Pret A Manger in Bracknell Forest

Place was busy but queues were made worse by the lack of attention or interest shown by the lady behind the counter! We were trying to order but she was more interested in sharing a joke with colleagues at the other end of the counter, we twice had to call her attention I guess we should have walked out at that point!!!

Excellent service and staff. Manager couldn't do enough to help. It is important that we have gluten free choice and the manger was brilliant in helping with the choice.

Great Macchiato served by Tim, very pleasant guy and genuine conversation about how our days were going. Fast service and nice clean area to sit.

This is the second visit and most definitely the last one as …the tables were dirty …..the floor was dirty and Unswept ….the coffee was Luke warm even though we asked for extra hot ……the choices of sandwiches are very limited and the ones that we did have had next to no fillings in at all. Pret A Manger used to be one of our favourite haunts for a snack and a coffee , but now it is one of the worst you can find . I don’t really know what has happened if they’ve been taken over or whatever but we shall never use them ever again as they have completely and totally lost the plot of what they used to be.

the food and coffee is always first class here, you will not be disappointed , and you must try their sweets , delicious .

I'm not a fan of the Pret chain normally ut we met family here for a drink and snack. The food was typical but the key to my review is the excellent and friendly service we had. Nothing was too much trouble and made a huge difference to the whole experience. Clearly a smart team who are the exception to the rest of our experience in various F&B outlets in Bracknell...

A typical Pret A Manger with a good range of sandwiches and drinks. I tried the salad and it was nice.

One of the bigger Prets loads of seating however at around 3pm the food options were sparse and not much to choose from

Very weak coffee and burnt shortbread. The lady in the queue in front of us advised the ‘barista ‘ that he was making the coffee too quickly, hence very weak. OMG does that mean I have to go to Costa? No I’ll just go home.

Went there to grab something to eat and a cappuccino, food was okay. Cappuccino was poor especially considering the cost. Service was good considering it was one guy trying to serve 5 or 6 customers. (poor lad) Could be really nice but needs to improve.

Absolutely love Pret and visited hundreds of stores across the country. The Bracknell store is always clean and plenty of space including the upstairs which has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Sadly thought the staff could be a little more outgoing and cheerful which goes for the general manager who comes across as rather reserved and at times a little miserable, strange as many other branches are upbeat and energetic. I find it's hit and miss with the food, sometimes you buy freshly made food and it's has a good portion size and ingredients other times like the breakfast pots are half empty and your searching for your favorite fruit or nut. I would highly recommend this branch and Pret in general.

Very courteous Staff, Plenty of food to choose from, Nice seating area with additional seating available upstairs and of course a WONDERFUL Coffee. I would highly recommend if you would like to just relax and enjoy a coffee with a great view.

Was pleased to see prets using a traditional espresso machine until I realised that the barista lacked training and the espresso is really weak, being under extracted. Maybe should have stuck to the safer bean to cup approach?

sandwiches are not placed on the allocated places as per the product identification card. unqualified and reckless employees they do not respect the customers food diet and religion.

Good choice of hot and cold food, wonderful coffee and a nice place to stay for a coffee break. Always reliable.

A below average score due to the fact that although this store is enormous with multi level seating, an entire row of sandwiches and salads and a full counter of cakes and savoury offerings, all the staff were able to offer my Coeliac (Gluten Free) Wife was a shabby pre packed biscuit. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I regularly pop in and have French butter and chocolate croissants with a hot chocolate and freshly squeezed orange juice for less than £8. Music always playing, ambiance nice. Never too crowded but good for eat in.

Coffee ,cakes. Snacks , pasties. We enjoyed our coffee break . Lovely atmosphere ,chairs outside. It’s located by the new town centre .Lexicon in Bracknell ,Berkshire . Lovely and friendly staff . I couldn’t ask for more,

Lots of new coffee shops in Bracknell now but this one hits the bullseye for good coffee, fresh tasty food and great prices. Plus it’s all organic and ethical, you can’t get better.

Have popped in a few times for a bite to eat/coffee. Plenty of seating and mostly clean. Food can be a bit hit or miss. Service and staff are always pleasant.

Have to admit I am flummoxed by the amount of coffee shops Bracknell is getting, but will say that Pret is a nice addition.
