What an experience. Amazing pastry’s served at Pollen. Fresh pastry’s and classics. They serve specials and this time we had the pear vanilla cream danish. This was incredible. The coffee was really good. Served in cool cups. I would 100% recommend and is up there as one of the best in MCR

It’s convenient location and the post office is handy. Staff weren’t the best at the post office but that’s ok. Prices in the shop are high and there’s not everything you would expect at a local store.

Allergens on menu are labelled incorrectly. Attempted to send them a message about this on Facebook (they have no publicly visible email address) and received no response.

A wide selection of cask ales to suit every taste and in my mind the best bar team around. Keep it up lads and ladies

It was very organised when we got there in the afternoon and the staff were very friendly and helpful going through the gates. There are toilets there and quite a few shops and places to eat.

We love it here! Great beer selection, diverse clientele and some great entertainment from the landlady. A gem of a bar in town. Good for people watching or spending a rainy afternoon on the chaise longue. Juke box is pure nostalgia and the eclectic decor is worth a visit on its own.

I came to this bar only last night for the first time with 6 friends and the experience was very disappointing which ended up with us leaving after only having one drink due to a very rude and nasty bar member who insisted to make a point of making us weight until being the last people at the bar to be served, His words were " have I told you your next no !! No you can wait till I've served everyone else" everyone at the bar said I was next but he said he didn't care, What a poor customer service and a let down to this company, from a recommended bar Not recommended from me no way

This place served excellent food and nice coffee. Went as a group of four and we all enjoyed the food and drinks we had. I had the Chilli Scrambled Eggs, and they were delicious! Good portion size too and good value. I'd like to give a special shout out to our server, Bronte (hopefully I didn't mishear the name!). She was lovely, and made us feel very welcome. She noticed some birthday presents I was being given and was very kind to me, wishing me a happy birthday. Would definitely come again and highly recommend!

In center if manchester lovely print works . Cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for with any wetherspoons. In general good beer prices compared to expensive town centre prices

pretty terrible. am surprised at how bad. ordered thru a delivery company; got the wrong item, and one item was damaged. phoned the number on the website get thru to costa themselves and not the shop wrote an email complaint. manager called me. this was the worst part. the manager seemed like he was from a celebrity tv show. no brain and all chat. i explained the order was wrong. questioned me about the wrong order; it was a hot drink, i was sent the wrong drink. he said 'hmmmm'. next. the damaged order. reply was oh this could be due to the delivery company. no it wasn't. the order was packed wrong and it was in a very tight package so could not move around. the tight package damaged the order. lastly, the drink was underfilled on a previous order i had not complained about. reply: oh we have to fill them low so they dont spill. i told the idiot that this is maybe my 100th order over time from costa. i know where the drinks should be. silence. i can accept shops make mistakes but cannot accept over bloated, under educated, rather stupid, automatically defensive, unable to take any responsibility like a narcissist type of idiotic manager when u try to get it fixed. what a disgusting effort by costa didsbury. i will send this to costa themselves too, and it will be reported on a radio show between 1-2 today. once it has been i will send the link to costa too.

Shame the Leffe was off when I visited. Drank Camden lager & stout instead.

Adam served me today and he’s just such a lovely pleasant person. There were 2 other staff members there as well (didn’t catch their names) but they were all efficient and worked super great as a team and everything seemed to be working super well! Great work!

Ordered my favourite caramel macchiato and received a coffee without any syrup. Didn't check before I left and ended up with bitter coffee. Will avoid next time
