Nice cup of coffee thanks! Greeted by Holly who was chatty and took my order with advice when asked for (type of milk used, how many shots). Not a regular at Starbucks but would return. Holly wished me a happy holiday too! This after the the smoothest transit trough the airport ever. Lots to like today at Liverpool JL airport.

Very kind and polite staff and excellent food, Great customer service and well worth every penny , couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Disappointed with the breakfast, hash brown was more of a bubble & squeak. Garlic mushrooms don’t belong on a breakfast in my opinion.

Love this place. Food and portions are good value and taste nice. Definately a repeat customer singing their praises.

This is the slowest service of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. It’s routine to wait 7-10 minutes after ordering till coffee. The staff are pleasant, but there’s no sense of urgency, rather a lackadaisical attitude and socialising with each other seems more important than serving customers. I’m in here twice a week at this time and I usually wait ten minutes. Really not good enough

Esta fue mi primera salida en 76 días, tengo 79 años y estaba aterrorizada de salir. Mi hija llamó a esta guardería ya Dobbies para saber el horario de atención. Esta guardería estaba constantemente comprometida, por lo que fue a Google y dijo que cerraba a las 5 pm. Ordered signature vanilla ice cream and was sent soft scoop from aldi, possibly tesco? Ice blasts literally just ice, phone number unavailable so can even ring, won't be using again, try yums on Kensington much better

Bland, excessive colour and lack of atmosphere. Trying too hard to hit the level of other bars around the area. Staff were more interested in one another then the customers. Disappointing and lacking leadership.

Pasé por una copa hoy después de recorrer el mercado de ladrillos rojos. El personal en turno era increíble. No tenían ninguna bebida para los niños en realidad, así que hicieron 2 jugos de grosella negra usando las mezcladoras. ¡Sin cargos! Dijeron que es agua, ¿qué tan increíble es? Mi hija quería un cóctel de cumpleaños (8 años) pedí un cóctel y dijeron que no los tenemos, pero voy a preñar algo. ¡Fue encantador también! El bar estaba limpio y el ambiente era bueno. Eran 12 libras por un Guinness, media Stella, el cóctel y una coca. Brilliant. Lo volvería a visitar en el futuro.

Buena comida pero olía a humo y no me gusta como se puede ver la cocina perdió el apetito por el humo y el tocino es seco tomates descuidados y salchichas baratas
