Truly excellent experience with the guys running this place. I was sold faulty equipment elsewhere. They explained what was wrong, how to get the results I wanted cheaper, more easily and better. You can tell they have a passion for what they sell and know their products. Take their advice if you want the best out of your vape.

Awesome customer service a rarity these days. I originally ordered a replacement battery with them, the battery did not work with my tank. Johnny rang me after I requested a return and chatted with me letting me know the kit I was using was very old. He suggested a much cheaper Aspire GOTEK X which I have to say is an awesome bit of kit. He send me personalised videos to show it to me. He then sent one for me to try with some samples of his e-liquids which are excellent, and gave me shop credit for the difference. A masterclass in how to create a new regular customer. Thanks Sarah & Johnny for all the support so far it was above and beyond. If you are a vaper try these guys you will not be dissapointed.

I went here to buy a new tank for my ecig, the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I explained I was struggling to find a good liquid that didn't burn my coils out, they took time with me letting me try different blends and mixing it to suit my flavour. I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for good liquid. These guys care about what they do!!!!

Just over for the day but had researched who had a particular sub ohm kit in the area and these guys did. Really nice friendly and knowledgeable guy I was speaking to, I didn't catch his name but he did say he's only there 2 days I think. Anyway, really well stocked shop, friendly knowledgeable staff, what more can you ask for? Oh yeah, prices were decent too.

As a current smoker and 'lapsed' vaper, I made a command decision as I was passing ecig switch today, that too much of my cash was going on rolling baccy, and I needed to sort that sharpish. Hence, I spent half an hour in the shop, with Josh who made sure that I got the correct vaping device for me, (rather than coming away with what a salesperson wanted me to have!), which is very much a refreshing change. I'm pretty sure that if I'd have left the shop without a purchase, then I would still have been treated with courtesy and respect. Happy days!!

Called in Today to buy a Shortfill and spoke to Johny. I'd bought from here before but he bent over backwards to get me the right flavour I wanted. After around 15 minutes of trying Different Flavour combinations YES YOU CAN TRY BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE that most places don't do!!! Take note Drip Drop and Vapers Choice Ect you lost a customer due to this. I settled on a Beautiful mix unique to my Taste Buds. Once again these Guys give a Solid 100% customer First Service.. I love this vape shop, I'm always coming here for the e-liquids and cartomizers. They have a great range of really nice flavours, I would recommend their "Pinkman" and "Heinsenberg" also the "Blueberry Ice" and "BlackJack" eliquids. They also have a good range of vape devices, dependable brands and good quality. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and always very helpful, especially Jonny, he is the best man to talk to about anything regarding Vaping, he is highly knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible.
