Great evening meal here at the Puddled Duck really good meal served by Lily who has been excellent. We have thoroughly enjoyed our evening here tonight.

Great place for kids to play, there is an indoor play area for them And a great atmosphere.

We had Sunday lunch there this past week! What a kewl place with excellent staff! We had a female bartender with funky hair who was super sweet and very attentive… and the young lady working the same shift serving our food was absolutely amazing! She kept checking o make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything! Sunday lunch was really good and ample food, the cauliflower cheese 3£ add on, was absolutely delicious! We would def return again! And the wifi is amazing!

Lovely menu and food and not a bad price for a caravan park . I came for lunch on my break love the range of food and it's cooked fresh 😁 not a lot of haste and change out of 30 quid including a soft drink as I was working nice atmosphere and staff and 2 courses

Enjoyed a meal with our children and grandchildren. We all enjoyed our food. The pizzas were delicious. A bigger selection of non alcoholic drinks would be appreciated.

First visit..wont be our last. All six of my party enjoyed the food..pictures will be added. Play area for kids. Bar and restaurant close by. All in all a good visit

The food was OK, well presented and plentiful. But there were several flies around the table, which kept trying to land on the food and needed constant wafting away. The worst thing, though, was the incredible noise and disturbance created by several uncontrolled children who were being allowed to literally run at full speed around the dining area, jump on and off the seating and constantly scream at the top of their voices, all either ignored by their parents or actively encouraged by them. Now, you do expect some children to be present at an establishment located near a holiday park. And you expect children to be lively and a bit loud. But this was extreme and constant. You couldn't hear yourself think or hold a conversation and they even drowned out the over-loud music. The staff appeared to find all this very amusing and seemed to have no concern about the absolute lack of concern for other customers. The management need to think of the hazards presented to staff and children by condoning them running about where people are carrying hot food and drinks, too.

Love this place! Always visit wether for a meal or courtesy drink when seeing the parents up this end, nice staff an beautiful location

The puddle duck decor fantastic atmosphere lovley food canteen style nothing specail I ordered a gammon egg chips peas advertised on menu as Danish gammon not a prayer it was prossed gammon which spoiled the meal chip lovley peas nice egg nice but gammon awful sorry but you really need to serve what you advertise .wouldn't go again .

We were at the Puddled Duck for a Childs birthday party, with twenty five guests. The staff were amazing from start to finish , couldn't be more helpful and both Chloe and Leona went the extra mile to see that the room was spot on. Food was good , as was the time before when we booked the party. Great atmosphere and feel to the place, really nice to with sit in or out looking over the water. Our experience e was first class .

We held a Childs birthday part at the Puddled Duck. From start to finish the entire operation was outstanding . Staff couldn't do enough and what ever we asked was made possible. Chloe and Leona were fantastic, both had the patience of a saint ! Big thank you for a great day .

Called in off the off chance with my mum as she lives in presals and was talking her home after spending Christmas with us. Was greeted by a lovely character called sienna who made our visit absolutely brilliant the food was great wel priced and the place spotless I own my own garage and I can spot a very talented person well done sienna we will return Mark caunce

AMAZING PLACE TO VISIT The Puddled Duck has just been discovered by us and after a recent visit I just had to write a review. This Establishment is just lovely, situated amongst an array of well kept immaculate homes in the Sunset Caravan Park over Wyre. The Puddled Ducks swimming gracefully in the little pond nearby the restaurant and bars is delightful. From the moment we entered the door we were warmly greeted by the loveliest smile from a young lady named Katie, the sweetest little helper I have ever come across, she made us feel really welcome. We were shown all the areas where we could choose to sit, it really is unexpectedly spacious. Katie recommended the more suitable areas for us to sit as she took in the fact that two of us were less able walkers and we were brought menus immediately. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, home made, delicious and hot. The service is excellent, from everyone, and we were already planning our next visit. The atmostphere is so warm and friendly and the establishment is well kept, very clean, modern and tidy, I felt so comfortable and happy to be there I felt I was on holiday too. Highly recommended place to go and well worth a trip out wherever you live. Happy customers from Cleveleys.

Great value and good food with welcoming staff and (on a good day) you can sit by the duck pond whilst eating & relaxing.

Been here a few times with friends for some tea, whoever they have as the chef has no idea how to get food out of the kitchen on time. My friends got there food and we still didn't get our food until they finished. This as happened a few times the time before this they forgot the cook and send the 2 year old kids food out . Sorry to say this it's the worst service I've ever had and I'm from the service industry

Good food, nice atmosphere and good service

Been here a number of times meeting friends and the food is amazing. Soft play is a bonus for our little ones to be entertained.

We popped into The Puddled Duck for dinner as this is only up the road from where we live. It wasn’t busy! We found a table and sat waiting for someone to come over and after 10mins we went to the bar hoping for some service and stood there for a further 5 mins and cudent even get a drink. Dreadful service well actually NO SERVICE totally ignored so won’t be going there again

Love coming here! Always a warm, friendly atmosphere. Drinks are priced at an affordable price. Food is basic but hot, tasty, and served in a good time frame. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. When the weather's warm, there is plenty of outside seating. Well, worth a visit!!👍🏻

Had a fantastic family meal on Boxing Day! 15 of us and could not fault it. Food was excellent, great service from friendly staff. Roast dinner was absolutely delicious and lots of it. Just returned from a family get together on Boxing Day 9 adults and 6 children. Pre ordered roast turkey dinners as we were a large group celebrating Christmas and it was fabulous! All the food was well presented, piping hot and lots of it. Staff so friendly and efficient. Kids enjoyed the play area and the ice creams! Exceptional value for money! I’ll be holding birthday and any other family celebrations there in the future. The function room is lovely.

Food is quality. Homemade pizza was like something straight from Italy!. And some PROPER chunky chips which were mega. Great service and a great ambience.. proper job! Ten ten, will be back.

We went for lunch, 3 adults and 1 child. Generous portions, gluten free menu…food was lovely and staff were really efficient and friendly. It was our first visit but wont be our last.

Nice place just off main road of Stalmine in Poulton-le-Fyde this is set in Sunset Holiday Park. Staff friendly atmosphere is nice, place very busy as hold Bingo and have live music in the big hall. Plenty of seating, Food nice and hot and good options. Drinks bit pricy, worth a visit as really nice with a lovely duck pond

Visited The Puddled duck. Travelled nearly 2 hours to try it and was definately worth the journey. From arriving to leaving had a lovely time there. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food was perfect. the menu had something for everyone (even the fussiest of eaters like myself). It was a lovely atmosphere and kids of all ages were entertained. Literally cannot fault this place and already planning my next trip there. Thank you :)

Really don't know were to start. My husband and I just felt like fish and chips and the puddled duck do a special Fryday menu. Fish and chips and a drink for 2 £18 We ordered the food . Got our drink then a 20 mins maybe 30 mins wait the food came out for 1. The manager came over to give us bad news that they had run out of fish and would 1 of us please choose something else to eat free of charge . Bit disappointed but a nice gesture and thought these things happen. We didn't have to wait long for the 2nd meal which was good. Now to the part were I'm fuming. 20 mins after that about 10 meals came out for a family (fish &chips ) who ordered after us. We shrugged it off not to cause a scene. My husband went to pay the bill after we had finished and was totalled to £19 give or take a few pence ...we told the waitress one meal was free due to the mix up.as the bill seemed steep for 1 meal ..at this point the manager heard and said because we didn't have the 2 fish meal deals the drinks were added on to the bill ... was it our fault they had run out of fish or had they ... what was we suppose to do with the drink we got with our order give it back half of it drank .. The bill came to £19 with a free meal on that ... was £18 for the fish meal offer . Think we have been well and truly ripped off. Safe to say we will not be stepping foot in that bar again.

We booked a table and arrived, were shown to our table which was basically a coffee table between 2 couches underneath a massive telly that had a football match on. No other tables available. Ordered food it was ok nothing special just bog standard which we then had to eat off our knees as the table was top low!! And of course we felt like we were being stared at the whole time coz we were sat under the TV. They should have stopped taking bookings if they couldn't give you a propper table

Nice staff. Good pints. Pizza was hard and the kids play area was a bit naff. Ball "pool" made me laugh.

We had an absolutely first class meal today, a few beers, game of pool and watched some of the footy. The customer service, attentiveness and sheer politeness from the bar staff was brilliant. The lady carried my drinks to the table for me on a tray I didn't have to lift a finger, I was truly was blown away. Superb in every way. In a nation where decent customer service is virtually dead this was a fantastic refreshing change. Please keep up the good work. 5 stars.

Service bad couldn't get orders right Dinner we ordered was awful beef to thick to cut and very chewey chips was raw on one plate fish bland Would not go back again even though they gave refund on some of the meals also I am in witherspoons for breakfast and the 2 staff that served us are in here having breakfast We Won't visit again
