. Altogether a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting the next cafe at Upwaltham.

Always great for different sandwiches at lunchtime and sausage rolls, I go regularly as the place is near me, always had and have friendly people working there

the advert is incorrect. No hot food /soup/lunch. only cake coffee/tea. lovely setting bright and airy in the greenhouse

Muy buena comida y bebida y un gran servicio. Vine a cenar con amigos y no puedo culparlo. Los titulares se veían tan bien que dos de nosotros terminamos con dos titulares en lugar de uno principal - y los titulares son sustanciales! Pedí papas fritas para ir con las mías, pero realmente no las necesité, aunque en realidad me alegro de haberlas pedido ya que eran papas fritas correctamente y perfectas. Tuve el satay de pollo que fue el mejor que he probado - principalmente porque usaban muslo no pechuga por lo que era mucho más sabroso - luego tuve el suflé de queso azul que también era excelente y muy sabroso. Un amigo tenía el pescado especial que era skate y dijo que era excelente - de nuevo grandes porciones. El otro amigo tenía el tazón de Buda con pollo que también se declaró excelente. Estábamos demasiado llenos para el pudín, pero el té / café viene con un par de chocolates caseros que sin duda puede llenar el pequeño vacío dejado. Excelente relación calidad-precio y personal encantador.

We played dominoes in a 'stable'. Great time had be all. The staff are so friendly and the doombar is very tasty. Car park is right at the end of the pub garden. Well worth a visit. Hopefully going there tomorrow for an evening meal as the food is good too.

Go there every month with mates. Great pub with simple yet perfectly cooked 'Pub Grub' Great value for money. Highly recommended.
