Mojo in Blackpool

Great coffee! Great service and super friendly. A proper old fashioned coffee shop, full of locals and chit chat. The hot cross buns with locally made butter are a must! You smell them the moment you walk in and even though we were only there for the week, we felt like regulars after the first day.

Was in the area looking for coffee and cake mid-afternoon and found Mojo. So glad we did. The owner was so friendly and helpful, food was great and the prices very reasonable. Would certainly visit again!

Great. Coffee . Nice to sit out in the sun. Didn't like the beer I ordered from Lancaster brewery's. Stick to the coffee

This is my favourite coffee house by far, an independent barista with character and unique atmosphere. Would 100% recommend the coffee. Dog friendly. A real gem.

The best coffee shop ever and I am a self confessed coffee snob!! Lovely coffee shop with friendly owner and staff and a really good ambiance. If coffee isn't your thing they also serve other hot and cold drinks. If you love a good toastie or salad I can also thoroughly recommend both! All food is freshly cooked to order using good quality local produce wherever possible.

As usual the toastie was really nice and a good size together with a salad and crisps. Very good value and a range of options that show a bit more variety than you usually see.

visited with a friend. ordered chicken breast pesto and mozzarella toastie. On eating the toastie i found processed sliced chicken ? . Due to stomache issues i informed the owner that it was not a chicken breast on my toastie but processed chicken slices. The owner went into a rant about how i was the only one to complain in four years. I apologised to him. This only seemed to enrage him more. Through fear of upsetting him even more, I apologised yet again saying i would just eat the side salad. Paying for my bill the owner wanted me to pay in full for a toastie i could not eat. He then started to argue with me about the meat . He said it was chicken slices from a packet that said chicken breast. Again i explained on his menu it says chicken breast. Not processed chicken slices from a packet. I was under the impression i would be having a chicken breast. I asked do i have to pay for a toastie i did not eat. After some words from the owner , he took the price of the toastie off my bill. On leaving the premises he shouted at my friend. shut the door i am trying to keep the place warm and i have a toastie to pay for! my friend opened the door because she was leaving when he did his shouting about the above. Sorry to say i left shaken and very upset as i was treating my friend as a thankyou for her help. Needless to say we will not be returning.

My husband and I called into Mojo this afternoon. The coffee was the best we've had in a long while - so good my husband had two! We also decided to try the toasties and my goodness, they were amazing. Beautiful fresh ingredients and tasty wholemeal bread, served with a side salad and Lancashire crisps. I couldn't finish mine so was asked if I would like it packed up to take home which I gratefully accepted! We sat outside on the lovely terrace and were very well looked after by the very friendly and professional staff. Definitely be returning to this little gem on Red Bank Road. Highly recommended.

Took my wife for bottle of wine and lovely cheese pepperoni toasted sat outside first till it went a bit cold then finished off in side the staff were very nice and polite

I called at this cafe earlier for a coffee and catch up with some friends. I phoned to reserve a table on their new outside terrace yesterday. So glad I did, it as lovely! My friends had breakfasted at their hotel so we only had a coffee today but it was so good. I will be back soon to sample the menu and maybe have a glass of wine.. The service was impeccable, and very friendly. 10/10 all round!

Visiting the area and popped in for a snack. Food was excellent and freshly prepared. Coffee was by far the best we have had in a long time . Staff were welcoming and friendly .. and some good banter ahead of the football game tomorrow!

Lovely friendly coffee/lunch house. Service is exceptional, they really make everyone feel genuinely welcome. 10/10 for my coffee, and the choice of various coffees and teas was vast. Great hot or cold sandwich selection, all freshly made to order; veggies, vegans, coeliacs all amply catered for. I saw lots of cakes too but I didn't have room on this visit. We visited Mojo after a long walk on the beach. A lovely little cafe . The staff were outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Excellent , delicious toasties and drinks . Well worth a visit when in Bispham. Dog friendly too which is always a bonus

My partner and I stopped off at this little gem on a recent day out in Blackpool. We ordered a couple of lattes and both agreed that these were delicious. The barista was very friendly and informative about the products. The drinks were great value and the added touch of a little Lotus biscuit on the side was very welcomed. We would 100% recommended this coffeeshop to anyone looking for a well made coffee and wanting to support local businesses.

We were staying in Blackpool and having had fish and chips for lunch, were looking for a lighter healthy meal in the evening, preferably somewhere that was dog friendly. I found Mojo online and called to book a table. Apparently we didn’t need to book...

Popped in here as I had an appointment in the area. Had a hot chocolate and a toasted sandwich, chocolate was standard quality, but I’ve had bigger for the same price. The sandwich came with side salad and crisps.

They do a wide range of toasties (meat, veggie and vegan) and they're lovely! They've also got a selection of local beers, gins and they do a decent range of hot drinks.

If you think if you are ok with selling exactly half a cup of coffee you should reduce the size of your cups to at least make it appear to be full.So i was sold half a cup of coffee for the grand total of $2.40. As i was asked to retreat to the door and wait outside to place my order with two parties in the cafe already i found the whole affair simply strange. but i understand it was the owners way of telling me not to come back with a smile on his face as he happily takes 2.40 from me as i unwittingly thought my coffee would be fantastic as it usually is... was... but why ?I was shouted at for being in the way of another two customer who wanted to enter the premises as i waited to be allowed in to sit for 10 mins and consume a coffee. . . i responded that the newly arrived customers i have been asked to wait at the door. so i returned back after my appointments to ask why are you asking me to wait at the door while customers are shouting at me to get past to enter your establishment to sit and feast (without masks on) ...he responded doesn`t need my attitude or my money and shut his door on me..... quite sad about it really because i had followed everyone's wishes and orders for the day. i didnt even show any confusion or anger as it was happening. I did want to sit for 10 mins in the cafe as i had not been there for a while and believe it or not thought the owner would be friendly as i used to work accross the road from him and get discounts on his coffee. anyway its a very strange affair, but this covid19 has changed everything, every reasonable common sense has been removed from non player characters that can get to read the facts to establish the truth. this coffee shop owner has lost the plot. he`s obviously too busy trying to make money while choosing whose money he actually wants. when i ventured out today i faced a 0.0002 % chance of catching the fake flu. i didn't expect 100% of the world to be ruined by it.

Brilliant hospitality. You are even welcome to bring your own food ( eg fish and chips ) as long as you buy a drink! The fresh coffee is excellent and great value. The owner is the friendliest, most accommodating, I have ever come across.

Grabbed takeaway coffees before heading to the Pleasure Beach and just had to order the peanut butter and marshmallow toasties! Cakes looked delicious too so the kids insisted we get a couple on our way back home. Great coffee and super friendly. We’ll be back on our next visit.

On Sunday coast walk we stumbled across this hidden gem. With two dogs in tow it was just perfect. Extremely welcoming. Inviting. Clean. Chilli Chai Tea was exceptional. Flapjack a must. Thank you. 🐾🐾

I recently joined two friends for a snack at this delightful restaurant located towards the top of Red Bank Road - just a short walk from Bispham Tram Station. This was a discovery which will see us going again - and again! Excellent value run by a very professional and FRIENDLY young man. This little place is full of character with a lot of the original features still present. Nothing was a trouble - well run, freshly prepared food, beautifully presented. Go - you won't be disappointed!

I am quite a regular at MOJO now due to his amazing vegan toasties! (Sweet and savoury alike.) He is very accommodating and is always looking for new vegan options to offer customers. Lovely shop, lovely staff. For all of the vegan community, MOJO is a must for a nice lunch!

Went online to find a dog friendly cafe in Bispham. Only found Bispham Kitchen online.

Spotted this place as I was having a wander and fancied a coffee. The owner obviously has a passion for great tasting coffee and mine was perfect. No bitterness or sour after taste from equipment that isn’t cleaned, great price too - get your coffee here.

Called in for a drink to get out of the cold whilst waiting for the illuminations to start. The owner was friendly, the café very clean and prices very reasonable. Would happily recommend and would certainly visit again.

We had a great early evening drink and snack with our family before setting out to look at the illuminations. From the outset we received a warm welcome. The owner happily accommodated my gluten-free mother and was great with the kids. He even talked football with my father! As we left he gave us brilliant advice on how to view the illuminations which turned out to be spot on. We wish him every success with his new venture.

Had a lovely coffee and hot chocolate at this lovely coffee house. Very welcoming and reasonably priced. Toilets were clean and had a full range of added extras for customers to use.

Went in for the first time on Friday and from the moment we stepped in, we were made to feel welcome and at home by the owner. I am a fussy coffee drinker, however I found this the most enjoyable coffee I have had so far. The mocha was to die for so much so I had a cappuccino as well. My husband had the 3 ginger infusion which he thoroughly enjoyed. We also had 2 freshly baked scones with butter which were lovely. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anybody. I have visited this welcoming coffee shop several times now with family and friends, and have found the quality of the offering and theurdock one service to be consistanly good. The ambiance is very pleasant and welcoming and it is spotlessly clean and fresh looking. A little more variety in the food offering would be good but the toasties are always so tasty with some interesting flavour combinations - and bakery fresh wholemeal bread!

Hi had to write this review have just had lunch with a friend at Mojo,we had toastie`s and drinks have to say they were absolutely brilliant ,my friend also said one of the best coffee`s she has had anywhere.

We went on opening day to support a local independent business and really enjoyed our coffee. I love the mismatched crockery....quite quirky. Owner is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. More visits due soon.

I have never been so surprised about this little Gem hidden away, it’s a rival to any major coffee chains out there, great Coffee and Toasties, Graham behind the counter who owns the shop is so polite and he will do anything for you, Dogs are welcome and he has a jar with chews treats for the dogs which are free, your never find a better coffee house in the Blackpool area,

I often go out of my way to visit this cafe because it's one of the very few places i know in the northwest that you can get a decent coffee... certainly the only place near Blackpool and one of the few in Lancashire... yes, it's that good... And the toastie selection on the menu is different enough to keep you interested... the owner and the staff are also very friendly and maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism... top draw all round...

The one thing Bispham has been missing is a really good coffee shop! Mojo coffee is excellent and well made. Competitively priced, decor is good and service really good. The menu is small but absolutely perfect for what is a coffee shop not a cafe and the toasted sandwiches are excellent fresh and tasty. Will return as soon as possible deserves to be a massive success.

After seeing so many positive comments on Facebook my husband and I popped in for a relaxing drink. Very friendly service and great coffee. Can’t wait to go back and sample some of the food.

Have visited Mojo a few times since it opened. Always a warm, welcoming greeting. Very cosy inside and plenty of seating outside in good weather. Only had coffee, which was excellent, but the toasties did look very nice indeed. Well worth a visit

1ST time visiting this "café" must admit I've been waiting a while to visit, thought I would wait until the opening euphoria had died down ! Very polite service ,reasonable prices for food and drinks and the best cup of coffee my wife and I have had in a long time. Thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a chilled out coffee and a seat outside(seats inside as well).

I’m so glad that I stumbled across this amazing little coffee shop just off the prom in Bispham. The coffee and cake were delicious and very reasonably priced which makes a change from the normal rip offs in the town. Graham the barista was welcoming and friendly, you’ll struggle to find better customer service. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back.

In dire need of a ‘proper’ coffee we found this place by chance. From the outside it looked like a venue which could serve a good coffee and we were not disappointed. In fact, I would go as far as saying it was seriously good. This guy knows his beans!

Came here today with my husband as Bispham locals it’s nice to have this so close to home. I had a hot chocolate and a jalapeño popper toastie which is a nice change from the regular toasties that are normally on cafe menus. My husband had a latte and a cheese toastie which was only £2.50 which is very reasonable. I really liked the fact that as much as possible it was celebrating Lancashire (using Lancashire cheese), the bread was lovely too. There is a menu full of unusual Lancashire based cordials. They do a loyalty card for hot drinks that is stamped, I also really liked that the hot drinks were in mugs like you were going for a brew round at your friends house. The man was really friendly too, I hope this cafe does well it’s really something we need here and we will definitely be going back.
