Place was busy but queues were made worse by the lack of attention or interest shown by the lady behind the counter! We were trying to order but she was more interested in sharing a joke with colleagues at the other end of the counter, we twice had to call her attention I guess we should have walked out at that point!!!

I love coming to this café, the staff are always amazing and smiley and their memory is on point! The food is always fresh and tastes amazing! The coffee is always refreshing and the cakes are to die for! I always without a doubt have a very pleasant experience whenever I visit! Which is why I return! I recommend the Valerie club sandwich and the chocolate gateau! So yummy!

Not bad although I’ve had better, but there toilet was out of action,so there was only one to share for ladies and gents and had to wait ages, but coffee was ok. Found the place not that clean though.

As befits a Wethetspoons a great experience. I cant think of a company in my lifetime who have made such a contribution to English life and I ne er get tired oftelling people how good the pubs are. So nothing but positives till I visited here and encountered the disgusting parking daylight robbery here. I paid for a ticket thought that I'd paid enough - this was a Sunday evening with an empty town centre. Only to receive a letter a few weeks later fining me £75 because seemingly i was a few minutes over. I'm really surprised the usually decent Wetherspoons boss Tim let's his company have anything to do with such venality- after all they're hardly going to make much money out of it themselves while losing their good name. I am to put it mildly furious and. If I'm ever staying in the vicinity again will never use the pub unless they disentangle them from this parking ripoff. The first time in 35 years of using Wetherspoons that I've ever left dissatisfied.

Shocking all round ! Dysfunctional ordering system which may work well for McDonalds but an absolute disaster here. 1 hour to finally get coffee and they were cold!! People in queues to get refunds , rude clean up staff who we had to ask 3 times to clear the plates from prior customer.even when it was clear the staff could not cope no one was stopping the new customers coming in. Awful consumer experience. Shall not be coming back. And there was no one in charge to complain to either. What happened to servicing customers face to face.? The machines are a joke if there’s no infrastructure / organisation behind it. And £6 for a ciabatta roll to go with your soup !!! Nonsense rip-off. Shame on you M&S !!!!!!

Until recently this cafe provided excellent hone made panini’s and soups as well as hone made cakes. I would have rated 5 stars. However, the food is still OK but they have stopped a lot of the home made stuff in favour of brought in products which are not as good as their hone made offering.

The manager off the cafe is so so rude!!! 3 times I have been she is miserable rude. She brought half my food I asked where he rest was she said she didn't know. And didn't intend to find out she makes my experience miserable every time and clearly hates her job!!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Marks & Spencer restaurant in the Lexicon Bracknell on Tuesday, 30/01. My simple order of avocado on toast took an unacceptably long 30 minutes to arrive, during which time I was seated in an uncomfortably cold room. Furthermore, the meal, which cost £5, was served on a paper plate, a presentation I find unacceptable for the price. The salad and cutlery presentation also left much to be desired. It's disheartening as I've always seen Marks & Spencer as a standard-bearer for quality service and customer satisfaction. This visit did not live up to the standards I've come to expect from your brand. When I shared my concerns with customer service, they only provided excuses. Marks & Spencer should address these issues to prevent future guests from having similarly disappointing experiences. I will NEVER again, use the Bracknell Restaurant

Wasn’t a great start to an afternoon tea, until Shirley sorted it all out. You are very lucky to have such a fantastic member to staff.
