The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

Food here is excellent, both in taste and value. The portions are large, and there are smaller portions for those with smaller appetites, but these are still a good size. Everything seems home cooked and hearty. My only criticism, is that the premises are very cold, and would benefit from a heater. I had to put my coat back on mid meal.

It isn’t every day you get to eat delicious food with a view like this!! Waterfalls. Lakes. Mountains and lots of local ales to sample. So friendly!! So delicious!! So stunning!!

Super little find. Was wandering looking for a cup of tea and snack and we couldn't have found a better place. Full of gluten free goodies from soup to cakes and everything in-between. Eat in or take away the choice is yours.

The best gelato we have had in the UK by far!! Love the seasonal flavours. We usually get the tubs, and most of the time these are jam packed, however on the last occasion it was probably only half what we usually get, which was a bit disappointing, but we put this down to new staff and it being busy.

I can't praise this Cafe highly enough. Right from our first visit, the service has been excellent and the staff very, very friendly. The food is always delicious and excellent value. The Cafe also has such a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere that it has now become a regular place for my wife and I to go for a tasty breakfast or an afternoon snack, relax, and also get to meet other locals. But don't think twice if you're not a local but just visiting the area, the staff are such lovely people they will make you feel so welcome. And, very important for us, it's dog friendly.

... indeed they do! Imagine taking a rare 300+ mile journey to revisit your childhood memories, including that of the pub that you were born in. Imagine turning up at the said establishment, full of excitement and anticipation only to be shouted at "You can't park here, I'm expecting people for Sunday Lunch" - maybe the Landlord was psychic and knew we weren't his intended visitors, or he only serves his local clientele with charm? Imagine then trying to hold a conversation with said Landlord about the past, who clearly wasn't interested, simply citing "things change". Indeed they do... just not always for the better... as evidenced at The Bush (previous name, from back in (much) better times.

Visited today on way home from holiday. Had two cones one strawberry (my hubby) and a Dubai chocolate and pistachio (me). Quality of the ice cream is immense and the portion size great for the price. A small queue but a very efficient staff. Really nice to see this farm diversify to stay relevant, they also house a Brilliant butchers at the front with a great range of quality produce. Very nice place with good food and service. It was a birthday lunch for son with his wife and baby daughter. The staff and owner could not do enough for us.

Called in for lunch. It's a lovely cafe with locally sourced produce. The staff are lovely. It has a good choice of cakes as well. Food was fab and came out quickly.

Great coffee! Great service and super friendly. A proper old fashioned coffee shop, full of locals and chit chat. The hot cross buns with locally made butter are a must! You smell them the moment you walk in and even though we were only there for the week, we felt like regulars after the first day.

Great food. Great atmosphere and service from the girls was really good. Very polite and wanting cater for any needs. Defo come again.

Our first visit to the Hamers arm and the meal was excellent. Starters of chicken tikka skewers, feta cheese, black pudding croquettes & salt & pepper chicken all fantastic. Main courses cheese & onion pie, fish & chips & peri peri chicken, our plates were empty. Quality ingredients very well cooked, nicely presented and served by friendly staff, what more could you ask for, oh and good value for money. We have already booked for Sunday !! Give this new dining venue a try, you won’t be disappointed, we’ll done to all Involved.

l sampled the dish of the day, a risotto style pilau dish, it was well presented and absolutely delicious. l then shared a dessert which was equally scrumptious. l strongly recommend this place.

The food in this cafe is delicious. Soup was home cooked, wholesome and so tasty. The owner / chef went the extra mile for me as I am on a diet to produced a bacon/ egg salad which was fabulous 👌 Ingredients were varied, fresh and presented beautifully. This cafe was a real gem and definitely worth the visit . Thank you for great experience.
