Early Saturday morning 15 Jun 2024. Lovely coffee and the chips were fresh hot and tasty. The cheese in the panini wasn't that good, hence why no 5 stars. But lovely cafe and the staff were great so will defo be back.

Really enjoyed lunch here. Great home made food. Lovely decor and excellent service. What more do you want? I thoroughly recommend this place.

Pensé mucho sobre esta crítica antes de publicarlo, ya que no me gusta dejar comentarios negativos, pero habiendo tenido más conversaciones con otros miembros de nuestro club que tenía quejas similares en la misma visita me pareció que estaba justificado.Mi experiencia fue que, al llegar me quedé impresionado por el diseño. Entorno agradable patio con un montón de asientos al aire libre para nuestro grupo. Los positivos por desgracia terminó allí.En primer lugar, la persona tomando las órdenes era tan dolorosamente lenta que la primera persona a la orden tenía su comida antes de que la última persona había incluso puesto su orden. Había 12 de nosotros. Su servicio lento fue sólo superado por su actitud displicente, naturaleza y grosero. En el fondo, grita de indignación se podía oír desde el cocinero que fue claramente insatisfechos por tener que hacer 12 un montón de tocino y huevos. Yo estaba en la parte de atrás de la cola detrás de un caballero con su familia que no eran parte de nuestro grupo y el servidor claramente no me había visto. Cuando intentó pedir comida, le dijeron que la espera sería considerable debido a "todos aquellos sangrientos que yo pensé "ciclistas un poco inapropiado en frente de niño pequeño del caballero. Su cara cuando me veía era inestimable. Casi no la orden debido a la demora y el desagradable de la naturaleza, pero cuando preguntó por mi pedido me di cuenta de que estaba siendo añadido a la segunda mitad de nuestro grupo que había pedido unos 15 minutos antes, pero la orden aún tenía que hacer a la cocina.Uno de los caballeros en nuestro grupo había pedido una salchicha y queso sandwich pero le dijeron que no era una opción como el queso no se sirve hasta las 11:30. . Fue a las 11:20 y él en realidad no su comida hasta casi las 11:50.Todo nuestro club nos sentimos como que no eran ni siquiera un poco de bienvenida a pesar de que cada uno de nosotros de pasar en la región de £8.Personalmente encargué bacon y huevos escalfados sobre una tostada marrón y no pude crítica ya que nunca realmente recibido. Hubo quejas en nuestro grupo que sus tostadas habían hecho venir como un pastel así que cuando mi barm comida trajo el servidor preguntó que quién era y me confirmaron con él que era huevo escalfado en tocino y marrón (que habíamos solicitado específicamente como el menú de un huevo frito afirmó que reconoció como) correcta así que escondido. Resultó del huevo frito que lo arruinó para mí. 2 minutos después de terminar mi tocino frito y huevos barm, mi bacon y escalfados sobre una tostada fue entregado a alguien esperando el butty no me gustó.En general, yo probablemente ni se retomando nuestro club. Que no te gusta sentir incómodos.

We have used this pub for many years now and it never really changes. It's always been a friendly place where you can relax and have a quiet drink or a noisy one, if you choose your times right. The beer is always really well kept. I drink John Smiths and I've never tasted a better pint of it anywhere else.

Had a fantastic time they where so accommodating for us and our sensory needs, the staff where lovely and courteous at all times, absolutely nothing bad to say about the pub, food or staff

Popped in here on the way to the market. Was very pleasantly surprised. Great breakfast and brew.

Superb food in a beautiful setting.

We visit the Puddled Duck regularly, it's a hidden gem of a place . The food is always good, especially the Sunday Roast which is really good and great value for money . Service has always been fine , with no issues. We have held parties here and nothing is too much trouble in organisation.

Ignore the negative reviews, there are some strange people around. I went in for lunch today, and it was quite busy. Always a good sign. I ordered the Bacon and Cheeseburger with chips and salad, and the portion was really generous. The burger was plump and juicy, and the chips were lovely and crisp. I could not fault the staff who were helpful, pleasant and chatty. I will definitely be going back there.

Always go here when I'm in cleveleys. Coffee is always hot.

Lovely place good food, clean restaurant and good drinks

It’s not Michelin star, it’s a fantastic cafe/ice cream bar, the food is great and so are the staff, I would highly recommend a visit to this place

The staff and food are amazing! The landlord!!! Well! Take personal out and we be good!! Spent alot of time and money there!!!! Once!

Had lunch here and the restaurant had a quiet, cosy atmosphere, with a decent sized floor separated into several smaller rooms, possibly due to building extensions. The part we sat in had one side made of high windows making it very light and warm with help of radiators. The food was tasty, I had sweet potato and lentil curry followed by cheescake. Macchiato was also well made. Would recommend. Reasonable sized parking at back with space for about 25 cars. Service was attentive, if not fast, but that seemed to suit the clientele mostly of retired age not working lunches.

This is a great spot for lunch, accompanied by excellent service from Donna and Chris. The food came out in a reasonable time and tasted delicious.
