Welcoming and nicely decorated venue. The food was high quality and very reasonably priced. Staff all very helpful, the service was very thorough without being invasive. I'll certainly eat here again and would recommend others to do the same

Big Sports bar close to L1 with lot's of screens. Food and drink options are typical for a sports bar but a bit on the pricy side. Went there twice in a weekend to watch some footy and rugby. On the Sunday they unfortunately had the slowest bar mate in all of Liverpool serving behind the bar but there was service on the tables as well which solved that issue.

I had a caramel frostino which tasted lovely however, the cream was dripping all down the cup going everywhere when received. A customer must have complained about something and the women who worked here was very unprofessional- shouting, being very rude. Making a big scene. The other staff were lovely except from this one women who spoke to the customers rudely.

Visited with family and visited home farm restaurant. Staff were incredibly rude and sarcastic. Food came and was burnt so asked for it to be redone, took over 10 mins for food to come back to table, and staff member was very sarcastic and stated 'the 1st one was burnt, is this more to your liking and standard?!'. Would not visit here again due to the actions and attitude of staff.

This place used to be amazing, all the usual staff are gone and their now appears to be an issue with attitude. Ordered my regular drink, to be told we don't do that, if its not on the menu you can't have it. I said I can explain how it is made, not interested. Contented myself walking 200ft to a Starbucks, drink isn't on their menu either but I sat out and enjoyed a Dirty iced chai with soy...... Perhaps teach the barista's customer service and how to actually be a batista. I won't be back!

Visited for breakfast with my children. The food was nothing special at all. Seems as though they are going for more of a grubby children’s play centre vibe than an actual cafe? Cutlery is really dirty - especially the children’s cutlery really greasy. All of the toys are designed for very young children, nothing really for kids over 3 which was a bit disappointing. The whole place is very grubby - not surprised since they only have one member of staff working, not sure how staff are supposed to keep the place tidy when they are rushed off their feet. The only reason for the 3* review is because the waitress Tally was so lovely. She couldn’t do enough for us and was so lovely to the kids even though she was clearly so busy. Poor girl was nearly tripping over toys absolutely run ragged serving tables. Bit of advice get more staff, and table service would be so much better. The place is really large there’s just no way one member of staff can clean that amount of toys as well as everything else. In desperate need of a deep clean. Lovely staff.

En una tarde de enero amargamente fría mi hermano gemelo y yo decidimos pasar por Metrocola Bar, hemos estado aquí antes, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita a aquí. Un bar atractivo en varias plantas, decoración y mobiliario de estilo industrial, bar de servicio de aspecto fresco y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este bar, es un gran bar para relajarse. Pedimos un ipa cada uno, estas cervezas se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones siendo heladas frías y espumosas y simplemente nos relajamos, relajamos, calentamos y empapamos el gran ambiente en este bar ocupado y popular mientras bebíamos nuestros ipa's. Mi ipa era realmente bueno, una ipa dorada, de lúpulo, toques de caramelo, un delicioso aroma y regusto con un acabado suave, una ipa clásica , no es de extrañar que este bar sea tan popular entre las cervezas servidas en estas buenas condiciones por el personal que genuinamente se alegra de verte en su bar. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestras cervezas aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cualquier otra visita a Metrocola Bar nos lo pasamos muy bien. Metrocola Bar es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Leece Street. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a domingo, abierto desde mediodía hasta muy tarde. Un gran bar, uno que recomiendo visitar si estás en la zona.

Almorcé aquí un día en Liverpool. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Los sándwiches se preparan frescos frente a sus ojos y hay muchas opciones. Excelentes precios también. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Pedimos bistec como regalo de aniversario. Cuando llegó hacía frío y a pesar de pedir bien hecho estaba crudo por dentro. Hablamos con el servidor que simplemente se encogió de hombros. Cuando llegó la factura pedimos una reducción debido al filete no comestible. A £ 21 por comida nos sentimos robados. Nos quitaron 5 libras de la factura completa, qué decepción 😞

Useless staff waited over 30 minutes for 4 drinks and 3 baguettes ordered chicken and bacon took cash for it then decided they never had it after waiting for it then sed can refund it they had chicken and bacon but couldn't make it never had some off drinks we ordered would not recommend this place staff are not up to job so slow for such a busy place ..

I visited this branch of Costa Coffee to kill some time whilst in Liverpool City Centre. The food and drink served was what you would expect from your average Costa - so no problems there. I ordered a pot of tea and a chocolate cornflake cake, which I enjoyed very much. On the plus side, I thought the staff here were very efficient. The staff worked through the (admittedly short) queue of customers very quickly. I also found this particular branch of Costa Coffee to be clean and well-kept. What I like about this one especially is that by being located in Metquarter, it's a little off the beaten track, meaning it tends not to get too crowded and there are almost always tables available. That said, one negative is that the inside seating capacity is quite limited and what doesn't help is that there aren't many two-seater tables. This often means that solo customers sit on tables designed for four customers, forcing other customers at busy times to sit out in the shopping centre, which I never really like. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience here. Would recommend!
