Excellent over 40s karaoke, disco and DJ. Made to feel really welcome. Looked after by the staff and regulars and escorted out to our taxi. Great landlord and landlady. Spotlessly clean.

Called in for a coffee before catching a train home. We ordered two medium latte at £ 3.95 each and were asked what type of coffee medium or dark. The bill was £8.50. When questioned on the discrepancie in price we were told it was because we made a choice. This is taking the piss. Who ever came up with this ploy has not only lost my future business, but also as many others as I can inform.

I was order on uber eat footlong sandwich but got 6inch, when I called to store lady just hung up the phone

There is no toilets for females with disabilities We went in a a small group two people with disability (unable to use stairs) We asked for a toilet for ladies and was told they are upstairs They could clearly see two member of our group was physically unable to use the stairs So asked to use the men’s which are downstairs with no steps/stairs The men’s toilets were empty the bouncers we were happy to let them use the toilet Next one member went into the men’s toilets and the manager who was extremely rude came running over and told not use the men’s and to go upstairs and use the ladies We replied we have two members of our group unable to use the stairs and they have no disabled access toilets On which his reply “not my problem you are not using the men’s toilets use the stairs or don’t use the toilet” Then decided very quickly after we had mention there is no disabled faculties and some people are physically unable to climb stairs there should be a option to use another toilet We was then told If we didn't leave we would be reported to the police At this point we all got up and left Never again will we go into that place Very rude and unprofessional

The place is really gloomy overall and stinks of beer with sticky tables. The waitress was really rude and unhelpful and it took far too long to get her to understand I didn’t want baked beans with my breakfast. She also refused to replace the beans with something else. The breakfast itself was underwhelming even for 12£. Best to skip this one and go to a coffee shop upstairs or find somewhere near the station.

Staff were amazing very kind. Food was lovely, good for drinks food. I had lovely hot meal loved it will come again soon thanks

“Greeted” by a trainee barista with a “Yeah?” set the scene nicely. The coffee here is good but for a Manchester City centre coffee shop you get London quality impersonal service. I don’t want fawning, but a bit of pleasantness goes a long way to improving customer experience, costs nothing, and brings people back. Given the number of coffee outlets to choose from, I will go somewhere else next time.

Gran café y fantástico rollo de canela. Personal amable, un montón de asientos exteriores aunque v poco dentro. Costa sigue siendo mi cafetería.

Peor servicio al cliente. Fui al quiosco a comprar Ecig y la señora fue absolutamente antipática y grosera. Probablemente peleó con su marido antes de irse a trabajar.

Horrible gerente que era tan grosero que pagamos £ 9 y dijo que mis hijos no están permitidos en el área de juego. Entonces, ¿por qué pagué? Tan grosero que ni siquiera voy a mencionar su nombre porque no quiso dar su nombre, entonces al final probablemente solo inventó un nombre falso para darme. After having a good experience 3 weeks previously at the PLB in Term 2 I thought I would repeat this visit. I ordered the sausage sarnie (£7.50) and a Americano (£3.30). The coffee was okay ish. The Sarnie was a brioche type roll but was very dry inside and out, over toasted, with 2 thin sausages cut in halves that seemed to have been burnt on the ends ( I would say over done in a Microwave). No sauce offered.
