My Step Mum And Her Mum Have Been Going In Hir For Years At This Day Was My Second We Came In For Coffee Went To Fleetwood Market And Came Back For Lunch The Girls Had Scampy And Chips And As Usual Thay Wear Very Happy I Had A Large Breakfast x2 Sausages.Bacon.Eggs.Hashbrowns.Tomattos.Beans.And Fried Slices And It WS Fantastic Plate Cleared Unfortunately Could Not Go Back Due To Lockdown So Hope To Get Thear Again In December 2020.

Called in for a bite to eat a d a drink on our way to a fishing spot. Brilliant service and freshly cooked food at a very reasonable price. Olde worlde feel which is homely. The food is traditional cafe style and excellent quality. Well worth a visit if you’re in Fleetwood.

A friend and i were visiting fleetwood market and needed something to eat and as all the cafes in the market were busy we decided to leave and on our way out saw carol and jasons so decided to try it and so glad we did, the lady who served us was friendly, cheerful and helpful,the food was excellent and freshly made,also made a lovely pot of tea, will definitly visit again when in fleetwood and recommend to friends and relatives.

We visited this lovely litte cafe, was greeted by Carol as long lost friends. The food was excellent, all the veg is fresh and none of this frozen stuff. Well done will be back there soon.

We dont live in Fleetwood but often come to the market and a shop round, and for the last few times have popped into The eating house. Its directly opposite the market entrance and only a small place......but the food is lovely, the atmosphere is nice and it is at very reasonable prices/ Her prawn salads are fab and my husband likes her homemade cheese pie. We shall continue to pop in each time we call into Fleetwood. Oh and forgot to mention the coffee is lovely and made with full milk. Well done see you soon.

Lovely cooked dinners with potatoes and vegetables. I had Salmon which is a little more expensive but worth every penny. My sister had the Liver and onions pensioners special which includes a cup of tea or coffee for just £4.50. Supposed to be a smaller portion but did not look it to me! Really generous and delicious. Highly recommended.

We each had a "Small All-Day Breakfast", which was plenty big enough, for the amazing price of 2.95 each. The food was piping hot, and had clearly been made with quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and efficient. We will be back!

Loved our first visit to Carol and Jasons, staff reaĺly friendly, food was cooked to perfection, value for money, not surprised by the number of full tables, sent pictures of the food to my brother in Northwich needless to say he is on the way down next weekend for the big breakfast (he's always been a greedy type).

Once again whilst in Fleetwood went to Carol and Jasons Café, we was greeted like long lost family, The food was excellent and quite inexpensive. Still had various puzzles, clothing bric a brac on sale. Highly recommend this lovely little café.

Hadn't been to Fleetwood in 6 years but had eaten here then and still the same awesome service and quality food.

Small but clean and very friendly atmosphere. A wide selection of meals and very reasonably priced I opted for the regular breakfast, freshly made and very nice it was. Will definitely be paying them another visit

Very quaint and unexpected. I felt that I was in a seaside cafe / restaurant somewhere in Cornwall! This was lovely and friendly. Liked the old looking and appropriate decor and trinkets. The egg on toast was how I’d asked for it. Couldn’t fault this place and would come back!!!

Wow I don't know what else to say. Fresh food made while you wait nothing is any trouble. It's the most friendly and welcoming place I've visited. It's like home from home. And the liver is to die for. And hot milk it was like I was little again. I definitely recommend this place can't wait to come again the staff are lovely too

It might be small but the food is good and the choice offers something for everyone. There is a touch of the "olde English tearooms" here with nice background music, well dressed waitressing staff and a comprehensive choice of reduced dishes for pensioners.

Typical old school café. Good grub, good service, good value. It is opposite the market so no excuses nip in for a brew or food and you wont be disappointed, we have never had a bad visit yet.

I had a lovely salmon dinner with potatoes (I do not know anywhere else that does 5 veg) My sister had the steak pie pensioners special. We both really enjoyed it. They do lots of specials. A lady at the next table kept asking the waitress if she had paid enough for her tea and scone which was £1.50 as she could not believe the price!

Very welcoming, family owned business staff was really nice and helpful, I had a large breakfast and the price was really good £3.75 id be definently coming again soon!

I visit The Eating House regularly , where they offer breakfasts of choice, lunches ( with pensioners specials) . All freshly prepared and home cooked with a wide range of fresh vegetables and wholesome dishes at very reasonable prices. The staff are cheerful and helpful.

been to the eating house on quite a few visits to fleetwood. i take my grandson there for lunch as i like him to have real home cooked food jason makes him up a perfect sized baby dinner which he loves i usually have an all day breakfast,love it . its great service and friendly atmosphere with friendly staff very enjoyable thanks carol jason and staff 5*

We spent the day in Fleetwood and fancy something to eat, when we saw Jason & carols eating house just over from market, lovely family owned and run café, Jason,s all day breakfast was to die for i had the large and god was I full afterwards, lovely friendly helpful staff, karen was very helpful and took our order with no problem very polite and helpful, carol was also very polite and all the staff went the extra mile, we.ll definatly be coming back and telling all our friends to go see Jason, carol and karen at the eating house.

In Fleetwood today and had lovely (small?) all day breakfast, cappuccino and a rather indulgent choc sundae. Delicious. Great friendly service. First time l had happened upon this little cafe but will certainly be back again when next in the area.

Another vist to the cafe that didnt dissapoint large breakfast filled me up for the day with a drink for under a fiver !

I had a fairly standard roast dinner here mid-week portions of vegetables were adequate but nothing special in the taste of the meat. There was little space between tables in this little restaurant and the a longish wait for thev meal to arrive.

I go here with my 1 year old daughter for breakfast. Best breakfast and service in fleetwood with out a doubt . Food is spot on ! And id like you to find anywhere cheeper

We have had lunch here every week for the past 2 years we have never had to complain about service or the food. Food is always great and the service is very friendly, I would even consider going in on my own the staff are always very accommodating and friendly. Its a Gold Star on the map for Fleetwood.

We went into this little cafe on Saturday after we had visited Fleetwood Market. We had a coffee. The drinks were very hot which we were glad of with the wind etc. The staff were very polite. The cafe was very clean. So would certainly call in again for a coffee.

We have just had breakfast here and there was 8 of us they catered exceptionally for all of us. Food came rather quick and was good quality will definitely be coming back.

I stumbled across this quaint little "kaf" opposite the Fleetwood indoor market. Once inside I was struck by the cleanliness of the surroundings. The menu was extensive and for pensioners a choice of 5 dishes all at £3.99 including a tea or coffee. The food was served piping hot and was plentiful and to top off a superb relaxing lunch the two middle-aged waitresses were properly clothes in white frilly aprons and matching frilly hats. It was an excellent experience and given the chance I would visit again. What about a rating - well 10-10 would not be sufficient!!

After a awful start to our little trip away we decided to leave Blackpool and head to Fleetwood market. We are so pleased we did as we stumbled across this lovely little place. Service was fantastic, food is brilliant just like being at home, freshly cooked vegetables. Waited a little while for our food but what do you expect when it's cooked fresh to order, I would rather wait an extra 15 minutes and get good quality food than be served with cheap nasty expensive rubbish! Well done to this little place wish it was in Newcastle upon Tyne

visit regularly ,always have the breakfast , the best breakfast around this area , staff friendly, you can have a good laugh with them , food plentiful and of excellent quality at a reasonable price , will try something else one day , it all looks amazing , don't try the rest try the best , you will not be disappointed .

As regulars I can say we have never had a a bad meal in here, as the pictures show an empty plate shows more than a full plate.Great prices with great jolly staff always a pleasure to eat in.

We live in Blackburn Lancashire and whenever we visit Fleetwood we visit Carol and Jason's for lunch. Good wholesome food with a lovely choice of menu. All day breakfast, homemade pies, or roasts and lots in between. We particularly like it because small dogs are allowed. It's not always possible to leave Max in the car if it is a warm day. We will return many times when in Fleetwood. Just across from the market too.

great café right across from market very cheap but best produce used even small and pensioners sizes are big Jason cooking fab his wife carol rules over serving and very pleasant and willing to help my usual is small brekkie with extra bacon you get 2 slices on small the desserts are brill my favs are knickerbocker glory banana spit or crumble don't miss if at Fleetwood markets has outside table and toilet don't walk by try you be back

Have been to this quaint Eating House several times in the past. Carol the proprietor and her staff really made us welcome. We are always amused at the other items that are for sale in her Café, i.e. upright jigsaws, Toby jugs, sometimes jewellery, but besides that the food as usual was excellent. Keep it up Carol.

when my wife and me are in the area we always call in for breakfast its a quality breakfast and no mistake no grease and piping hot fast food its not but in my opinion one of the best you will not need to eat again until night

we went in years ago, and every time we go to fleetwood it is our port of call they are like family to us now ,they provide what you want how you want it,if something is not right tell them and they will put it right ,having said that in all our years a customers they have never slipped up,great people

My husband and I went here on a visit to Fleetwood market - glad we found it. We were fed up of all the fish & chip and pie & chip shops in Blackpool and just longed for a meat and vegetables meal. We both had turkey roast dinners - with swede, cabbage, carrots,peas, new potatoes,mash and gravy - we thoroughly enjoyed it and priced at only £5.30p. The staff were very friendly - highly recommended.

Visited here with family there was 6 of us and a baby in a pram. We managed to get in despite the cafe being busy and the staff were super at sorting us out with the pram. We ordered drinks and most of us had sausage egg and chips or all day breakfast, and the bill came to just over £30, the staff were super friendly and everything was lovely. Definitely worth a visit.

A smart, clean little diner situated opposite Fleetwood market. The food is home made, hot and tasty, served promptly, wth decent prices. We had a gorgeous 3course meal for 2 for under £20, and will be back very soon! Many thanks :-)
