Great place to relax, good beer, and excellent food. Pleasant, friendly staff. Entertainment Saturdays and bingo. Very good couple that run it. Worth a visit. Food and drink at competitive prices.

Called in off the off chance with my mum as she lives in presals and was talking her home after spending Christmas with us. Was greeted by a lovely character called sienna who made our visit absolutely brilliant the food was great wel priced and the place spotless I own my own garage and I can spot a very talented person well done sienna we will return Mark caunce

AMAZING PLACE TO VISIT The Puddled Duck has just been discovered by us and after a recent visit I just had to write a review. This Establishment is just lovely, situated amongst an array of well kept immaculate homes in the Sunset Caravan Park over Wyre. The Puddled Ducks swimming gracefully in the little pond nearby the restaurant and bars is delightful. From the moment we entered the door we were warmly greeted by the loveliest smile from a young lady named Katie, the sweetest little helper I have ever come across, she made us feel really welcome. We were shown all the areas where we could choose to sit, it really is unexpectedly spacious. Katie recommended the more suitable areas for us to sit as she took in the fact that two of us were less able walkers and we were brought menus immediately. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, home made, delicious and hot. The service is excellent, from everyone, and we were already planning our next visit. The atmostphere is so warm and friendly and the establishment is well kept, very clean, modern and tidy, I felt so comfortable and happy to be there I felt I was on holiday too. Highly recommended place to go and well worth a trip out wherever you live. Happy customers from Cleveleys.

Great value and good food with welcoming staff and (on a good day) you can sit by the duck pond whilst eating & relaxing.

Been here a few times with friends for some tea, whoever they have as the chef has no idea how to get food out of the kitchen on time. My friends got there food and we still didn't get our food until they finished. This as happened a few times the time before this they forgot the cook and send the 2 year old kids food out . Sorry to say this it's the worst service I've ever had and I'm from the service industry

Good food, nice atmosphere and good service

Been here a number of times meeting friends and the food is amazing. Soft play is a bonus for our little ones to be entertained.

We popped into The Puddled Duck for dinner as this is only up the road from where we live. It wasn’t busy! We found a table and sat waiting for someone to come over and after 10mins we went to the bar hoping for some service and stood there for a further 5 mins and cudent even get a drink. Dreadful service well actually NO SERVICE totally ignored so won’t be going there again

Love coming here! Always a warm, friendly atmosphere. Drinks are priced at an affordable price. Food is basic but hot, tasty, and served in a good time frame. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. When the weather's warm, there is plenty of outside seating. Well, worth a visit!!👍🏻

Had a fantastic family meal on Boxing Day! 15 of us and could not fault it. Food was excellent, great service from friendly staff. Roast dinner was absolutely delicious and lots of it. Just returned from a family get together on Boxing Day 9 adults and 6 children. Pre ordered roast turkey dinners as we were a large group celebrating Christmas and it was fabulous! All the food was well presented, piping hot and lots of it. Staff so friendly and efficient. Kids enjoyed the play area and the ice creams! Exceptional value for money! I’ll be holding birthday and any other family celebrations there in the future. The function room is lovely.

Food is quality. Homemade pizza was like something straight from Italy!. And some PROPER chunky chips which were mega. Great service and a great ambience.. proper job! Ten ten, will be back.

We went for lunch, 3 adults and 1 child. Generous portions, gluten free menu…food was lovely and staff were really efficient and friendly. It was our first visit but wont be our last.

Over the price you pay in London for drinks why greedy I bet .

Nice place just off main road of Stalmine in Poulton-le-Fyde this is set in Sunset Holiday Park. Staff friendly atmosphere is nice, place very busy as hold Bingo and have live music in the big hall. Plenty of seating, Food nice and hot and good options. Drinks bit pricy, worth a visit as really nice with a lovely duck pond

Visited The Puddled duck. Travelled nearly 2 hours to try it and was definately worth the journey. From arriving to leaving had a lovely time there. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food was perfect. the menu had something for everyone (even the fussiest of eaters like myself). It was a lovely atmosphere and kids of all ages were entertained. Literally cannot fault this place and already planning my next trip there. Thank you :)

Really don't know were to start. My husband and I just felt like fish and chips and the puddled duck do a special Fryday menu. Fish and chips and a drink for 2 £18 We ordered the food . Got our drink then a 20 mins maybe 30 mins wait the food came out for 1. The manager came over to give us bad news that they had run out of fish and would 1 of us please choose something else to eat free of charge . Bit disappointed but a nice gesture and thought these things happen. We didn't have to wait long for the 2nd meal which was good. Now to the part were I'm fuming. 20 mins after that about 10 meals came out for a family (fish &chips ) who ordered after us. We shrugged it off not to cause a scene. My husband went to pay the bill after we had finished and was totalled to £19 give or take a few pence ...we told the waitress one meal was free due to the mix up.as the bill seemed steep for 1 meal ..at this point the manager heard and said because we didn't have the 2 fish meal deals the drinks were added on to the bill ... was it our fault they had run out of fish or had they ... what was we suppose to do with the drink we got with our order give it back half of it drank .. The bill came to £19 with a free meal on that ... was £18 for the fish meal offer . Think we have been well and truly ripped off. Safe to say we will not be stepping foot in that bar again.

We booked a table and arrived, were shown to our table which was basically a coffee table between 2 couches underneath a massive telly that had a football match on. No other tables available. Ordered food it was ok nothing special just bog standard which we then had to eat off our knees as the table was top low!! And of course we felt like we were being stared at the whole time coz we were sat under the TV. They should have stopped taking bookings if they couldn't give you a propper table

Nice staff. Good pints. Pizza was hard and the kids play area was a bit naff. Ball "pool" made me laugh.

We had an absolutely first class meal today, a few beers, game of pool and watched some of the footy. The customer service, attentiveness and sheer politeness from the bar staff was brilliant. The lady carried my drinks to the table for me on a tray I didn't have to lift a finger, I was truly was blown away. Superb in every way. In a nation where decent customer service is virtually dead this was a fantastic refreshing change. Please keep up the good work. 5 stars.

Service bad couldn't get orders right Dinner we ordered was awful beef to thick to cut and very chewey chips was raw on one plate fish bland Would not go back again even though they gave refund on some of the meals also I am in witherspoons for breakfast and the 2 staff that served us are in here having breakfast We Won't visit again

First visit to toilet no hand wash. Completly dry. Informed staff. 2 hours later still no hand wash had been put in toilet. VERY WORRYING IN A PANDEMIC

This is a friendly local pub, outside of current restrictions the entertainment and kids facilities are brilliant, and we wanted to support them. Sadly we waited over an hour for food before giving up. Soft drinks we had while waiting cost more than entire meals and drinks elsewhere using the 'eat out to help out discount' which we didn't get, because they didn't make the food. Shame. I think we were just unlucky.

This is tucked away, but well worth a visit. We went on a wet Wednesday lunchtime, and it was really quiet. There was hardly any staff around, and the one lady we did speak to wasn't overly warm and welcoming, but was polite. It was quite a wait for our meals, but as we were all having main meals, so expected a delay. The food was really lovely, but you need to go with a big appetite as portions are huge! The fish and chips, 8oz burger, and Sharing Platter were all delicious!

Just been to puddled duck for Sunday dinner, I have to say it was lovely, very tasty and good sized portion. Husband had sausage and mash and he also enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and would highly recommend it to everyone. Keep up the good work katie emmett and team.

Went with the family , have been there some time ago and was reassured that there was a new management and the food was good, that was an understatement it was 10/10 couldn’t fault it, everything tasted fresh and cook superbly, take my word for it , reasonably priced so not much not to dislike

I came here tonight with my family, as it being our local pub which is walking distance we have always eaten here since it opened. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for food and we were the only people waiting. We ordered starters and mains. 40 mins after ordering we were told that could we either cancel a sharing platter or have all the the food at once as the chef was leaving at 8!!!! Regardless of the kitchen closing at 8 I expect what I order to come as starters then mains, if that’s the case you need to take last orders around 7.30 or inform when ordering. We had two sharing platters brought to us finally, they were awful! The ribs and chicken were COVERED in bbq sauce to the point where I couldn’t even taste the meat. The meat was tough and so fatty! Everything on the platter was caked in bbq sauce and took away the flavour for everything else. We also had the chilli hot dogs which for £8.50 I’d expect a proper sausage not a cheap hot dog topped with tasteless ‘Chilli’ which had 0 flavour. We had no condiments brought to the table I had to go up and ask for knife and forks and sauces. Very disappointed!!! Won’t be returning any time soon for food!!!

It takes a while to be served & a while for food to be sent to the table, but the price is reasonable, food was tasty & good as well as portions being a decent size.

10/10 (I would give 11 if I could)I was supporting a middle aged chap on his holiday, he has learning disabilities. Staff greeted us both really well, made us both welcome, special thanks to John (think that was his name), who took time out and chatted to my service user, thank you. Onto the food now, absolutely amazing, Recommended. Sunset Park caravan site is really nice too, worth a visit.

Food just ok oven chips fat and raw overpriced for quality of the food can get a lot better homemade food in the area for a more reasonable price

Our special needs daughter requested she had her 21st at the Puddled Duck, as we had been there before. The staff went out of their way to make the night really nice and the meals were first class. Thank you so much for a lovely evening.

We had a meal in here, which was alright. The staff are friendly. The entertainment was okay as was the bingo.

Just moved to the area, on a bike ride and called in. Massive surprise to see a bar on a holiday park that was so smart it would fit in city scene. Plus thumbs up to the staff especially the young lad from Highfield school who is an excellent advert for the new place, informative and confident.... He will go far...

A really nice pub with plenty of outdoor seating. Overlooking a small river. Lovely food at a very reasonable price.

Went in for dinner first night on the park, unimpressed. If I was being kind I could describe it as average pub grub at best. Took about 40 minutes to get food, it wasn't that busy at the time. Bit pricey for what you got, for example £8 for a medium dish of lasagna with no sides.

We were made so welcome and all staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
